I like this car wash because the location is convenient with my daily commute. Have been using this location for at least five years with the unlimited wash pass. In late 2021 this carwash received a refresh and modernization. Now there are free vacuums and all new cleaning brushes in the car wash. My car always comes out shiny and dry.

I was scammed here. I paid $27 for their complete package, which includes hot wax and tire shine. The exterior of my vehicle still had so much stain after the service, my tires were dull-looking and no wax added. They gave me their $12 service for $27. That's the amount I pay in NYC for the same package that includes interior cleaning (which they did not offer). I don't recommend this service.

I went to this Hoffman Car Wash for the first time a few days ago. The facility was very modern and includes free vacuums for customers to use. I purchased an "Ultimate" exterior car wash. I was frustrated that there were still bug guts on the front of my vehicle, despite the sophisticated machinery that was used. Aside from the front, my vehicle came out clean, leaving no water spots.

Was busy, but the holiday wash was a priority. Once in line was quicker. The only thing I would change is to have someone at exit end. My mirrors always need to be fixed after washing, and there is no place to safely pull over to fix. I can fix the driver's side, but the passenger side is harder.

Had an old car which needed vacuuming really bad. Let's put it this way. They're Lifesavers. I spent an hour and 45 minutes vacuuming cleaning blowing off with your air pressure nozzle. Nobody bothered me. The equipment worked perfectly and I really appreciate it.

It’s decent. I wanted the salt off my bronco so it did that fine. Granted I had the touch-less wash. They retracted the spinning stuff for the touchless . But it was too fast. Touchless washes need a bit longer to remove more of the gunk off the cars. Maybe 2 rounds of the same wash would do. More people wash touchless washes because it’s better for your car if you keep it clean. Hoffman gotta figure out how to do touchless right .

Today was a disappointment. Tire wash did not work. Top brush did not work which meant hood, windshield, roof, rear window were not washed well. Blowers were too weak to blow the water off of the unwashed hood. Will have to go elsewhere to get the car actually cleaned.

I paid $20 cash for an “Ultimate” wash, but the experience did not meet what was advertised or reasonably expected. After payment, that went in the attendees pocket I requested a receipt and was given one that did not include a date or time and only listed “$20 Ultimate,” with no additional detail. After going through the wash, it appeared that only an exterior-level service had been performed. I brought this to the attendant’s attention and asked to go back through. I was told that some of the products might not be compatible with my wheels, which I acknowledged, but I was still directed to proceed. On the second pass, the wash was set to an exterior-only option priced at $14, which clearly did not reflect the service I initially paid for. When I explained my concern and expectations, the response I received felt dismissive and implied that I did not understand how the service worked, which I found unnecessary and unprofessional. I am not upset about having to re-clean my vehicle, but I was disappointed by the lack of clarity, the service inconsistency, and the way the situation was handled. As a result, I chose not to return to this car wash.

What's my go to Car Wash definitely the best one that have been to an area. An old standard competitor started having problems in 2018. This calls me to check out Hoffman's which has been excellent only issue I've had is where I did the extra $5 for wax and it put a long streak along the side of my car luckily I was able to buff it out with electronic buffer. I was worried that it damaged the paint. But with some vigorous buffing with my electronic buffer and compound it came right out. I use it on both my SUVs especially during the winter don't want the undercarriage to rust out I'd like to keep the top side looking shiny and new!!!! If you can afford it I recommend doing the monthly wash throughout winter it's well worth it to keep the salt off your ride!!!

Hoffmans offer's complementary vacuums. Everywhere I go they hardly work. Definitely something the Hoffmans team needs to sit down and fix that problem. It’s not just a free service, it’s an incentive to buy the monthly package. I constantly have to keep changing parking spots just to find out that the next one don’t work either.

I went for a car wash this morning and as l was about to exit, an exterior accessory was blown off my vehicle. Upon exiting, I observed a young man clearing the exterior of some grass clipping. I explained my predicament and he said that he would retrieve the part. Prior to entering, he identified himself as the assistant manager, Jayden. He returned shortly thereafter with the piece, much to my relief. He exemplified professionalism, courtesy and was friendly. It was a pleasure interacting with this young man and I hope Hoffmans are aware that they have a "jewel" of an employee. Thank you Jayden and Hoffmans!

Went to their car wash location 1/19/26 and their brush damaged and bent my license plate. *UPDATED* Met with manager who apologized and helped to straighten my license plate for me and fixed the screw that was twisted.
