Our salesman Mo Toukhi was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. He went above and beyond to make this deal happen including coming to pick me up at my house on the day we closed the transaction. The dealership itself was modern and fresh. The staff were friendly and encouraging from the receptionist at the door to the tech guy Ethan who explained the features of my new vehicle.

I had 2 batteries replaced on my vehicle in their service shop in July (I brought my car to them because I bought it there and had a warranty - which covered none of the issues). My vehicle continued to have problems so they directed me to a dealership for my make of vehicle. I did. I continued to have problems until my car just stopped running in December. I had it towed to the other car maker’s dealership and lo and behold they need to replace one of those same batteries again. DePaula has a 12 month warranty on the battery and labor, so I contact for them to reimburse the dead one in my car, but they will only honor the warranty if THEY do the replacement. So they will only do it if I have my dead car towed to them, so they can replace the battery and then ONCE AGAIN tell me to go to the other dealership.

Oh wow, what an incredible display of “professionalism.” I scheduled an appointment ten days in advance—yes, a whole week and a half of waiting—for a simple diagnostic. You’d think that means they’d actually, you know, look at the car when I arrive. But no, apparently the appointment is just so you can drop it off for an unknown number of days. How convenient! When I asked how long they’d need it, the service advisor gave me the ever-helpful answer: “Can’t say.” Fantastic. And when I dared to ask why they even bother taking appointments if they can’t actually service the car, I was told—get this—that the appointment is just for dropping it off. Makes total sense, right? Because who doesn’t love scheduling a date in advance just to hand over your keys and wait indefinitely? Honestly, if you enjoy confusion, wasted time, and being treated like your time is worthless, this “dealership” will be your paradise. For everyone else—save yourself the headache and stay far, far away from this circus.

Everything was great for the transmission work on my 2016 Canyon diesel! All staff were authentically cordial and attentive rather than seeming to be forced to smile. The service director, Dennis, was exceptional - despite half a dozen vehicles that pulled in ahead of me, he took the time to test drive the vehicle before making a repair decision. I've been to many service departments of dealerships in the Capital Region and most of them had staff who scowled at me for bothering them with a vehicle repair. And, despite how busy they were, the repair was done within a couple of hours.

I just bought a 2024 GMC Canyon Denali from Bruce Hathaway, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. In November, my husband and I went to De Paula Chevrolet to get the tier fixed on our 2020 Chevrolet equinox. After the tire was fixed I said to my husband, let’s go and see if we are eligible for an upgrade.we ended up going to the same person that sold us that equinox his name is Dave Barry. He checked it out for us. Long story short, we were able to get an upgrade. Dave Barry has the one checked it out for us. Long story short, we were able to get an upgrade of a brand new 2026 Chevrolet equinox. We are grateful for Dave Barry for working with us again we were pleased with him the first time and even more so now thank you so much for all that you have done for us and your workmanship as a car dealer. You are a wonderful person with a beautiful character. We wish you nothing but the best. DePaula's latest customer annoyance is letting you know they'll pass along credit card fees to you AFTER you schedule service with them online. I called DeNooyer Chevrolet, and they aren't doing this nonsense, so I canceled my appointment with DePaula and will be taking my truck to DeNooyer for service now. If DePaula wants me back, DePaula will incur a transaction fee that is not greater than the cost of my time and effort in arranging for cash payment if they'd like me as a customer: - Writing a check: $12 - Bringing cash to pay for service: $22 + a written estimate of the costs prior to my visit to the dealership. Thank you for your understanding.

I highly recommend doing business with DePaula Ford. From first walking onto the lot to driving away with our vehicle it was great experience. The salesman Masood, the sales manager Jose, and the finance specialist Tracy we’re, in my opinion, exceptional. We never felt pressured or out of control; they were attentive without being overbearing. They answered all our questions and concerns, not giving us any “creative” explanations. We would buy vehicles from them again, no doubt about it.

I went to the dealership with a good friend of mine who was looking for a pickup truck. He found a nice, good clean used Chevrolet Silverado after the test ride we go inside, sit down. He winds up making a good deal on the pickup truck and the salesperson was James. James was pleasant up to date on Carfax of the vehicle. All the questions that my friend Bruce threw at him. Alex Wilson, and DePaula Chevrolet took great care of me and my car despite me not being local and unlikely to be able to be a repeat customer. I live 200 miles away. I got a flat tire while on my way to NYC for work. I could not drive home the 200 miles on the donut. DePaula came through. They held onto my car while I went on my business trip and luckily got the tire in and on my car in time for my return trip home. They were extremely courteous. They even gave me a ride to the Amtrak train station. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I have been going to this dealership since 2021, and over the years the customer service has declined. There have been multiples times were male staff (service and parts), have been misogynistic when talking to me. I bought a 2025 SUV from this dealership, and I am starting to regret it. The different departments do not communicate among themselves. The service team told me the part for my SUV should ship in 5-7 days, its been weeks and no one called me. I had to call the dealership to find out that the part has actually been on backorder since OCTOBER (its now January), and that 6 other people were also waiting on the same part. It is insane that I had to call them to even find this out. The depaula staff that I spoke told me that they did report this ongoing issue to GM. So I called GM to see what was up on their end, and they told me that the dealership hasn't even contacted them. I'd leave a 0 star review if I could. Moral of the story, this dealership will tell you whatever it takes to get you out the door. Safe to say, I will not be back to buy another car, and I will be going else where in the future.

I can’t thank Chevy DePaula enough for what they did for me. I went in with bad credit and a car that honestly wasn’t worth much, and the whole process took all day — but they never gave up on me and still managed to get me a great deal. I was extremely emotional and anxious throughout the day, and my salesperson was incredibly kind, respectful, and constantly checking in to make sure we were okay. He even paid for our lunch, which meant more to me than he probably realizes. The entire team was amazing. Manny, thank you for doing what no one else could — I truly appreciate you.
