What a wonderful experience! Upon arrival to Chapman Dodge I was greeted by a salesman and let me tell you what a pleasant experience it was. Alberto Garcia greeted me and asked if I was interested in purchasing a car. He took his time, was very courteous, professional and honest. Alberto, you have made me a believer that buying a car does not have to be a horrible experience. My wife and I are thinking about future purchases and we will only deal with Alberto.

Eros and techs. Job well done. Thank you. Had a fuel filter clog then dead batteries in the middle of the desert. AAA towed the truck to Chapman Ram. Fixed. I owe Eros and staff personally for the help. Every Ram service center I have been to they've been awesome honestly and Chapman stayed the course. Appreciate you guys and Ram trucks. Customers can't really talk to the techs but Eros is good to go and I'm sure the techs are too. They're all a lot smarter than I am too so there you go.

Good service but took.a fair while. Repeated the same story more than once before it was finally noted. Communications are lacking. When asked duration of service I.e. how long before ready, the answers were out of keeping with usual routine. This was a simple service with one software recall but time to complete was about 6 hrs. This was not communicated effectively. Staff were friendly but paperwork seems overwhelming.

I had a fantastic experience with this dealership! Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, respectful, and truly a joy to work with. I felt like I was treated as a human being, not just a customer. They were reasonable, easy to communicate with, and never once made me feel pressured or pushed in any direction. I had the pleasure of working with Phil and Albert during my experience. Phil (customer advocate) was great, and Albert (sales man) was an absolute joy to work with. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making the experience a positive one. Worst treatment ever from a dealership and we experienced some insanely inappropriate and shady business practices including ignoring Arizona statute for safety on used vehicles..We live hours from this dealer and started a deal on a used car online and via phone. From the first phone call we were treated with amazing disrespect. We already had financing, so it was just a matter of finding the car. We really liked this one and decided despite the bullying and coercion we experienced (demanding a deposit and sales contract prior to driving or they were selling to another customer). We did a contract on Thursday with my credit union and the sales manager and came to the dealer on Saturday morning. We drove the car and found the tires were over 7 years old, the tire sensors were going off, tires were leaking air, and the sidewalls have chunks missing. I have a toddler and not only is this illegal to sell a car with tires that old, it is a huge risk to her safety. They outright refused to replace the tires, the whole time telling us they had another buyer so to hurry up and sign. We told them they cannot legally sell the car per Arizona statute, which we showed them. We were also looking at a second car deal that day, however because they kept bullying us and refused to make sure the car met safety standards we left. This car was bought new and resold at this dealership and they tried to charge us a second time for the original dealer installed accessories. The tried to lie that we didn't have a contract even with email proof of the document and offer for collateral contract. This was the worst experience I have ever ever had at a dealership and I have owned 70 cars. I personally know people who work for Stellantis corporate and my partner knows the Chapman family. This is an embarrassment to them and they should be VERY concerned that their sales team is trying to pass off unsafe vehicles to customers, especially with children.

Couldn't agree on a price the first time so I took a couple of days to look around at other places, when I found a price I was ok with I went back and they matched the price. Very good experience .

Great place to work with also Samantha and service center great. Salesman BOBBY is the best also Heins and Ken work with you if there's a problem. Bought Truck 5 months ago had to bring back couple of times for small things they addressed the problem and solved it in no time. Also always ready to help if needed. Call Samantha for all your service needs they can work on all vehicles. Will buy from them if needed in the future.

Alex and Jose were the best salesmen I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. What was originally just an appointment to see the value of my car turned into a trade in that I’m glad I did. Not once in the entire process did I feel as if they were being predatory in their tactics but instead it was the opposite.
