I've used Coal Creek a number of times. I was always frustrated trying to use the payment method and felt the times given and amounts paid didn't line up. But after reading the reviews here yesterday I decided to give them another shot by downloading their Android App. The whole experience was awesome! Payment was simple and straight forward. It worked well getting a very dirty SUV clean again. My only suggestion would be that I can easily clean the whole car in four minutes. I don't need or want eight minutes. Either way, however, I highly recommend Coal Creek Car Wash!

Good price for the wash - the water and shampoo is warm, the room is heated and the blow dry is warm too. Great water pressure our guy got so clean. If there was anything I would change it would be to put a dehumidifier in the rooms. They get super steamy and odorous of wet dog. Wore a mask and that helped with the odor. Besides that would def recommend and will be back!

UPDATE: I have spoken to the owner, and he’s has taken care of me issue, so all is good. He mentioned to me that they are working on the communication issues, which should help improve response times. I will continue to use the car wash as they also give back to the community and that’s mean’s a lot to me! I have left a couple messages for them to give me a call back on a car wash that stopped working the minute I drove in Bay one the undercarriage wash worked and then as I got parked, it’s sprayed soap on the hood of my truck and that was it. Stopped working looked around for somebody to help no one was around called the phone number a couple times no return call whatsoever spent $14 on that wash and then I proceeded to go in bay 2 and spend another &10 Still unresponsive from this company/0wner All I want is my refund or a gift card for another wash if I don’t get one or the other, I will never use that car wash again nor will my family. You can’t have a business and not respond to people when they have an issue. I should not have to send an email to get a response from somebody. This in not good customer service. I want to speak to somebody on the issues.

Best customer service ever! I used a $10 bill that was too wrinkly- the machine ate it. I emailed as instructed, but was able to get quarters from my non-wrinkly bills on the other intake. As I washed my kid’s car, I noticed the back tire losing all its air. When I finished up, I slowly pulled out of the bay to change the tire. It was an unfamiliar car and I couldn’t find the jack. David was there doing maintenance. Not only did he give me my $10 bill back, but he CHANGED MY TIRE for me! I so appreciate it.

Update: Amazing customer service! I had a small problem with completing an automatic wash- contacted them and they were so kind and helpful in resolving the issue. I could not be more pleased with their customer service and the best car wash in the area! Their self-serve carwash is great, (haven't tried the drive-thru yet). I put in $4.00 and always have plenty of time to get my car really clean. For $1.00 the vacuum stays on plenty long to do my sedan.

Great value for the vacuum (that actually works well). We were able to vacuum the entire inside of the suv with only $2! The car wash is also very nice with the different settings, including a setting to clean bugs off. Really good experience, didn't feel like a rip-off like some car washes do.

First time using this car wash and I was pleasantly surprised. Vacuum was only $1.00 and it’s powerful. I keep up with vacuuming so the $1.00 was all I needed. The wash bay are well kept and the water pressure is perfect. I like how their mat holders actually hold up your mats unlike most other self service car washes. Appreciate that you can use a credit card. Will be back.

Not only can you get your car washed, but your dog can get a great wash too! 10 mins for $10. The water pressure is great. They provide shampoo and conditioner. The blow dryer has two levels for dogs who don’t like the air. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this car wash for 5+ years never had a problem until today. For some reason they decided to up the initial start price a quarter (2.25 instead of $2)…..AND they took away time per dollar (don’t know how much but I would say my $2.25 gave me 1 minute.) had to go home with a soapy car and finish washing because I didn’t have my wallet on me (I brought exactly what I needed in quarters for the last 5 years and it gave me about half the time/value it use to.) In my opinion the small margin of a good deal you guys had went out the window and I don’t know if it’s inflation or you guys wanted to squeeze a little more out of us.

Touch less bays work well and have great pressure. Came in to clean my wheels and prepare for a cars and coffee owner gave me a free credit for some minutes of washing. Will be coming back for sure.
