You'd think car detailers would know how to remove leaf residue 😑 but they scratched my car up trying to get it off and didn't even clean the windows 😒. Save your coins!!

Exterior not totally clean, many dirty spots left. Glass not clean, looked worse than it did when I carried it in. I don't reccomend this car wash, I will not return. 👎👎👎

Wasn't worth the money I paid. When I got back into my car I had 2 finish wiping it down because some type of spray was all on my dash area and stereo area. Also a couple of areas weren't clean... Small areas but still they were visible areas.

This was my third or fourth time going there. They were extremely slow cleaning out the inside of car. The outside windows were not cleaned properly and had bunches of streaks on them. I do think for $30 they could do a better job

Stop in to get my wife car cleaned they did a good job. Then noticed something was missing, went to the young lady that was in charge and told her that I was missing something she said we never had that problem I told her I understand that but now you do an immediately after I said that I was called the N word and told to get off the property. Some people wonder why we don't support black businesses 🤔🤔🤔

Horrible! Car wasn't even close to being clean. Had to point out every spot on my car that needed attention, most of which didn't even get hit with water nevermind soap! Pretty sure the owner/manager helped the crew with my wash to speed up the process...he should have paid attention to quality control! Never again will I come here...too many black owned businesses in the area that are hustling with good customer service to tolerate this foolishness 😒

I attempted to use this service on Sunday, 7/30/23 as I stopped by on Wednesday (7/26) to inquire about detailing my car and was told by one of the workers to come back on Sunday as that was the slowest day and he would be able to extend extra attention to my car. I Googled the service and saw their hours were 10:00a to 6:00p daily. When I arrived on Sunday at 11:20a, there was no one there!! I waited until 12:15p, after calling several times and left messages on the answering machine. I never heard from anyone!! I did notice their sign at the shop showed their business hours to be from 9a - 6p. I'm not sure which is correct, only that no one showed up the entire day as I went by later. What an awful way to run a business and they never have to worry about me or my friends ever attempting to patronize their business again!

It’s a no for me. A hard no! You would think after waiting nearly two hours my car would’ve been pristine. The windows were still dirty, the seats weren’t cleaned, there was still plenty of dirt marks around the car, still trash between the seats and crevices. Basically with the exception of some water being sprayed everywhere they didn’t do anything. I paid extra to have my engine cleaned and they sprayed water on that. Thank you but no. $40 gone and wasted

This car wash has changed management several times within 2 years. One thing remains constant, they are slow. The actual washing of the car is fine. My exterior and interior always comes our cleaner than expected. However, it shouldn't take 1hr-2hrs to do so. The hand washing isn't the issue, none of the workers move with any type of urgency , which is the problem. In my visits, I've witnessed one or two employees on break, while one person works, another issue. If I need a car wash and there are no cars waiting, I will pull in... More than two cars waiting, forget about it.
