Put in credit card and 5 minutes came up on meter. I used it for 4 minutes and was charged $10 instead of 5. Phone number advertised doesn’t work

5- 🌟 All Day. Had an issue with a clogged hose, owner responded immediately. He found and fixed the issue, appoliged for the trouble and reimbursed me. Top notch customer care!!

Used this place for years, but after a problem with the rinse cycle, I requested a refund on one of their little blue slips. No response. Weeks later while I was there, I requested my refund once more. No response. I won't go back, given the number of car wash places in Duluth. Poor management skills, and if they can't be bothered to run their business correctly, I can't be bothered to use their facility. Thumbs down.

A nice 3 stall car wash with one vacuum in the back. I've been using this place for many years and it has always been reliable + clean. $4 for a wash that lasts 4 1/2 minutes. The machines use one dollar coins and there is a change machine in the front entrance.

Very convenient location; right off Superior street, to stop in for a DIY car wash. You can pay with dollar coins or swipe a card which makes is easy to add additional minutes if you need them. Last year I was double charged without getting additional minutes and filled out a blue slip to report it. I took a week or so but the overcharge was refunded without an issue.

I tried to use one of the 2 vacuums. The first one had hardly any suction, did not work. The 2nd one took my payment and it did not work at all. Poor function, one armed bandit. Ripped me off. I paid twice to vacuum car and got nothing in return. Tried to call the phone number, that did not work either. Buyer beware

One vacuum cleaner still does not work. It just takes 1 dollar coin and does nothing. No returns, no signs, just silence. What a frustration! Second did work, but was very inefficient with weak suction. They have to fix both vacuums ASAP. I will never use this business again.

The place has promise, but it's neither well maintained enough. In cool weather the doors close automatically, there's no way to hold them open, and there is *no* ventilation, so any soap spray from the car goes into your lungs. Soap spray does to you what it does to dirt. The vacuum systems are weak enough to be a 100% waste of money. There is not an active service line. There is a phone number, but no-one answers, the voicemail is full every time I've called it, and you can't send a text message. I'll go again in 2022 and update this review if my opinion changes.

This car wash has really gone downhill in the past year or two. Here’s a list of issues I’ve dealt with the past year. Wash guns broken, garage doors broken, no soap and no pressure. Multiple refunds requested and never a response. The phone number listed is disconnected. The business also charged my credit card for a wash when I was out of town. I will never go there again.

Exceptional value for cleaning small car. New ownership is great improvement. Clean and great customer service. A floor mat was unintentionally left behind and after leaving a note with management, it was back in my possession in less than 24hrs!

I should have listened to the other reviewers who said their vacuums have no power because it's totally true... Horrible. Also, the one on the left side of the building as you are looking from superior st doesn't work. Took my dollar without turning on. You owe me a dollar. Broken one in the picture taken literally as I type this. Go somewhere else.

This is a self serve car wash! Take as much or as little time as you need. They take credit card. Have a vacuum (paid). Only drawback is when you drive out, the garage door drips and leaves rust spots on your car (can be wiped off).
