I’ve been here a few times now and the service is inconsistent. I got the premium $46 car wash today and immediately upon getting in the car there we’re still crumbs in all the cup holders, marks on the seats despite the package including “conditioning seats” and dust on the dash, etc. really disappointed. Not worth the money. Will not come back.

I went to Elston Hand Car Wash for the first time today and I will definitely be back! After driving through a winter storm on the way back home to Chicago, my car was in rough shape and was covered with salt. My usual place was unexpectedly closed, but Elston was open and ready to help! The owner, Juan, was great and suggested a hand wax to help protect my car through these winter months. The prices were very reasonable for the high quality service received. My car looked absolutely stunning after! I look forward to going back soon!

I got the complete detail on my 2024 VW Tiguan this weekend and they did an amazing job. My car looks exactly like the day I drove it off the lot. There was not one little speck left on the inside. The outside sparkles and shines so bright you can see your future. I dropped it off about 9am and it was ready at around 6pm. The staff is helpful and friendly and the price was reasonable and fair. Totally worth the money and I’ll definitely be back.

Don't go anywhere else, This place is all you need for your hand car wash needs. Different types of washes, extras, packages, and very quick service. Juan and his team are a well oiled machine. They work with each other to get all the cars in and cleaned and out in no time They do mini detailing and full detailing too ! Just come and get your car washed here!

Been here multiple times. I have never left unsatisfied. Today, I went in for a full detail (meaning engine, interior, and exterior) and let me tell you that everything was to the best of my expectations. I know detailing can be expensive, and the price i was quoted on was reasonable. the quality was top notch. the car felt literally like i had driven off a dealership, like a brand new car. I highly recommend this place, even for a simple wash, you won’t regret it.

I couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Elston Hand Car Wash did on my car! The detailing was flawless—every surface inside and out looks practically brand new. They paid attention to the smallest details, and it truly shows. They were even able to get out of scuff from when someone hit my car in a parking lot. You can’t even tell that there was anything there. It’s fully prepped for our upcoming baby, and I couldn’t be more excited. They also washed my husband’s car, and even though it was “just” an inside-and-outside wash, it came out looking like it had been fully detailed too. We were both blown away by the quality and care they put into their work. Even after we moved we still make the trip back cause it’s worth it! The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond, Elston Car Wash is it. Highly recommend! 🚗✨

I 100% recommend this place to anyone needing to give their car extra love (beyond that $6 wash). My car was filthy both inside and out and by the time they were done, it looked brand new. I got the premium wash and added the wax for the extra protection (because winter is definitely here this year). The people were incredibly kind and I felt well taken care of. I got extra windshield fluid and they checked the levels before I left. I will be coming back monthly to make sure my car doesn’t look like a war zone.

I typically don’t ever leave bad reviews, and it takes multiple times to do so, but this used to be my go to place. I’ve noticed over the past few times that I’ve gone that they don’t even try to clean my back seats and that’s where I actually need the most cleaning. I would understand if I paid for the cheaper cleaning but I always do the premier option which with tip is about 40 dollars. Sadly, I’m opting out of coming here and going to a different place and hopefully they do a better job.
