Brought in truck for a PM, air leak with seat, and noise at the rear end. Their PM didn’t include greasing any joints. They said nothing was wrong with the air ride seat or axle. Took to the dealer and within 5 minutes they showed me the air ride seat was leaking from the switch. Then the axle noise was from not greasing the fittings. In my opinion they are looking for the easy money and don’t want to fix stuff. Won’t be back to them.

The truck broke down on the side of the road Saturday. We called at least 12-15 companies to get a tow or roadside service. Most were not answering or busy. Some even stated they would call back and never did. We finally called Cottle. From the moment the phone was answered you could hear they wanted to assist. Dewayne was knowledgeable and went over and beyond with his customer service in locating the part and ensuring the truck was good to go. He even explained what I needed to ask the mechanic back home who did not do a thorough job which is why the truck stopped working. I recommend this company and will be sharing their contact information with other companies. The customer service was superb, they are trustworthy and their prices are reasonable. Dewayne even offered water to the driver who had been stuck for hours in this heat on the side of the road. Thank you!

Cottles is a reliable big truck mechanic. I called them about my Def leak and rough idle. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, repaired it, and sent me on my merry way. That was just one part. The second thing I enjoyed the most is the customer service. They provided me with a clear understanding of the problem and guided me to a comfortable customer lounge where I was able to watch the Miami HurriCANES put a whipping on Louisville. On Sunday, Fathers Day, upon delivering my load in Portsmouth, I had a bad tire on one of my drives. Called and spoke to a professional young man who explained some different options and was able to dispatch someone out to the truck. I was able to go and have Father’s Day dinner with my father who lives in the area. They kept me up to speed on the work being performed and was quick to answer any questions I had. Recommend them and will use them again in the future should the need arise.

I went to this place to fix my brake chamber for my semi . People work there are very friendly and help me out well . They went to dealer grab new brake chamber and put it on right away . There price is fair too . If you broke down around VA beach , Suffolk, Norfolk, I really recommend you to see cottels repair show and they have 24hr roadside assistance service. Thank you
