This place can't be serious? I just got a car. I've had it less than 30 days. I used this car wash and they scratched the entire side of my car. Also, not just mine another vehicles. The employee does a report. Just for a few days later for them to say nothing was wrong with their equipment and nobody else's vehicle was damaged. I'm just trying to figure out how your a franchise and not taking responsibility for damaging a customers vehicle. Its almost a slap in the face.

Carnegie location is busy at times but Not exceedingly...The car wash moves at a good pace. Vacuums most often available (people wise)

I wanted to love this but I could not. Did it get my car clean? For the most part yes (to be fair my car wasn't terribly dirty). Unfortunately it popped my mirror backwards (in a direction it is not supposed to go). The worker did look to be sizing up the mirror for some reason at the start of the wash (in hindsight this is why, I suppose others had the same issue as well). He did not state anything to us as the car was being pulled through to begin the wash process. I drive a mid-sized sedan, not an oversized vehicle. No aftermarket accessories or parts installed. I have never had these issues before at other automated car washes. I take my vehicles to the carwash to keep them protected, not to cause damage. For these reasons I cannot recommend this carwash. No one can beat there vacums when they working right but as far as the wash I get the best one its cool but I always have to ad my own additional car care sauce to bring out everything a wash suppose to look like as you can see in my pictures.

All staff up to today has been great friendly and bring greatness to the company. Always see them cleaning, walking around with clean dry towels to switch out. Directing the flow of traffic when busy. Even when it's 15 vehicle it never seem to take as long as you would think. Definitely a great vehicle wash location.

My only gripe is as a monthly user who pays to see others come in and use the vacuum to clean their own vehicle for free off our money for people who are monthly charged makes me very upset. Fix that issue

Please do not waste your money with them. Half wash your vehicle and tell you to repay for another wash. James is the manager and was no help at alll

Customers service is slow but overall it’s okay the guy working the booth today did a great job trying to up sale me to a membership the wash was great but I only went to vacuum and every other vacuum wasn’t working.

What can I say but welcome to the neighborhood. This latest gem to the South Euclid community will have you come back for not only their great service but for their friendly staff as well (thanks Bianca). Recently, I went here to get my car washed and let's just say I was thoroughly impressed. The staff took time to review pricing, spoke well of varied promotions that they would be running, and constantly checked on patrons that were using their indoor vacuuming service (for free might I add). If you live in the area and want your car gleaming, make sure you use this place. You won't regret it! #CLEanAutoWash

I went here and wasn’t allowed to run through the car wash again after i clearly showed the staff the excess dirt still on the bumper and rear of the car. Ive never went to a car wash where i wasn’t allowed to go through the second time free of charge when the job isn’t done (especially in this weather). Absolutely disappointed.

The vacuum has very little suction. The lanes to go in is so narrow, and undefined. Sometimes all the brushes are working, and the staff seems to pick and choose who they want to give air freshener and dash wipes to. Going pass the gate the cars seem to not know who goes, it's more of a get in where you fit in type of mess. I would hate to upgrade to a premium wash cause the car infront would get it. The automatic washes in the suburbs display a picture of your vehicle, and the type of membership to ensure you are receiving the wash you paid for. They also raised there rates without notification to their customers. Which I believe is illegal.

Got a membership and will be canceling it. I’ve been there three times, and each time the whole street was backed up with everyone trying to get in line. The signage is horrible, to say the least. I got the $38 membership, and every time my car still had multiple dirty spots after the wash, and I had to dry it myself. A waste of money, especially if you have a somewhat decent car.

Like its name it is efficient and does a good job of cleaning. Car wash takes about 2 minutes so the line moves quickly. It’s more crowded in the afternoon after work but that is to be expected
