I have been coming to city view for about 2 years now. My last 3 washes have me feeling as if they are stealing money from customers. First red flag, I show up at 5:45. They close at 6. The whole crew had an attitude once I chose the $30 interior wash. You could see the attitude change on everyone’s face. They all started on my truck so they could go ahead and leave. A heavy set Hispanic came out and threw his hands up speaking Spanish which had me to believe he told them to stop working because it already was 6 and time to go. They all stopped what they were doing and started walking towards the building. As I get in my truck, I noticed my 3rd row was not touched. 2nd red flag, I waited an hour for my truck to be finished. I did not hear my truck or number called as I was sitting down and nodded off. I look up, my truck is gone. I ask about it and nobody understands English now. I walked around until I found my truck parked in the very back. No keys. I go inside ask for my keys, the employee at the register could not find them as they usually hang them up on in wall for situations like mine. Eventually, the employee found my keys thrown on a desk but nothing was said to the employee at the register about them. Which made it hard for her to locate them for me. I get in my truck, guess what…the third row was untouched once again. I backed my truck up and vacuumed my 3rd row myself. Last red flag, I show up, got my ticket and asked the guy to please clean my 3rd because the last 2 times, they were not touched. I left to go sit and eat. I did not pay right away this time. I noticed I kept getting watched by the employees. Did not think anything of it. This wash went by fast this time. They call my truck. I walk up. The guy stated “she wants me to view your ticket before we give you your truck. I told him I have to go pay it first. I wanted to see my truck before I paid this time. I look in my truck. The inside was NOT CLEAN AT ALL! They were so worried about me not paying that they did not complete the job that I asked to purchase. My 2nd row sit was left down I’m guessing for proof they went to the back row this time. But I have dirt and shoes marks all over my floor and on my back seats which let me know, once again, they rushed my truck and did not complete the job. If I’m a paying customer, I expect the job to be done in a timely manner, without an attitude, leaving me satisfied at the end of my wash. I AM NOW AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and DOUBT THAT I GIVE THESE FOLKS MY MONEY AGAIN.

If I could leave 0 stars I would have. I’ve come here for a while now and before the business was sold, they did a wonderful job. I just got the full service done on my truck and it looks awful. Seats weren’t wiped down or “vinyl conditioned”, floor looks like it was barely wiped and surely wasn’t vacuumed. I usually go once a month so I understand it was a bit over due after 3 months but I’m pretty good about keeping my nice truck pretty clean. I’ll be giving other places a chance to earn my $70-$130 spent on truck cleaning monthly.

My car was immaculately cleaned. I got the mini detail with seats and floors added. My car had been neglected for over a year with a toddler and I didn’t think anyone would be able to make it look good again. They said they had a new owner and it shows! Will use again.

Took my wife's Acadia for a good cleanup at Cityview. When I got to the SUV, everything looked good, clean, and polished. However, it was after I left, I noticed the car driving differently. It was accelerating on its own. It caused me to be very close to other vehicles. Because of the oddity of the car's performance, I pulled over to check it out. The SUV has weather tempered floor molded floor mats. They had been lifted up during service; However, the driver's mat was on top of the accelerator; thus, the problems after service. I called to let CityView know about what happened; yet, the woman I talked with didn't care.

UPDATE: (3/1/2025) I'm not sure if ownership has changed, but they are back to one star. After waiting nearly an hour and noticing that cars that arrived after I did were already leaving, I walked over to my car. There was no one working to complete it, so I asked a guy why it was taking so long? He said it could be due to me getting additional services. I only purchased the Silver plan. I asked him if paying more additional services put me at a lower priority. He said he didn't know and said I should talk to the supervisor, then walked off. After waiting a while for his return, or someone to finish the job, I finally left. They are back to very sub-par services and a very lengthy wait. I hope they can get their act together. UPDATE: (8/25/2022) I love it when a business turns things around. After over 2 years, I decided to give Cityview Car Wash another try. Am I glad I did. Not did the entire job take less than 30 minutes (about 22), but they did an outstanding job. I had lots of old bug splatters on the front and they got them all off. I'm very satisfied with their service. While I was waiting, I also noticed that they still have a gentleman providing shoeshine service. I think that's great and will be bringing my shoes up there. Go on up and visit Charles. He'll make your shoes look like new. Lastly, I noticed a police car getting his car washed and asked if they provide that service for free to them. They said they do. As a big supporter of our police force, I love that. As you tell, I'm definitely recommending you give them a try if you haven't recently. Also, thanks to the management for turning things around, especially in this difficult time to find good workers. UPDATE: We took my wife's car to Cityview Car Wash Saturday (2/1/2020) and we only had to wait 55 minutes. Now if you have an hour to kill, that's fine. We didn't. My wife pointed out the sign on their door which read, "You have just experienced Fort Worth's best and fastest full-service wash," with a roll of the eyes. When we finally got our car, we noticed that they had improperly folded down the rear seats and left them down and moved the front seats up. I can understand why they might move them for vacuuming, but they should be returned to the same positions. We had to take more time to readjust the seats. The washing line stopped 3 or 4 times while we were there. It's clear that the bottleneck in their process is the drying and final cleaning stage. They need to add at least 1 or 2 people per car so they can keep up with the pace of the wash. That should be the limiting factor. I'd recommend going to University Car Wash if you'd prefer a great car wash in much less time...and a free latte. At least until Cityview speeds up their process without reducing quality. I hope this is helpful. They did a good job but were a little slow compared with other full service car washes. I'll try them again to see if it's normal time for them. They did have friendly staff. Faster and better is always best. People want to be on their way quickly.

In the past have had excellent service. However, today I waited 2 hours for my vehicle and they hadn't even started on it. Stated I would like to have the vehicle washed but if they couldn't then wanted refund. They moved it out of line for a wash and just ran a refund. Cashier copped an attitude. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CARWASH

Looking for a car with very reseasonable prices for a detail wash. This is the place. Price and service on your vehicle are outstanding. Let me tell about this place. Drive by and it's always busy. Now I know why. Came in to ask for a buff on the truck. Suggested clay bar Omg. This truck is so smooth. He put a water bottle on the hood it slid off. no more grit on the truck. Truck look and smells amazing. No more looking for a place to go found it. I strongly suggest you give this place a chance. You will not be disappointed. Took me a minute to give the 5 stars. I was looking to see where I can add more stars.

I used to drop off my car and head inside, but now you drive through the wash and park it yourself—which I actually prefer. Inside, they’ve replaced the old convenience store with vending machines and added new furniture. The waiting area is nice and cool, which I really appreciated, especially on a hot day. That said, the exposed cables on the TV and lack of programming definitely brought down the look and feel of the space. It cheapened it. Overall, the changes aren’t bad—it’ll just take a little getting used to. The only downside? Prices are on the higher side.

I’ve been going here for a couple months now, and they usually get the job done. If you’re thinking of coming here I would just accept there will be damages done to your car, I got the full package so they can clean the interior of my car but there is too many missed spots to look past especially on the price. On top of that they damaged my interior window leaving chips in my factory tints, I went in there to make a report all they could tell me is that they couldn’t do much. So with that all being said just be ready to accept whatever damages or whatever missed spots.

My Chevy Tahoe had been in Kansas in the dust and the dirt. I am working on selling it and they have it smelling and looking like new. The deluxe detail is $300. It is more than worth it. It looks like New. I wish I could keep my vehicle at this rate. I did need a little bit of air in one of my tires. They were nice enough to even get that fixed for me. I feel right at home here. I will bring all my car detailing here. Try it you will love it. Mary

Cityview Car Wash has gone downhill in a major way. I have been taking my vehicles here regularly since 2019, and what used to be a reliable, quality operation is now impersonal, disorganized, and careless. We dropped off a vehicle this morning for a wash and detail and were told it would take one to two hours max. They did not take our contact information and instead expected us to wait on site. While inconvenient, we agreed. What was completely unacceptable was waiting five hours with no updates, no communication, and no explanation. When the vehicle was finally marked “finished,” it was obvious that no attention to detail was given. The carpets were not vacuumed at all. Dirt and residue were still visible throughout the interior. This was not a few missed spots. It looked like basic cleaning steps were skipped entirely. A quick wipe down would have drastically improved the result, yet even that was not done. After losing essentially the entire day waiting, the quality of work was worse than what a basic drive-through car wash could have delivered. This service cost $200, which is absurdly overpriced for what we received. As a long-time customer, this was especially frustrating and disappointing. If this is the current standard at Cityview Car Wash, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. 2 stars because they remembered to shine the tires 🙄
