I made a purchase at the store on the 8th, yesterday I ran my bank card was told it was declined,got money out of ATM paid cash when I checked my bank account I found that 15.95 had been removed from the account so I paid almost double fory purchase and they have yet to return the money to the bank account I will not trust them to use my card there again

The cashiers were making out while we were there for lunch and was condescending when we couldn't see where the bathroom is. Half the station was empty of everything in the middle of the week. Just a bad vibe and presents all around. Just go to 7 eleven a block away.

At 2:00 today there was a gal that cashiered and was so rude, she was on the phone for at least 8 minutes, ignoring me the whole time, I gave her $28.00 and went to pump 3 and only got $8.00 I went in to ask her about my other $20 in gas and before I could finish my sentence she started yelling at me telling me I only gave her $8.00 after a few minutes of listening to her yell at me at the top of her lungs I left and she sent some drugey friend out to my car to threaten me and kick me off the lot. I never stood a chance to get my $20 she had her friend say she saw her put $8.00 in the till, maybe after she put my $20 in her pocket.im not done, I'm filing a police report against her tomorrow. Get a receipt, this chick has a scan going, I guarantee she steals from customers daily, several times...

Been using this location for a couple of years. Today I tried to pay at the pump with the same debit card I've used before because I don't have time to go inside and it insisted I had to see the cashier. If I can't pay at the pump like in the past, it tells me this location doesn't want my business anymore and I will go elsewhere.

I walked into asking if they could break $100 bill and I received 2 replies of no and then the Manager asked me how much I planned on spending, my reply was I just want change. So she told me to try the burger king connected to there Top Stop store that's franchised through chevron. I went over to Burger King and got a No there aswell. On my way out I said so I have to spend something in order to get change correct? The Manager at the time me not knowing who she was said yes and the other Larger woman whom I'm pretty has worked their for a while replied we are not a bank and I said excuse me she said we are not a Bank, so I said really your gonna get attitude with me, the manager stepped in told me who she was and explained the situation why they can't break money like that and shut the other employee up. Let me just say that if it wasn't for the manager their this establishment would be considered in my book low grade and poor employee's that don't like their job and should go somewhere else. So at least the manager saved the day, but they should definitely hire someone else.

Went to the burger King next to it, everyone was coughing all over the food, being completely unsanitary. Most of the stock is all gone, but the only person who's nice is the night shift person who closes. The burger king gave me food poisoning after eating their chicken fries, fries and warm soda. The people are sick and arrive at work anyways bringing a completely unsafe and unsanitary work ethic.

Stopped here for gas based on location not price Disappointed in the windshield washing options, but was able to clean the windows somewhat Would probably try another station based on this experience Was not as easy to leave this location as it was to enter FWIW
