Apparently all these Mexican restaurants that serve bean and cheese burritos are disgusting. Just ask the cashier that asked me what i was making and said "eww" when i said bean and cheese dip. This is the 3rd time I've gotten an attitude from a DG employee. Guess where I've never gotten attitude? Family dollar and dollar tree

Lines are generally pretty long but at least the staff is nice. Definitely could be ran better. But no different from the retards that run/work Walmart. Also, STEP PEDON, You had a lot of bad things to say about this store, the manager and the way it's ran for someone who shops it "on a daily basis for 2 years". Obviously isn't that terrible of a place to shop if you went and returned 730 times consecutively. I know if I'm truly unsatisfied with my experience at a business I don't return. Perhaps the incompetent person is you? Just sayin

Girl at the counter was nice but just like all the dollar general's I've been to most of the stuff priced is different when you get to the counter it's always more expensive than what it says on the shelf

I am closest to this store and shop here often but i feel it is always cramped (but stocked nicely) i am always disappointed when i leave because i dont get some of the deals or clearance prices marked. Parking is terrible lol I dont know her name but there is one employee that i love she is always helpful when im asking questions on prices/deals. Tonight was terrible two male employees were talking loudly about women in a degrading way

This Dollar General is very close to my home and I frequent it quite often. I usually never run into an issue. However, there is an older skinny lady who works there that ruins my experience everytime. No matter how hard I try to be nice to this womam she always has an attitude, acts like she doesnt want to be there, and is consistently flat out rude. All of the other employees are very pleasant. Working in consumer based enviorment is not for her. I can only hope the issue can be corrected.

Staff is always friendly. The customer demographic is what you would expect visiting a Walmart. I don't buy from this store often, but they have a nice selection of basic house products like cleaning and medical supplies. It's convenient coming here instead of walking all over Walmart trying to find a few items.

Basically customer service, I bought a slim jim for my kid among other things various things. Got home and half the stuff wasn't in the bag. Called back went to the store and the idiot clerk couldn't keep it together enough to check video of the situation. These employees are special needs and I understand that they need jobs, but someone competent needs to oversee these retards. Don't go there.

They had only a fraction of advertised items, and it was the first day of the ad. The cashier was more interested in getting me out of his way so he could get back to what he was doing when I must have interrupted him to check out. Not a customer friendly store. I don't have that issue with the other Dollar Generals that I patronize.

The employee working decided as everyone was shopping the store was now closed at 5pm... an elderly woman simply asked how long they would be closed and the employee was absolutely rude and mean. We ALL walked out. I will never spend another dime at this store. So much for "Kansas hospitality".

This particular Dollar General is not my favorite. Ok for a quick pick up of a few things, but just isn't as good as other locations. Isles are always crowded with products that need put on shelf, does not look like anyone ever straightens products after customers dig through them. DO NOT stop here after dark. The parking lot is always sketchy and some of the spots can not be seen from the store or the road.

I have been shopping at this store on a daily basis for nearly 2 years now. Unless the Store Manager is terminated, I am going to have to shop elsewhere! To say that "Sam" the store manager is Incompetent is putting things politely!!! She is rude to customers, has fired the friendliest and best cashiers, there are usually long lines, with store cashiers stocking shelves, and some of the employees have mumbled their gripes about her in front of customers.....just plain AWFULNESS! How did "Sam" get this job??? I'm going to assume that the regional/district manager doesn't give a damn about this store or it's clientele!!!!

Hi, they need a new night manager. I was waiting for 30min for someone to help me out. Then when they came to check me out the manager told her I could wait she needed help. There was 3 people working and I was the only one in the store. So it took them 48 min of me standing at the register I left. She was to pre occupied with her boy friend to help out a customer.

The employees are somewhat helpful when they are feeling "friendly", the store is always a mess and the employees tend to follow customers around suspecting customers to be stealing even though you have cash in your wallet they will search your purse before letting you leave the store.

I go here all the time. I’ve been double charged many times. Many items ring up more on the register than it does on the shelf. Happened to me just yesterday with an eyebrow pencil. Said it was 2$ and rung up at 2.25$. Also what is up with never actually putting price stickers on Clarence items so that you know how much you’re actually paying? It’s a huge issue and is false advertisement. I would fix this issue immediately considering the lawsuit in Ohio against dg for this exact reason.

I used 2 love it there but it isn't really a cheap store that helps us lower class people out by saving us money like it used 2 be & what it was meant 4. Don't get me wrong there is a few things that are actually a good price but not enough items 4 me 2 want 2 shop there as much. There are so many items there that are the same price as, or sometimes even more expensive than, a regular store. I hope eventually u guys will make it better.

Store always has what I need. It's a busy place but I never have to wait very long even if there is a long line. Cashiers are knowledgeable, friendly and polite. That's the main reason I like to shop here. They should be commended for the outstanding job they do! Thank you!

I love my Dollar General. Even more than that, I love the employees. Every single employee I have encountered there is polite, helpful, and a pleasure to see. I visit this store at least three times a week. They all go out of their way to help and please, even when they get unruly customers who steal, threaten, and are just generally nasty and disrespectful. I've witnessed this more than once and the employees handle it beautifully. My only concern is that this store is in a very dark location and there is one side of the store by the back door that is completely dark and very frightening. There are no lights lit up in the parking lot. Sometimes I have to park over there on the really dark side and I don't feel safe. Please, Dollar General, put up some lights and security cameras on the west side of this store, for everyone's safety. Thank you.

Unprofessional front desk lady. She was on the phone while at the customer service front desk while serving a customer. I asked her if it's ok while at work and she replied "Because I can be." So, I just left after I got what I came for. Just horrible. I'm a person too I didn't appreciate that kind of service. Most likely will avoid this store in the future unless it changes.

If your going to close early change your store hours. Google and the sign on the door say 10pm. Myself and others I know that shop there are told the store is closed as we're approaching between 5-15 minutes before 10pm. As well have better coworkers who won't have an attitude with you about needing to get 1 item before closing the store. Some people have jobs and need things at last minute and when I Google dollar store that is still open at 10 to get my 1 item and I have 5 minutes to grab it before you close and your employee holding the door open telling everyone before 10 that your closed has an attitude problem and causes problems with your customers. You all need to do better. Change your store hours if you don't want people in the store before 10pm. Train your employees better
