I just went through the wash and instead of being charged $4 I was charged $10 2 times. I tried calling the owner but no luck. Their Facebook page is no help either.

The credit card option only works for a short cycle, then tried to re swipe and wouldn't work. Had to put cash in to finish 😡.I've had this happen before at this location. It used to keep a running meter until you were done! Don't know why it has changed?

This place isn't the best but it's not the worst either,qlot of times the quarter machine doesn't work and there is large pot holes thru there parking lot,and only 1 or 2 of the car washes actually work but,if u wanna just clean out your car there garbage cans are always empty and the place is always kept clean and it's in a nice area to get in and out of easily.

Pulled into the 3rd bay for a car wash. When i pulled out there was a 10 inch drop immediately outside of the bay. Caused my car to bottom out which damaged several parts including cracking my radiator fan. Avoid this place at all cost if you car about your car.

Wash soap, foam brush and wax are all broken. The parking lot has giant potholes that you drive into if you aren't paying attention. The hoses are leaking onto your head as you try to wash as well. The touchless wash is usually what I use but that was closed as well as multiple bays being closed. Overpriced for not even being maintained.

Paid for an automatic car wash and only one spot on my car was cleaned for about 5 minutes because the machine stopped and wouldn't move. Also the vacuum cleaner wasn't very good. Tried calling but no answer and I was on my way to work so didn't have much more time to fool with it.

16$ for 4 minutes on my card. No signs saying it's going to be up charged. The drains are all clogged and full of mud and trash. Vacuums are all out of order. Not well kept at all.

I love this little car wash. It is always, clean, affordable, and has good machines. The car vacuum is powerful and the vacuum heads are clean and not sticky like some. The quarter house to wash off your car is powerful and works great. The soap does not leave a residue and the wax works very well. The trash bins are emptied regularly (no overflowing trash cans like at a lot of the bigger car washes). This is a great car wash and is very affordable. I usually spend under $4.00 total. I highly reccomend Clough Car Wash.

This used to be a good car wash. But it has really fallen down in the last few years. The auto car wash no longer works. Sometimes the credit card machines don’t work. Sometimes there is no soap from the nozzle. Sometimes the soap wand does not work. I hope to see improvements, but there is never anyone there to talk to about it, and I’ve never seen a phone number or email address to call.

The automatic wash took my money and then displayed a message that said to wait because the car wash was already in use. It was not. I thought maybe a sensor needed to be tripped, so I pulled through the wash bay and back around to the entrance and the message still said it was in use. I made multiple calls to the owner letting them know what had happened. They never returned any of my calls and I was still charged for a wash that I never received and they never reversed the charge or acknowledged my calls. Not only is the automatic wash bay dirty, old, and in need of replacement, it just might steal your money. I wouldn't recommend bringing your car here.

This car wash is so trashed. Garbage everywhere, weeds grown up over everywhere, a broken down car sitting inside the automated wash bay, empty 55 gallon chemical drums stacked up, credit card machines do not work. Not to mention their timers are sped up. I had two minutes left to rinse my car, and one minute later, those two minutes were gone. I checked my watch, and the timer is wayyyy off.... Definitely not what it used to be and needs someone who cares about the property to take it over.

I want to bring to your attention that although the sign at the car wash states that the price is $2.50, I was actually charged $15.00 on two separate occasions. I am currently in the process of initiating a chargeback with my bank. Additionally, I plan to report this issue to the attorney general and to their merchant services. After conducting an investigation, I have discovered that this has been an ongoing problem for at least the past 5 years. Based on these findings, I can only conclude that the car wash is deliberately engaging in dishonest and fraudulent practices.

Went there yesterday to wash my car. I put coins and dollar bills in at first and it ran out of time when I was rinsing it off. So, I used my card and it charged me $16. It says $2.50. Tried to call the place and all it does is ring. So, I’m on the phone with my bank to dispute the charge. I will not pay $16 for a self serve car wash. I don’t even pay that for a drive thru car wash. Be careful and don’t use your card. Make sure you have cash or quarters. If I don’t get my money back, I will not go back there again and I will file a complaint to BBB.

Sign on vending machine claimed car washes were $2.50. However upon checking my credit card history they were charging $10 per car wash. Only 1 bay was working correctly had to switch bays because timer ran out mid cycle on 1st wash just to rinse the car off. $10.00 for four minutes total time. Would not recommend this unless you have no other option. And automatic bay was not working.

Usually a go to when I'm in the area, but this evening the automatic drive thru stopped halfway through. The center of my trunk got a nice 10 min pressure rinse. I wouldn't really complain but tried a half dozen times backing up & moving forward and even tried to call the number since water was still drizzling when I left. Got no answer.
