First appointment for a wash and wax was a disaster because they "forgot" to call me when the weather forecast looked poor(although it turned out to be a perfect day). They cancelled their other appointments but only forgot me until after my appointment time? Anyway, I waited for two weeks to get another appointment. They did show up on time and did an adequate job. Both young men were hard workers, but I did have to ask them to rework a couple of obvious spots that they should have seen themselves. Time will tell how well their liquid wax holds up. For the introductory price, it was a fair deal. I would not be as impressed if I had paid $400 or 450 for what I got.

I’m exstremely pleased with the work the crew of Roberts RV mobile wash has just completed for me. My 32 foot class A had so much sun damage, I didn’t know if it could ever be restored. It now looks better than when I purchased it in 2019.

Can't say enough about the quality of work I received today. The Robert's team that did my RV was the very definition of "teamwork". They communicate well and willingly addressed items I pointed out at the end of the service. I can't imagine why there are any negative reviews for this service when they are so willing to make corrections to insure the customer is happy. And the price is right also. I payed double for the same service (was and hand wax) on the east coast.

I used Robert's RV Mobile Wash today, and I can't be happier! Joseph and Sau'l arrived on time, and walked me through the process. They even helped me move a few items to clear some working space. Before the wax was applied, they told me there was oxidation that would work adversely against the wax. For just a little more, only $50, they could take off the oxidation, and leave a nice luster. Joseph also showed me before and after photos. What an amazing difference! They even hand washed and waxed my truck, included in the special offer. I paid less than half for a professional service, and will gladly use them at the next opportunity! High recommended, thanks again for a job well done!

I contacted them thru Facebook Messenger. Great communications. Set up an appointment. And they texted a reminder with a window of arrival time. They arrived in the stated time which was great. They got straight to work, no messing around. They washed and waxed my 42 ft 5th wheel and my F350. Both look great. Very happy with their comms, their promptness, their work, and their price.

Excellent service. Called mid day Wednesday and had a spotless coach by 10am on Thursday. Coach was in Lake Havasu and it was SCORCHING HOT !! The 2 guys never let up and even with the heat had no water spots or streaking. Highly recommend these guys and the price was more than reasonable. As hot as it was I would have charged 3X the price and wouldn’t have done as good a job !

These folks did a great job in washing my older 5th wheel. They managed to get the oxidation removed and get my trailer shiny again. I also had the re coat my roof. That job was done well,but a bit sloppy. I complained, and they came back out and did the whole roof a second time. My issue with "sloppy" was that not enough tape was used to keep the coating off what wasn't to be coated. The screw cover and rain gutters on the top rim also got coated, the luggage rack, and some also drioped over to the side of the trailer. A bit more training for the techs doing this job should be done. Overall I was fine with the job done.

I wouldn't let them wash and wax a baby buggy!!! They started my 5th wheel on a Monday morning about 11am. Temperature was about 80 degrees. By the time they got to waxing, the temperature had gone to about 85. They started on the shady side, and by the time they got to the sunny side, it was 90. Instead of doing small sections, they tried to wax the whole side. Once they got to taking it off, the sun had baked it on and they could not get it off. At 2pm, they quit, my unit still had baked on wax on it, and the workers said they would be back on Tuesday morning about 7am, when it was cooler, and easier to get the wax off. Today is Sunday, and I have not seen or heard from them at all. I now have 8 hours of my time, and my wax and cleaner, fixing their screw up. I still can't get all of their swirls and mess cleaned up off that side of my rig. I will NEVER have them touch my rig again.

On our way home after a 4 1/2 month trip in RV covering over 4,500 miles. Stopped in Yuma for a few days. Wanted to get RV washed and waxed before putting in storage until next trip. Robert’s was great to deal with over the phone and setup appointment for them to wash and waxed before putting at RV resort we were staying at. Miguel and his crew arrived on time and did an awesome job at a reasonable price. Included in price was washing and waxing our tow vehicle as well. I usually don’t like to do tires as chemicals are bad for rubber but Miguel used a water based cleaner. RV look great. Thanks Miguel for doing a great job!

They are very good at their jobs. I came down to Quortsite AZ. From Kentucky and I'm ashamed to say it but my RV has never been that dirty. The front cap was so bad I thought it would need rubbing compound to clean it. The two gentlemen made it look just about new. It was well worth the price. Thank you guys !!!! I really wish I had taken before and after pictures. You won't believe the difference.

Roberts RV Mobile Wash came out and washed, removed the oxidation, and waxed our 5th wheel today. They sent Johnathan and Fabian out to do the job. I can't say enough good things about these two. They did a fantastic job on our 2012 Brookstone that hasn't looked this good in a very long time. It was badly oxidized and dull with a lot of road grime from our trip down from northern Idaho. I made the appointment with Selena and she made it remarkably easy to schedule. I also spoke with Chris, one of the bosses in charge of the crews. He was very helpful also. All things considered, Roberts RV Mobile Wash is a great place to do business. The employees are eager to please their customers and they all take pride in doing their best. I'm very happy with the outcome today and I look forward to working with them again. Also, I'm very happy to be able to give them all a favorable review. I highly recommend the service from this company to anyone. Finally, I want to thank all involved with this deal for making it easy and fair.
