Ran my Nissan Sentra through I few minutes ago. Paid for their best wash. Several of the brush's didn't touch the passenger side. I spoke with the office. They said they'd run me through again. More pressure from brush's on drivers side, same as before on passenger side. You guys failed. I wouldn't pay for another wash here. Also feels like the track speed is turned up so high to get you outta there as fast as possible. How could one expect a good wash.

Getting through the car wash was a bit slow because it was quite busy on a Saturday afternoon, but the line was moving as quickly as possible. The staff were very attentive and made sure to keep cars moving along. The vacuums and compressed air were in good working condition, and I was able to get my car looking super clean! I highly recommend this place. Although it's quite busy on the weekends, the service and equipment are great.

Clean Freak is a great car wash, however I think they push cars through to fast. And don't waste your money on the $20 washes that include tire wash/shine it doesn't work.

Sad they did away with the bottles of glass cleaner, they need to purchase more cloths for cleaning and need to fix the vacuums same one from March still not working. Not much suction in many of them.

Went to get my car cleaned here just to come out the car wash with my the top of my side mirror gone. The employees were very irresponsible and were not helpful at all. The part will cost at least $100 to replace for my vehicle. Not only that, this car wash doesn’t even clean your car properly and leaves a lot of dirty spots. If I could leave zero stars I would, the whole experience is just ridiculous. Just don’t come here if you want to pay to leave with your car just as dirty.

Paid 22$ for a lot of water spots and didnt clean my tires and rims very well . Vaccum wasnt all that powerful . Next time I will try Romeos carwash.

I came here for a quick wash, and that's what I got. It was an above average job as I choose the option above Basic wash. I bypassed the free vacuum because I took care of that beforehand somewhere else. Besides an employee directing you into the actual car wash it was completely automatic for me; no muss, just results.

Love this place! The staff is friendly and the vacuums and other cleaning equipment is always working properly! I typically just get basic car wash but it’s definitely a good one! Go when they open and you can use ANY of the vacuums 🙌🚙💨

When will Yuma Clean Freak get vacuums fixed or replaced ? Every time, and I mean Every Time, I go to CF, the vacuums either doesn't work, or even the hose falls apart. This is horrible customer service. FIX THEM PLEASE. I want to get what I am paying for.

Does nothing for trucks.. Never touches the tailgate! Washes and ‘dries’.. then spits water all over your vehicle before the exit. Waste of money! Try Soft Cloth??

Very kind & courteous. I had a few questions about what kind of wax they used that might help with the oxidation on the hood of my truck, & they were kind enough to send me through their car wash for free. I am very thankful for the kind gesture & my truck loooked really nice after the wash.Although i will have to find a more aggressive solution for the oxidation problem, which i pretty much already knew a car wash wasn't going to solve.

I loved the bug washing station! We had been hit with waves of bugs driving thru the desert and the front of the truck was covered with dead bugs. They had very nice vacuum stations.

I had a really bad experience with this place. The car wash will probably scratch your car pretty badly. When you try to call to cancel your membership, they don’t answer and won’t give you a refund. The vacuums don’t even work.

Just left Clean Freak after paying for a “Premium” $22 wash without thinking to do a walk around. During the wash I noticed the brushed on the right side were a little off. Get home to see that the entire right side of my tailgate wasn’t hardly touched. Tried calling the desk, no answer and their mailbox is apparently full, according to the recording.

Went and signed up for a membership and turned around and canceled it. Their wash ripped my license plate off the from of my car, took the paint off my front bumper and scratched the crap out of the back side of my car! Went to pick up my plate and they offered $18 😒

In the middle of a long road trip I had my car washed at Clean Freak while in Yuma for the night. Most of my car got clean (except the rear) and I was fine with that. The free vacuums worked great to get the sand out of my car. The attendants were helpful and friendly.

I brought my jeep here today for the first time. I will admit that it definitely didn’t get cleaned well the first time through the wash, but was told in advance that because my truck had a hitch, they had to adjust the wash equipment so I may need to run it through the wash again. Ivan’s customer service and assistance was terrific and he made sure I left there satisfied with the cleanliness quality of my vehicle. Very nice employees. Thanks Ivan!

Service is always amazing!! Ivan is hands down has the best customer service skills. Prices for the washes are very reasonable. I have taken my personal vehicles. As well as family members cars. And work vans, all come out very clean! Not once any damages were found.
