brought my wife’s vehicle in for a recall service on a Friday and picked it up the same day. That Sunday, while performing a routine oil change at home, I noticed that multiple underbody components were missing. These parts were present before the dealership visit. I contacted the dealership first thing Monday morning and was told management would follow up. After leaving several voicemails and attempting to resolve the issue professionally, I received little to no response. Communication was minimal, delayed, and ultimately unhelpful. I was forced to escalate the matter to Kia corporate, and the case remains unresolved, with the dealership still unwilling to acknowledge responsibility. Mistakes can happen in any service environment — what matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, this experience was marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and an overall disregard for customer concerns. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership and will not be returning for future service.

Chris was phenomenal! He knew how much I wanted a Telluride. I expressed that the one I was originally looking at was too far out of budget… he asked me what my requirements were and was able to get me a model that met those requirements… In addition, he worked with me on pricing so that I could get my dream car! When we showed up at the dealership… He had the car ready to go for a test ride. We ended up signing and taking the car with us the same day. He also helped me with some bumps in the road concerning the paperwork and getting my Kia connect set up. Overall, I highly recommend destination Kia and I highly recommend working with Chris!

Thru the whole determining what suv would work for us and the negotiating process , Nick and Dave (sales manager ) are top notch . Overall, it was a great experience. Christian was super professional. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Christian asked what all we were looking for. I’d like to say it was such a great experience getting my oil changed at Destination Kia in Albany Last week. Service Manager, John, and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from making the appointment, to them handing me the keys after they serviced and washed my car! I always feel welcome and listened to every time I have had anything done there. Most places you go to you’re just a number, but at Destination Kia, you really are family. I’m sure I’ll continue to do business there for years to come.

I had such a wonderful experience buying my first brand new car at Destination Kia! My sales woman Denasia was kind, supportive, and incredibly helpful while making me feel comfortable and not being pushy whatsoever. Did not figure out what is wrong with our brand new Sportage that has 2500 miles on it. In addition when I came to pick the vehicle up at 5pm after speaking with John at 10:39 that morning, the car was completely covered in snow and had never been cleaned off. The General Sales manger came out and had the vehicle cleaned up. Extremely disappointing customer service on all ends. We even left a message and sent texts to David Miller and never heard a word back or any follow up to date. I thought your professionalism and culture there was much better than that but I guess not !!!
