The machine never gave me my change $5 out of $20 $15 for a car wash that didn't do but the things soap rinse oh and half dry not good sucked in my opinion

Only thing that worked was the water. Had to bring my own dog shampoo. The dryer didn’t work at all. Not worth it. $10 for 10 minutes…

Terrible! Do not bring your dog here. 10 dollars for 10 minutes and not a single soap or disinfectant or anything worked. I could fan the dogs dry faster than the blow dryer. Only thing that worked was the water. So basically if u want to pay 10 dollars to use an inconsistently warm garden hose for 10 minutes then have at it but I will not be returning.

I hate this place. Nothing works and it's been like this for years. My dog is 4 and I used to brin him once his fur started shedding before I found out about Pet supplies plus self wash. I just walked my dog and its midnight and we went to the river front. He was off leash and rolled around in dead fish carcasses that someone left. He now smells like rancid garbage and Pet supplies plus is not open. At this moment I'm am grateful to have a 24hr option! 20 dollars for water and "forced" air. I'll bring shampoo and towels and have to rinse the tub before I bath him but at least he won't touch my house with his fishy garbage paws Ooh for context I have a 115lb rottweiler lap dog
