Drop off my car for an appointment at 8:00 a.m. due to a faulty horn. It is obvious my car did not go in until 2:20 when I call them and ask about it, and of course Eddie was not available to answer my phone call until 2:50 to tell me that the car was ready and to go pick it up, long story short my car was not ready untill 3:30. And guess what the issue was not fixed they just fix the secondary horn to get it out of the way and the main horn still not working. Today is Wednesday and I could not get another appointment until Monday. I understand they're busy I guess, but my time is also valuable.

Dropped my car off Monday morning at 8:15 am with a parasitic short that was draining and killing my batteries which I had to replace 4 times in two months. It’s been there for 4 days no one called me with the progress so I called twice to check the status and some rude person in service told me to quit calling so much and they will call me but it’s been 2 days and no calls so they can’t figure it out so I’m going to get my vehicle that couldn’t fix. And I’m not paying a dime .

If I could give minus 5 I would, not 0 or 1 star. I can’t believe that finance team have no scruples. My stepfather being over 70 years old, leased a car from you that quickly broke down. He went to return it, but finance team persuaded him into financing a second car through a different bank, with no promotions and unclear explanations. He was left with two cars instead of exchanging one, which is unfair and misleading toward an elderly customer. You just ripped my stepfather.
