If I was able to select less than 1 star I would. I felt I needed to write this to make everyone aware of the shisty business Car Spa does. I went to Riverdale location on Sat May 28th first off I had warning signs saying do not get my ca washed there like I have many times before but I ignored the signs. I pulled up in the middle lane behind a van that I didn't know had just stopped working instead of the washers waiving me over to get from behind him they got all cars that came in after I had been sitting there. Fast forward they say my car is done and I go to inspect and my windshield has a huge split crack going to the driver side as well as the passenger side.I call the manager over to look and wants t tell me it was already there. I know I didn't have a crack in my windshield before it went through that machine. I have USAA and as I have done before I would have got a crack filled though insurance. I told him I would get i touch with corporate since he was not willing to take responsibility. There have been times they take my antenna off and leave it in my car without putting it back on . I have had it that is the last straw when you cause 500 worth of damage to my vehicle and don't want to admit your machine is falling apart I have a problem. DO NOT GO HERE THEY MAY HAVE DONE THIS IN PAST PRACTICE but how will we know.
