I can't even believe the bag of food that was just brought home from this location. Not only is most of it wrong, every single item is smashed and burnt. They shoved the entire order into 1 bag...food for 5 people. I'm honestly almost impressed someone thought any of this was acceptable. This is just one of many reasons why Wawa will always be better than Sheetz.

My boyfriend has handicap (it’s with his hand) so he had his hand in his pocket and was carrying his beef jerky under his arm. The manager said to him “make sure you pay for that beef jerky “ it really offended him and he goes there daily for the most expensive beef jerky ($21!! But that’s a different story lol) this “manager “ made him feel so horrible and it was so unnecessary you could visibly see the beef jerky under his arm it’s not like he was trying to hide it You need to be mindful of things you say, you don’t know everyone’s story

First off, let me preface this by saying Seth the manager is the only reason this store gets a 1 star review. As a customer I should NEVER hear a manager make a joke about autism ESPECIALLY towards an employee who clearly is struggling with mental issues…he’s VERY lucky this wasn’t me or a family member of mine because he’d be leaving sheetz with no teeth in his mouth. I can no longer comfortably enter the store when he is present, because not only am I uncomfortable, but so is every employee that works under him and this I’m certain of because I’ve asked them about him and they all agree that they’re terrified to voice their opinions on him because of his place in the company.

This Sheetz gets it. Not only is it conveniently placed. But the staff is always kind and considerate, even at 1am with a rowdy hotel crowd. Busy or slow I've seen staff time and time again facilitate a happy customer experience. Including observing a member of the kitchen staff walk out onto the floor and assist an elderly customer with the MTO screens. That doesn't happen at every gas station. 5 stars 🤙

Most of the time this sheetz is pretty good. I don't know what happened tonight but I was not in the mood for it. I had a long day so some of this is my own harsh feelings towards this BUT I order a full sub, not toasted with double turkey, mayo, provolone and pickles (and I wanted onions but for some reason they didn't have them which is really no big deal to me) But what I got was just regular turkey (not double), provolone, on a Toasted roll (I hate the taste) with very little pickles and no mayo. There were 2 guys there who I haven't seen before. They seemed like they were having a good time. I'm also a supervisor and I love to see my employees have fun, but not at the sake of the work that needs to be done. I was not happy with my order tonight. Usually they are good but tonight was just not their best work. It also doesn't surprise me because the manager that was there was also the manager who I have had many issues with in the past involving wrong orders and refunds 🤷‍♀️ he seems to not know what he's doing. I asked for a refund a long time ago and he just gave me some random change from the drawer. Usually when he is there I just walk out because I want nothing to do with it. But tonight I sent in a mobile app order so I didn't know who was working 🤷‍♀️ my mistake I guess.

We are big fans of Sheetz in general, but the 23 Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick has exceptional staff, always friendly and helpful. We’ve been in this store dozens of time and always leave with a smile. Great selection of healthier snack foods and meals, and also gluten free options often not found in other gas station stores. We only wish we could find Sheetz in more states because when we travel, we’re usually disappointed with the gas stations we find.

Noramlly I have no issues with this location, food is always good, they always have good stock. Today however with it being a Holiday I called in to inquire about the hours of operation, and the call was very sour. Was met with a very loud and annoyed "Sheetz how can I help you." And when asking about hours they said "Uh, we're open 24/7?". Needless to say if you call don't expect a decent conversation.

My husband and I love to go to this location for coffee. It's very convenient and all the staff is very pleasant. Recently, I've noticed that the coffee containers are not getting cleaned as frequent, which affects the taste of the coffee. Please don't slack on the cleanliness. Quick in and out to refuel. The pump area is clean. The convenience store has a nice selection of snacks, drinks and prepared items. There is counter service to order subs and hot food such as burgers, pizza & chicken tenders. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I got stuck by the machine at midnight, trying to put some air in my tire having struggled for about 15 minutes. I succeeded with two but couldn't get the other two, and Cassandra came to save the day. I told her she was an angel. She was happy to help, and later discovered she was a staff. She was very professional as well. She is one to be kept, motivated and rewarded. If you get to read thus, Cassandra, THANK YOU, again. Keep that smile and that heart.

A nice new Sheetz. Lots of gas pumps and parking although no EV Stations here but the Hilton next door has four EV Stations at the rear of the hotel. The interior of the Sheetz is clean, well stocked and organized. There is indoor and outdoor seating to eat. Made to order food is less expensive than fast food restaurants and a lot better tasting and their service is excellent. Plus you do not tip. Not even a tip jar. How refreshing is that? This is my new go to place for food... breakfast, lunch and dinner! The restrooms are large and clean. The store and restrooms are handicap accessible. The exterior is clean and well lit at night. Very safe area and they are open 24/7.

The 4am crew let us down. The cheesy bacon tater bombs were missing Cajon season and ketchup. The cinnamon sticks were missing cinnamon sugar and cinnabon icing dipping sauce. They need training to have closer attention to detail.

Possibly the nicest and cleanest Sheetz I’ve been to ever. It’s convenient to get into the station and they have amble parking for a smaller store. I would have given ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ except it is sometimes disappointing when the air compressor or the slushie machine is broken which seems to be quite frequent and it is a pain to get out of the station and back on the road. The city needs to put a stop sign or light in as it is sometimes next to impossible to make a left had turn onto TJ drive. You can’t be a convenience store if it’s not convenient to get back on the road.
