Hi Guys, place is modern and great. I use it for a year and no complaints. Great prices! Two thumbs up!! PS I read negative feedbacks here and laughed a lot: 1. someone expects no ice on car after wash when temperature in Chicago is -7 F = -22 deg C. Where were you in your HS science class??? Loser! 2. someone complaints that car wash was closed few minutes before 10 PM on those record cold days. Yes, sign should be posted. But weather conditions regulate hours of operation of any car wash. They have fixed costs to pay and no clients at night or rainy, snowy and storm days. 3. from another angle: I bought super car battery at Home Depot. While doing research on line I read that some guy in Minnesota exchange that "junk battery" twice in 2 days. Everyone has internet in cell phone, so people should use it and know that most batteries have to be fully charged by user before installation. (Same applies to cell phone and appliance battery). Conclusion: is anyone using common sense these days???? Cell phone will not replace normally developed brain. Keep it in mind and enjoy Express Car Wash. I will be there tomorrow again. Cheers :=))))

I like this place because its simple, but ive noticed the guys ushering you into the actual carwash will only do the tire powerwash if you give them a tip. The powerwash is included with all the washes! I always get the 15 dollar one but everytime I ask about it they say its extra. One guy blatantly asked for a tip and hed do it.

I go here for reasonable car wash they have $3 light wash with complimentary free vacuum which is awesome! They also offer like basic wash for $7 $10 de luxe and the $15 straight forward. Quick and easy oh btw it gets busy on weekends specially on a nice day

Workers are nice and helpful but enter at your own risk. Lost a metal accent piece part of my car. Those machines and dryers are strong and rip car pieces off.

I use to love taking my car to wash to this place 2 to 3x per week for the pass 3 years but not anymore I had a bad experience yesterday with a low life, nasty person, with no experience in customer service, with no education at all claiming to be the owner of this place screaming mistreating the customers That freckle face no teeth fat guy need to learn how to treat good customers with respect. NO CUSTOMERS NO BUSINESS.

I frequently use this car wash on W. Addison & absolutely love this car wash (for the most part), love the idea of being able to come back 5 days later to wash my car all over again for free, love the night owl special and so on. But here is my issue, I have a hatchback and for some reason the car wash just zooms through rinsing and drying, leaving the back of my car covered in subs and soaked in the back. Is there any way you could possibly slow the equipment down to rinse thoroughly for us hatchback and suv drivers? Please do this, otherwise I will have to search for a different car wash. If you can fix this issue I am more than happy to switch my rating to a 5 star rating.

Really good car wash. Definitely recommend. Be careful if you have an older car like me. My rear wiper broke off. But I can see that it was really corroded, so I'm not blaming the car wash. No biggie. I'd still go back.

Honestly this car wash is everything I look for when wanting my car clean and vacuumed. It's super fast.. All you do is pull up, Choose what kind of Wash they have (They have a $7, $10, and I think $15) I usually do the $10 and then afterwards you choose an upgrade. Then pull up, get car washed and then pull over and use their FREE Vacuums. What else can you ask for when it's that easy and convenient also super fast. 10/10

Paid for the $10 Wash (one step above the Light Wash), windshield was still dirty from the outside. Barely any soap, even less 'scrubbing'... For reference, I washed my car a week and a half ago, and it's been raining the last couple days so dirt/dust has not been accumulating for long. Go to Jet Brite on Grand or Sudz on Fullerton, your $10 will go alot further.

Unfortunately a negative experience today at this car wash, which is sad because it's usually great. The man at the pay station would not let me select the type of wash I wanted, and I know for sure I did not get the undercarriage wash I needed. I know it's a big rush today, but I didn't get what I came for. I went through a second time and did get to select the wash I washed, but I did still waste my time and money.

I bought a month. It's a good deal. These are all over town. In my opinion, this one is the best. Runs smooth. The guy always sprays me off before we go in. Lots of soap, smells clean here (sometimes car wash smells like a bilge). Location is good, gets me in and out quick. Vacs are strong. The month of washes deal pays for itself almost immediately. I dont know what else to say about a car wash.

The quality of the car wash is terrible. A strange orange color remained on the car after the last wash. After filing the complaint, I left my phone number and was supposed to be contacted by the manager. Over a week has passed and I still haven't gotten any contact.

If I could leave a negative star I would. The machine ripped off my front bumped the staff told me they would file a report and let the manager review the cameras spoke with the manager and all he told me was that the car wash is not responsible for any damages done by the machine before reviewing the camera. Mind you the employee stopped told me to keep driving while the bumper was going under the car instead of helping me pull it out.

Update: Brought my car there that was clean, just wanted to get the salt off from underneath and on the car. Saw that the 15 dollar wash was the only option for that, or mentioned it. Ran it through. The rinse could be better, left with salt streaks dripping down. For 15 I expect more. Will be going elsewhere in the future. Putting it at 2 stars now. 2 due to convenience . 30 dollars to almost clean and rinse 2 cars is pretty bad. If you must go here, maybe get the monthly rate and drive through twice to have a better chance at a clean car. Paid 15 dollars for a wash. I wanted to clean my mother's car. It didn't get the top of the car that well. Pulled into the most eastern vacuum area. Left side vacuum full of leaves, right side no suction. Moved all the way to the left side, suction was better there. The reason I'm not giving 1 or 2 stars is because the attendant was nice. Showed me the towels. So I wiped the top down myself. All in all, disappointing. Went there January 28th late morning to noon sometime. Was not too busy. Photos show the dirt not cleaned on top, used finger to show it wipes away. Also to show the vacuum stuffed with leaves and the other side close to carpet not picking anything up.
