I had a nice stay at this Courtyard. The rooms have been renovated and I faced the woods which was very quiet. The a/c works great! I found the King size bed to be a little hard and woke up with back pain. This is the first time for a Marriott bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Nice little bar. Our room was very comfortable. Hotel was less than 5 minutes from Biltmore House.

We recently stayed here during a trip to western North Carolina. Although this was just blocks away from the worst flooding in Asheville during the 2024 hurricane, the hotel didn't suffer any adverse damage. In fact, the hotel was so clean it looked brand new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and very nice. The bistro is a good option for breakfast, but perhaps a little expensive. I had the avocado toast and the serving size was stingy compared to the same entree I've had at other Courtyards. Great gym and pool, both well maintained and clean.

Excellent stay. Hotel is new, rooms are clean and the beds are some of the best I've slept in. The front desk staff were also terrific and helped recommend places to eat. Only minor issue is that one side of the hotel overlooks a junk yard, so not the best view. Other than that, this hotel is very good and I would definitely stay here again.

Typical Courtyard recently renovated. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Great location to walk Biltmore village. |The village itself suffered catastrophic damage from the hurricane and is years away from recovery. Several buildings are boarded up or under construction. |Village Pub nearby was a great spot for snacks and drinks.

This was my seventh stay at this hotel in less than three years, and each one has been FANTASTIC. My last trip (to both the hotel and Asheville) was in early summer of 2024, before the hurricane, and I was worried that the hotel may have gone downhill since then. It actually seemed even cleaner than I remember (and it's always been VERY clean)! It's so convenient to downtown, South Slope, the Biltmore, South Asheville, Blue Ridge Pkwy, I40, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful and they solved an issue I had in my room (the shower wasn't draining well at all). ||Can't recommend this property more highly! Have no reason to stay elsewhere in Asheville, and the pricing is very fair for the area too! Also, the parking lot is safe (I'm female), free, and easy.

Having had great experiences at other Courtyard hotels, it seemed like an easy choice to stay here when I needed to do a one-night stopover in Asheville, and I was not disappointed. I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is really clean with a modern decor, and has lots of seating in the lobby with a “bistro.” I didn’t eat there so cannot speak to it, but I loved the convenience of having it as an option. As with other Courtyards, the room was spacious with microwave, fridge, and coffee pot (wish it had been a keurig, though, since I always travel with extra kcups!), comfy bed and pillows, and plenty of nice large towels. Although I didn’t get to sightsee in Asheville, I can see where this location would be very convenient for doing so. It’s easy to access from the interstate, essentially walking distance to the Biltmore estate, and just a very short drive to get to all the adorable shops and restaurants downtown. I would definitely recommend, and will likely stay here again if I have the opportunity to return to Asheville!

I have been going here to set up for meetings in their conference room. It's a great space and they are very accommodating. The lobby has many places to sit and chat, watch TV and just chill at the bar. I can't tell you about the rooms as I haven't been in them. The pool and workout room look pretty nice especially for anyone just passing though Asheville. The location I don't like so much as it is right on the road, but there is an amazing Mexican place next door and a shell station for quick needs. It's is close to the Biltmore house so makes for an interesting walk or a quick drive.

Super clean, fresh hotel with excellent decor and people running it. The room was super comfortable and quiet. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because the shower stall only has a half wall (floor to ceiling) and no no door so half is open to the bathroom exposing you to the cold air coming into the stall while showering. Otherwise, this hotel is top notch.

The front desk staff is fantastic. I accidentally made my reservation for the following week. The gentleman at the front desk adjusted it for me.||The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. There were a variety of pillow firmnesses. It was a bit hard to keep the temperature consistent. I was like Goldilocks, too warm or too cool. I woke up in the middle of the night with my nose stuffed up and a faint smell of mustiness that I believe was coming from the HVAC. ||Parking was free and rates had more favorable pricing than other hotels in the vicinity.

Very clean, up to date and neat hotel but that’s were it ended. The perfume smell when you came in made the lobby and earring area not a place you wanted to go. Each time I walked through I could literally taste the smell. The staff at the front desk really seemed pissed to be there the service was not there with a nudge. The rest of the town was amazing was just very disappointed with our overall experience.

The hotel is very nice and new. The room was very large and comfy I would stay here again in the future when going back to Asheville. The hotel is very central located to all things fun to do. Great time. The guy who checked us in was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great Stay!!

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. My first room was near the road, so it could get a bit noisy with traffic at the intersection. However, when I moved to a suite, it was much quieter and more peaceful, with trees behind the room providing a nice, relaxing view. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness.

Nice hotel. Place was quiet, well kept, and very close to the Biltmore if that's in your plans. Staff was friendly and nice, rooms seem modern and well cared for. I would recommend this place anytime and would stay there again. No free breakfast but the breakfast we purchased downstairs there was delicious.

The hotel looked nice and clean but The service was horrible and the food was awful. We dropped cbd/thc crumbs on the floor and got charged an extra $250 for NOT smoking in the room. Seems they had to call a third party to clean the crumbs. Go somewhere you can have a good time and enjoy what’s sold in Asheville.

My boyfriend and I drove up after work and we were exhausted to say the least. This room had been booked for some time. The gentleman at the desk was gone for some time before he came to check several of us in. After getting our room key we trekked up to the room after squeezing into the elevator with a bunch of other people since one of the elevators were down and opened our room door to find that someone had already occupied it and it was a mess. We trekked back down to the desk where we were given another room. You can clearly tell that some of the bed linens aren’t always switched out by the amount of hair seen on the sheets. I’m very meticulous about hotels and cleanliness. The pillow wedges that go behind were gross and there are no coverings on the mattress besides the fitted sheet which is a red flag for me. Another thing that really threw me off was the cost for breakfast. We ended up going down to the McDonalds because I wasn’t enthused. Overall spending 12 hours or so here wasn’t the worst but I absolutely think there are things that could be better. Especially making sure the rooms you are handing out are prepared for the guest.

We visit Asheville often and have stayed at many properties. I was extremely happy with my stay at Marriott Courtyard Biltmore!! I found it to be superior to most of the hotels I have stayed at. |First and foremost, I found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfectly appointed and very clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast before we departed. |The location can’t be beat! Close to downtown, Biltmore and the River Arts district. |I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants superb hospitality and a great Asheville location for an excellent value!!

This property is much larger than it first appears 🏨✨, yet parking was always easy to find near the front lobby 🚗👍. There is also a massive lot in the rear with direct access to the lobby, which is a nice bonus if the front fills up 🅿️😊. The holiday decorations were beautifully done 🎄❄️ and added a warm, welcoming touch for winter travelers. The lobby bar has great appeal 🍸👀 and feels like a natural gathering spot after a long day. I loved the variety of seating options in the lobby, whether you want to hang out casually or meet up with friends 🛋️👯♀️. The staff truly stood out, being amazing from check in to check out 🙌💙. This stay easily earned a spot on my short list of favorite Courtyards 🌟🏆. The room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, making great use of the space 🛏️✨. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was a definite plus 🧊🍽️. We enjoyed this hotel quite a bit, especially since it’s just a short drive to downtown with shops, restaurants, and activities 🏙️🛍️. I would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️😊.
