Just moved to the area and decided to give this car wash a try. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While going through the wash, I could actually hear the brushes scraping against my car—and sure enough, it left noticeable scratches all over the surface. Very frustrating. I won’t be returning.

I paid a little extra to get an underbody flush because I'd driven through some dirt, and they didn't wash or rinse it at all. On top of that, it didn't look like the front or the back of the car was washed at all and I ended up having to rewash them both by myself. The car wash is very loud and sounds like the pressure would be getting bugs and dirt off the car but it was useless.

Conveniently located next to Oncue. You can pay at the pump. The car wash cost $7 and does a good job of cleaning vehicles.

This car wash has 3 lanes to the entrance. Guy out helping select wash and process payments. Did not have long to wait to enter the automatic wash. Have free vacuum stations. Wash did an awesome cleaning job.

For $25, don't expect your car to be washed in the front or back. They stacked the cars literally back to back through the tunnel, so no chance for any brushes to reach the front or back of your car. Terrible.

Location is excellent and line moves quickly, however I am disappointed with the washing of my car itself. Still tons of dirt noticeable on the back (photo attached). I purchased the $20 option. Have visited twice; the first time was a bit better. I have reached out to the company on their website and will update should I receive a response.

Not a bad wash. There is not pre-scrubbing and most of the car looks good for as dirty as it was. Not sure the tire shine was working. $25 worth?

Paid for a $25 wash with the cashier and was signed up for a monthly recurring $39.99 payment without my knowledge. Nothing was mentioned about a recurring charge and saving my card on file

Used to love this car wash, in fact we have the family membership for entire family. Not sure if something changed after Mark sold or what, but used to smell like fruit loops cereal, or some type of yummy scent, our grandson loved going through just to smell, now it smells like sewage, our car still stink after running into Oncue for snacks for a road trip. Then a few weeks back on a Friday evening went through car wash, waited forever for the guy to pass us through the app lane, then went through only to get the downgraded-wash, circled around 7:48pm, & they’d closed it already. So disappointing, not sure if we’ll switch or what, this is certainly the most convenient car wash place for us. Let’s do better!

Coulter Express Carwash is a great experience from the minute you pull up to pay. Self pay kiosk was in excellent working order. Carwash attendees guided me in. Placed car in neutral, but did not have to align on a ‘track’ which took the stress out of the carwash experience for me. Highly recommend this car wash. I got the least expensive wash for $7.00. My car exterior is clean including windshields and and sparkly tires.

Great people and great wash! After my fiasco with Okie Car Wash in Quail Springs, it was nice to deal with polite and resp6peple that are customer service driven.

Like others have stated, once Tommy's took over, this place smells like sewage which permeates through the interior every time we use it. I asked an employee and they said they stopped using a water filtration method to save money. Like any other drive through, I don't expect much. It'll do a marginal job at washing a vehicle which I was willing to accept that trade off versus washing it myself. However, with the smell I'll be cancelling my monthly membership and go back to hand washing our cars. Maybe if enough people cancel they'll realize the reduced revenue doesn't justify the savings.

Before ownership change this was a great place, especially during their happy hour, which of course no longer exists. Now I find Okie Express cleans better and has much better pricing and vacuums. I'd go if happy hour came back but it's not worth it for the pricing charged.

Total waste of money the back of my truck wasn't even touch and what was touch still looks like crap..could have done a better job with a water hose

Like most automatic car washes, it still leaves soap all over the car. If you have a black vehicle, you’re going to have to go rinse it off again when you leave.

Literally one of the best car wash experiences I have ever had for $8. From the clarity of signage, customer service of the attendant that I checked in with, cleanliness of the facility, and the amount of free vacuum bays available. The thing I loved the most was that they had a high pressure air to spray off excess water and for cleaning the interior. They offer a $5 cleaning kit at each vacuum bay. Seems like a fair price for the micro fiber towel, 2 glass cleaning towels, dashboard cleaner and an air freshener.

Now that I know they no longer offer Happy Hour pricing, I’ll be going elsewhere. $25 wash wasn’t worth it and I didn’t even receive the free detail kit. They do have great vacuums.

I paid $25 for the Best+ option, which ended up being a waste of money. No hot wax or ceramic coating were applied as advertised, no attendants were out front to spray the car before going into the wash like most nice car washes offer, and as a result my wheels were only partially washed, the back of my car is still dirty and the sides of my car still had some dirt as well. It would be nice if I got my money’s worth. I would’ve gotten the same return for the $10 option.

Users beware!! They do not pay damages. They do not have clearance markers and tell you that you need to refer to verbiage on their website about claims. They do not post their non-pay claims verbiage on site. Managers refuse to call back and directly lie to your face about attempting to contact. Ya, Mr. I was about to email you.... oh really whats my email address beings I never gave my email address.... Nearly ripped the back end of my truck off and they refuse to do anything. Crooks. Sad because I was a frequent customer. Club Carwash still the best.

I had a great experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on taking care of me. They took the time to make sure everything was right and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was cleaned properly. The process was smooth, efficient, and I left feeling valued as a customer. It’s clear they take pride in their service and customer care. I highly recommend Tommy’s Express to anyone looking for a quality car wash with excellent service. Thank you to Mark and his team!
