I stopped by Jiffy Lube, never been to that location before.. i approached an employee & I told him what I needed, they chsnged my oil. Kinda pricey but I guess its my type of car that needed that much oil. On the Plus you get a FREE car wash ticket...& you can use it when ever you'd like. I was out of there in 15-20 min. Staff was friendly. Office / lobby was clean, they have a TV so your not bored out of your mind. They also had a vending machine & I definitely used bc I was starving. Overall it was good service & fast check out.

Treat their customers terribly. Oil leak as soon as I got home, got oil everywhere they touched in my car (door, steering wheel, shift knob), worst of all-stained my seat with oil. Went back and demanded a refund and for them to fix all the issues I had and said they’d have the detail shop take care of it, they’re closed on Sundays. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience!

I won't go back. The first man just stood looking at me for awhile before approaching my vehicle. He asked with no expression, " oil change?" I told him that I have a new vehicle and won't be in their system yet and want it to be serviced. He repeat, "oil change." Two grinning men joined the fun as he did not know how to articulate. I repeated to their amusement and my frustration that I don't need the oil changed but the server. They reluctantly checked everything. I still didn't understand why there was such a problem. I didn't get my vehicle registered either. As I drove away they mockingly chimed in with," have a nice day!' I looked on the website later to read that Jiffy lube does Service but only after having had an oil change. It would have been a lot simpler if they had articulated that in the first place. Infuriating.

Good service other than they pulled apart my glove box to remove the cabin filter even though I did not request this. Left glove box and dash full of greasy handprints. 3-4 different technicians working on my vehicle.

Ask for price over the phone then tell them you have a coupon. See if it's any cheaper. It was nice to get a car wash though

100.00 dollar oil change then drove to a friend's house the truck leaked dirty oil on his driveway. Called to let them know what happened and the response was that just happens and what do you want me to do about it ? In a very snarky tone. I know that you should always clean the areas where the oil drips from the filter and they did not do that. Terrible customer service and overall experience.

The service took less than 20 min and ran me around 70 (with the better synthetic oil). They do take coupons but not above 15$ (specific to this store). The guys here are very knowledgeable about good places in town to get services/mechanical work done. There a bunch of places that will take advantage of you if you don’t know much about cars so I was very grateful to them for that.

Went into Jiffy Lube wanting an oil change I was behind the car waiting in line, the lube technician walks up to me and say we don’t work on European cars. I asked really, not on Mercedes or BMW or Audi. Then the lube technician said no while laughing so my service was refused. I do drive a European car and extremely disappointed I got denied service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The tech even told me where I could find a coupon for the oil change. I highly recommended this location.

Broke my own oil and filter. Got the free wash. Let me know about a few things going on with the vehicle. Also , lady came in for an oil change and told her it's not time yet. You only have 1000 miles on the last one. Vary cool of them.

Went in for an oil change and came out with an incorrectly attached skid plate. I was aware of my skid plate having some prior dents however it was attached correctly and not dragging until I left this Jiffy Lube location. The front of the plate completely fell out on my way to Tucson because 2 front bolts holding it up were not attached correctly. Contacted the store and the employees proceeded to argue with me about it not being their fault that the plate was put back on incorrectly. Filed a complaint with corporate and the owner contacted me and still did not rectify the situation. All I wanted was it to be reattached correctly or just taken off.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would, but not on account of poor service but on account of terrible management. He left me stranded without a car for 3 days. Went for an oil change on Saturday and they apparently severed the cable to the starter under the car with their pressure washer when they sprayed it down after the oil change. Car wouldn't start and it took a little while for the staff to figure out what the problem was. They called their manager who said he would come weld it on Monday. I was on the phone with Autozone trying to find out what that replacement cable was called so I could get one and they could fix it right then and there but we were unsuccessful and the manager did not want to come in to fix it then. They then told me that he would be in tomorrow to fix it, to which I finally agreed. The staff was very apologetic and I even told the guy behind the counter that "I understand that accidents happen, and my irritation came from the manager not wanting to come and fix it." I didn't want to have them tow my car out of there as this would dismiss them from being liable. So I left my car over night and the next day I didn't receive any calls from them. Finally decided to call around 2 PM to which they said they were unable to reach the manager. They magically got a hold of him at the end of day around 4 PM when he could no longer come in to fix it so I had to wait yet another day without a vehicle. He never intended to come in on Sunday. He simply wanted me off the phone so he could go about his business and fix it on Monday as he originally wanted. This morning he called me to let me know that the car was ready and immediately started to blame me for the problem stating that the cable breaking was my fault as if I was the one to use a pressure washer on it to break the delicate cable. He started saying they didn't use high pressure when washing the cars and that they only used the a simple hose, but in his next sentence he immediately said, "we pressure wash other cars" pretty much contradicting himself at which point I just said "so they did pressure wash it and broke the cable" but he continued to deny that it was their fault. I hung up on him and came to collect the car in the afternoon during my lunch break, mind you I still didn't have a car to go to work with this morning, and as soon as I got there he immediately led me downstairs to show me the hose which clearly has an attachment for water pressure and still said it was my fault for whatever dumb reason. He then told me that his religion prevents him from working on the sabbath to which I said, "that's fine. You're allowed that, but if you cannot come in to fix it, then it's your job as a manager to find someone who can" and all he could say to that is that no one could. He didn't even try to find anyone. I didn't even bother bringing up the point that the sabbath would mean that he cannot work one day out of the week, and if that day was Saturday, then why didn't he come in Sunday? Or if he observes that on Sunday, then that means he clearly could have came in on Saturday. Don't try to use your religion as an excuse for poor customer service. He then proceeded to say that he didn't have to repair it as it wasn't their fault again, and that he only did it because he's a good human being. I told him he had to repair it because they broke it and they were liable for it and at some point after this he said "if you try to sue us, we will win" unprompted. I didn't even bring up anything regarding a lawsuit. I just wanted my car back and was very upset at being stranded for 3 days. We went back upstairs and after he gave me my keys, he then very condescendingly started saying "i hope you become a better person" or some BS along those lines. I just grabbed my key and didn't say anything back. He was clearing trying to get a rise out of me in front of his staff to try to make me look like the bad guy. I'm not surprised to see that some of the other bad reviews for this location also mention them stating it's not their fault for issues with their cars.

Outstanding service and great price went here after the Xpress Lube down the street said they could not do a service that I called ahead for and once I showed up said they couldn't. But jiffy lube saved the day . An the quality of service was so much better. As well as cheaper . I would highly recommend. Very rarely do I give five starts and I think out of the 324 reviews I have written I have only done it a handful of times. But this small place hands down has offered some of the best service I have received in Yuma. Great job #jiffylube

I went here the other day to get an oil change in my friend's car. The gentleman directed me right in to the bay with ZERO wait - helped me find the engine open lever (again, second time I had driven this car), discuss the oil to be used and immediately three gentlemen were around the hood - the one who directed me in was very, very politely and calmly training the new guy! They were done in a matter of minutes, took my card in to pay, gave me a coupon for a free car wash and then we chatted for a few minutes. I told him I liked the way he was working with his trainee and how THAT makes a good team. He also turned off the oil change warning light for me. I would definitely go here again! PS When you drive in, make a sharp left around the building to get to the oil change bays. Lane on right goes in to car wash.

Outstanding customer service and truly top-tier mechanics. They treat my vehicle with such care and attention—it’s like a spa day every time I bring it in. They also have military discount with ID.
