I really like this car wash because of the friendly staff and the car wash does a good job! But, it seems like it has been breaking down a lot lately. I have two cars that I like to wash every weekend. I've missed several weeks lately due to it being closed down. It's like I'm paying for a subscription that I can't use. Are members going to be reimbursed for their subscriptions if we can't use them? I'm going to be patient and continue to use this car wash but if this becomes a regular issue I'm going to be forced to go elsewhere. I really hope it doesn't come down to that so please keep it up and running! I'll come back later on to update my review and hopefully I can make it a good one. Thank you!

I came to Endless Clean today to get my truck washed. I was helped by Mike who was very friendly. He offered and explained the unlimited wash plans in detail. I always appreciate anyone who saves me money. Needless to say my truck came out clean and with no streak water marks. I definitely recommend!

Big shout out to Jakob, Mike, and Robert for the excellent customer service. Tried this car wash out on whim after some pretty terrible customer service from other places nearby and I was pleasantly surprised with the prices, AND how friendly all of these gentlemen were. Making me now consider actually getting a membership especially if the proceeds help support these hardworking guys. Props to them

I have been across the country visiting car washes as well as Texas. What makes a car wash greater than others is the great customer service. Mike's determination to make sure my car was clean. He was so friendly. His customer support is par excellent. I can't wait to visit again. Thanks Mike for your outstanding service and commitment to make sure my car was spotless. I wish I could give a hundred stars. Mike would deserve that and more. Great wash as well. I'm pleased with the whole experience!

I had an amazing experience today! K’nai went above and beyond with their service. They took the time to clean all my mats thoroughly and made sure my car looked spotless inside and out. K’nai Gave phenomenal customer service, from offering to clean my floor mats to engaging in a conversation. He didn’t just walk around looking like he was mad like most do. He even brought over the automotive fragrance and towels over to me so I didn’t have to go out of my way to get them since I parked kind of far. If that’s not A1 customer service then I don’t know what is.

I recently drove out to Texas Tech for my daughter’s orientation and ended up hitting a LOT of insects along the way. By the time I got back, my car was covered and I was honestly embarrassed to drive it around town. Living out in Justin, there aren’t a ton of places to get a good car wash. Huge shout out to Ron and K’nai for taking such amazing care of me and my car. They didn’t just run it through a machine—they literally scrubbed the bugs off the front before sending me through. Thank you Ron and K’nai for your professionalism and kindness!!!

The young man this morning took his time to explain his companies offers and specials. Took some time to ask Point Blank questions and when it came time to bring the truck in to wash he took upon himself to go ahead and clean off the rims and tires even though it wasn't part of the package I had chosen. Being from a sales back ground this is what real customer service after the sale. Would highly recommend

Staff is always friendly and the place is clean and bright. Id love to see towels and glass cleaner like other locations. Some vacuums had obstructions in the hose which makes them less effective. Overall a nice place that isnt packed.

Today was my first using this car wash. The young lady that helped me was nice and offered a membership. She explained how it works and when I decided not to get it, she wasn’t pushy which I really appreciate. The vacuum suction is the best of any other car wash I’ve been to and they have great towels and sprays for your windows and such to use; which is a great detail. It was clean and they also have a pressure air wand which was very useful. I thought all car wash places were the same but this one made me change my mind. I’m considering getting the membership after all.

Wash itself leaves your car shiny and spotless. The vacuums have great suction and the air guns have extremely good pressure. My only complaint are the scratches the auto machine has the tendency to leave. Pretty typical of all of these tunnel car washes. Some more egregious than others but still noticeable.
