Very bad experience. The staff clearly don’t care about their work or the customers. My car was not cleaned properly even though I paid for a full wash. Interior was still dusty, windows were streaky, and they rushed through the job without any attention to detail. I won’t be returning, and I definitely do not recommend this place.

I switched from another car wash to clean express. I've been noticing every time I get a car wash my car is scratched up and white marks are left on it. I might have to cancel my membership unfortunately. The vacuums work really well though.

I pay $30 a month for unlimited car washes... So in other words, you can get your car wash every single day for $1 everyday. Or if you're like me, you can get your car washed 5 times a day... Which is equivalent to 20 cents per wash. Who's laughing now?

Always pressure to join monthly. Gets bothersome. Same vacuums broken for months. The place is too small (one lane) for all the traffic it gets. Water works off ridge is much better.

When I went today, after Cleveland, snow apocalypse, there was no weight. I pulled right up and the gentleman outside help me to operate the kiosk to obtain an undercarriage wash. After about 3 to 4 minutes, my car was squeaky clean. I have included a before and after of the car wash and also I like the free vacuums. I also included before and after of, the inside of my car on the floorboards within the front and backseat

Terrible car wash entrance at all locations. There are two lines that become one. The cars are fighting over who goes before who ever visit. This location gives no air freshener or wipes to members when entering the was wash area. I receive wipes and hanging air fresheners at any other location.

The UWC membership makes sense, if you enjoy keeping your vehicle clean such as I do then it’s a no brainer, Steelyards staff is most personable and inviting compared to the other clean sites, would not be surprised if they rank #1 with how busy they always are, 5 stars and highly recommended, friends and relatives have memberships too! I go to the Garfield Heights location all the time and never had an issue. Since I had to go to Target, I decided to try this location. Bad idea! Somehow they managed to make my car dirtier than it was before I went through their wash. It actually looks worse in person than in these pictures. I also had a magnetic antenna on my roof that I forgot to remove. That's my fault, but the attendant could have said something to me. They didn't, and I lost part of it in the wash. So now I have to go pay a different car wash to wash whatever crap they left on my car off. And I have to buy a new antenna.
