Got the ultimate wash $43 with dashboard shine. My windshield and hood still dirty. Had to go back inside because they didn’t do the dashboard. The inside of the place is dirty, there is no way to know when your car is ready, other than looks abandoned by the cleaners. Not a good experience.

This place is sometimeish. Sometimes you get good service and sometimes you don’t. They don’t power wash the car like they’re supposed to and barely spray any water before the car goes into the car wash. No matter what time you go the cars usually take about twenty to thirty minutes to finish. I have the $55 package with them and they don’t do what they’re suppose to. When I ask them to go back and do it (things that they’ve missed), they usually do it again but it comes with an attitude sometimes. There’s one guy there that always has an attitude for no reason. If you don’t want to work there then quit. I don’t pay $55 monthly for bad service on my car. There’s also times when my car comes out with stains and dirty water marks because they don’t change the towels as frequently as they’re supposed to. Update: I just left the car wash again and they were supposed to clean down the dashboard and console and as you can see it’s dusty and still has dirt, crumbs, and stains.

If I could give them -5 stars I WOULD!!! THESE PEOPLE STOLE PERSONAL BELONGINGS FROM MY VEHICLE !!! 🤬🤬 I called multiple times when I realized my things where STOLEN no one ever answered the phone. I go to talk to management and nothing was resolved!! Customer service was horrible!!! Before realizing I was ROBBED. I Tipped everyone who assisted with my car $5 each, bought Gatorade & water as well because it was hot!!🔥🔥 Now I feel violated & can't justice for the stolen property!!! The manager in the pic was very rude & nasty to me & workers!!!

It doesn’t clean the tires properly and the drying system is very poor. It only sprays water from the top and doesn’t do a good job. Not worth $37

A mess. I’d get better luck getting my car clean with a clorox wipe than the job they do here. Looking all tired as if my dashboard free from the dust. Rude too. I get it’s hot out and they probably don’t get paid enough which is ridiculous considering this place charges close to $30 for literally the same thing you can do at royal farms. Don’t go here.

This is the worst place. The service is terrible, they leave everything dirty and stained, and they don't honor the marked prices; they give you a different price when you arrive. I don't recommend this place at all; it's the worst. Save your money and find a place that knows how to do the job properly. 🤬

I have been taking my car for years at the Annapolis Road, Hyattsville location, but lately they have been doing such a bad service, salt still on the car, really dirty, they don’t dry out the water excess after comes out, but the worst was today, a piece of my car was broken, brought the broken part and just trough it inside my car with no explanation or apology, I did look for an explanation from the employees and all I got was bad attitude and un professionalism, never going back.

Decent value for the price. Inside and out wash was about $20 for a compact SUV. Not quite up to the standard of a detail but it ain't $75 either. I have a dog and they got all of the hair off my seats. I will come back to this place.

I visited your car wash and the lady decided to tell me my window was ok and she refused to clean the windows inside my car. I told her I paid her the service and she totally refused someone else did the passenger window but did not do the driver’s side. I made a complaint about her and was told the manager wasn’t there. (Mr. Fidel). The rude lady who is a part of this team has no regard for workmanship. I blame the manager for this behavior because I know I’m not the only person she disrespected. Worst experience ever.

The car wash itself is "ok". Spend $22 and be happy for a day or two. Buy the monthly and get unlimited washes is the best deal. Come in 2, 3 even 4 times per week, it doesn't matter. What you will constantly face is an unmanned establishment. There are NEVER enough team members to get you in and out. Even when there's no one in line. In that case, there will be only 1 or 2 people doing all the jobs while the others watch from the sidelines. The inside is regularly littered. This last visit on Saturday the 23th, there was soiled toilet paper and a blood wash cloth that all the customers stepped around. Last visit I counted 16 cars waiting to be dried and 8 workers.

Windows left with streaks and cloudiness, inside of car smelt like the rags they used, musty. Outside the car still had dirty spots. Around the license plate dirty. And when I asked the lady to clean it, her her own way, said it was done. I called the office and the guy hung up. I called back and they never answered. Never again!!!!!

Most of the time my truck is left dirty at the bottom part of doors and fenders so I have to ask them to clean. I pay monthly for outside wash now they decided that even though I pay extra for tire shine they don't dry the rims. I cancelled my membership and going back to my old car wash.

This was one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for a full car wash expecting my car to be properly cleaned, but they barely did anything. The car was just run through the line, and that was it—no proper wiping, no attention to detail, nothing. When I checked my car afterward, there was still visible dirt, dust, and grime all over, especially on the exterior. It honestly looked like the car hadn’t been washed at all. The service was rushed and careless, and it felt like they didn’t care whether the customer was satisfied or not. I wasted my time and money here and left with a dirty car. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper or professional car wash.

I paid $65 for an express detail. I left missing a floor mat, dirty mirrors, windows and a full interior trash can. When I inquired about my missing mat I was told in poor English, there was nothing they could do “cuz how do they know (despite I had special designer mats) I didn’t come in with only three mats,” as I was running the worst scam in town, to what end. I wasn’t even asking for anything, but my mat. I didn’t want money or new mats. In fact, I already had a set of brand new mays at home. They were rude, disrespectful and did a very poor job. Go any place else. I only went because I felt bad that the business has suffered since Trumps ICE raids. Insult to injury.

I am so thoroughly impressed by the service that I got today. I paid $60 for the doctor wash detailing service and the attention to detail in the wash and wipe down of my car was next level. Not even considering that the price was amazing for what they did, but the quality itself was top-notch. I’ve had other car details that had forgotten the crevices between the doors and the trunk so when I saw the crew wiped down every single little corner, I was so happy! I was pulled in very quickly and was finished within 45 minutes! Highly recommending this location and business!
