Overall was very impressed with the customer service, communication and quality of exterior wash/wax on the Raptor. After sitting in an airport parking garage for over a month it was covered in dirt/dust but they had it looking new again in no time. Would highly recommend and use Dr. Detail again! TL;DR: highly recommended! +: - care about and patiently listening to our concerns - great communication: consistently responding to our requests quickly and kindly - has the initiative go the extra miles to satisfy our needs - offering very competitive price for the service given - paint restoration and PDR service under 1 roof - did not upsell us any unnecessary services -: - missed (very few) spots, but quickly handle all follow up requests we just have to make this long review due to the above and beyond service given by David and his team! after spending some time researching, we initially showed up at Dr. Detail's shop on a Saturday without appointment. immediately assisted by Kevin. he was very kind, patiently listening to our concerns, and immediately coordinate with David to give a quote after assessing the paint condition of the car. without our asking, he offered to work on a "test spot". result was amazing, thus we immediately booked. please note that this is for an older car, working on it will require more skills and efforts. to us, this is one of the best Corolla ever made by Toyota (probably built the same year Toyota built those indestructible Hilux), thus we want to restore it as much as we can without disregarding the originality of its paint and parts, also due to sentimental reasons. went to a few body shops, they are not interested in first trying to restore the original paint but instead quoting the cost to do a whole body repaint (which none of them recommended anyway because it will be more expensive than the car's current market price). we were also looking for a detailing shop that also offers paintless-dent-removal (PDR) service. Dr. Detail is the only shop we found offering that service under one roof. David helped us connect to Chris who has decades of PDR experience who was then patiently explained and quoted a very reasonable price to remove the dents on almost every panel of the 28 years old car! we are very satisfied with the work they did. it is now almost impossible to find any trace of oxidized paint or dents! oh in addition to that, they even helped us touched up the paints! we would give 6 stars if possible!

If your looking for a great interior & exterior cleaning Dr. Detail is the place to go, hands down. My first experience was far beyond expectations: Not only did they do an amazing job detailing my vehicle, but tho customer service is above and beyond. The owner Dave has been in the business for many years . I requested a ride to work after dropping my vehicle off, and without any hesitation he said yes. They were on time with the process and have a great crew that is dedicated to doing a dynamite job. Couldn’t be more satisfied and would highly recommend checking them out ! we’d been having a cigarette beetle problem in our car for months. we paid someone from another over $500 for an interior detail and they were still there. my husband and I took out the seat and carpet and scrubbed the car clean. they were still there. we explained the situation Dr. Detail and they said no worries, we got you. For less than $400 they cleaned the interior of my car so well the bugs are finally gone! they steamed and shampooed the seats 3 times. the attention to detail, all the little cracks and crevices, was incredible!!! if I could give higher than 5 stars I would.
