Absolute worst car wash I've ever been to. Nothing works. Can't even get change at their bill changer. It's a place to spray water for 50 cents a minute. That's about it.

Wont take my card. Switched to a different bay so i could hang up /wash my car matts and the clips are broken. I give up. If you dont want my money ill go somewhere else

Sometimes the vacuums don’t work and I can’t get my money back and the self service wash has a major delay in the rinse but probably the only good self service car wash in this area

Don’t waste your money! I should’ve known better by the shape the vacuums are in. There’s only 2 that have the actual attachment. The vacuums don’t work at all. The vending machine kept my money. I’m not sure about the car wash because I’m afraid I’ll just be wasting my money. I won’t be back.

Stopped going to this place years ago because nothing worked right and most of the bays were usually shut down. Went today. I think it’s under new ownership since everything is fixed. Fair price $2 for 4 minutes.

The carwash machine took $4.50 of my money . I have called with no return call . Should have known better than to stop here since there is no phone number to call if machine takes your money. By the shape of the grounds , trash all over outside, not kept up, should have known better that nobody would care to call you back .

Pretty clean stalls and the water pressure was strong. The mixture of soap and water are a little off this last time. Had to slow down to make sure the car was getting suds evenly but the end result was a clean vehicle.

Don't waste your money.Used to be an okay place. You now have only one lane open and the brush doesn't work. Normally you swipe a card and the run until turned off. Not in this case. Will have to monitor my card as well.

Rating not based on the products or service! Simply given a star because I HAVEN'T been able to try it out. All bays blocked by cones and/or trash cans. I’m assuming it’s closed (because…winter!). I just really wish these self car washes would have a sign up SOMEWHERE to indicate when they will be up and running again! Not to ostracize or single Eastgate Car Wash out in any way, since they are far from the only company that has nothing in the way of notification or information.

Nothing worked, everything was messed up. All but one bay was blocked by cones, wouldn't accept my quarters and the coin exchange machine was broken. The automatic car wash kept saying "in use" with no one in it.

WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!I used to love stopping here on the way home from work but I used my card for the car wash & completely ripped me off😒😑 NO WATER EVEN TURNED ON,LET ALONE CAME OUT or SUDS!! BETTER OFF DOING IT AT HOME OR PAY FOR RUNNING IT THROUGH A NICE CAR WASH! $10 bucks gone&waste of time, i should have known better😡😤

The pricing signs were wrong, half the equipment wasn’t working and ate my money. I called, the guy said “oh we raised prices and I didn’t fix the sign” and didn’t offer to replace the money I added, I ended up going to a different lane and same thing happened. Not wasting ANY more money here.

The was has been working great for me. Soap and wax work fine. Spotless rinse less so but I let it air dry. I have to park under a tree so use it often. Going to try the engine compartment was next.

Came here to wash my car a couple weeks ago, appreciated the easy card payment (instead of needing quarters or tokens). Got my Toyota Carolla looking like new for under $7 ( and I hit almost every stop on the dial)We were pretty much the only car there on a Saturday evening which seemed strange, but whatever.. more space for us! Just wish the self wash bays at this place and others like it had a drying option on the dial. Oh well… a guy can dream, can’t he?

Car wash worked great very happy with the amount of soap they provide and the length of time on the machine the reason I gave four star stars instead of five are because the yard needed a little attention to it to make it look a little more professional, and like they are open, I wasn't sure when I pulled inAlso, the vacuums could have ran a little longer for the dollar. I have a pick up truck and was only able to sweep out the front before Time ran out, but the vacuum did work well.

Just tried to wash my car. Swiped card, turned on every setting, nothing. No water, no brush, nothing. Just took my money and kept counting up til 4 mins and I got nothing for it. No number listed anywhere to call the manager/owner

Car wash is filthy. Trash cans overflowing with trash. Always has at least one broken bay. Washers are terrible. Massive potholes at every bay. Bays always filled with rock and mud. Whoever runs this place if anyone needs to just shut it down, this place is trash.
