Not worth the $25 I paid for the interior. Not looking for a detail but looking to be clean. Still dirt on the front floor mat and it's a full vinyl mat could have been washed down. Still dust around the knobs and vent louvers. Will not return. Waste of money. I sure u will ask me to return but I don't live here was passing through for work. Would like my $25 refunded sale # 61822634851 When I get in the sun the pass side windshield full of streaks. The contacted me. I supplied them all the info they needed still no refund.

Great experience. I got a free wash off their website so I stopped by. The attendants were nice, and answered my questions at the front. Free vacuums are always a nice touch and the clips for the mats were helpful with how dirty mine get. I'll definitely be getting a membership!

My car got stuck on something going in, putting it on "auto stop" which I knew nothing about because it's never been used, and I don't know all of the cars features. So far, my car is ok. When I got home, I noticed that the windows had some spots, back window wasn't done, or the back of my car. I paid $53 +$15 tip.....the girl walking around with her flashlight missed a few things! Interior was perfect!

I have been a regular customer at Charlie’s Car Wash for a little over a year now. Today 01/27/25 they cleaned my truck way better than they ever have before. Doing things I have never seen them do, and I usually pay for the most expensive wash they have. They put the floor mats through a machine that I didn’t know they had, they also made sure it was clean under the fender well, which sometimes they struggle with. Also really cleaning the inside. Sometimes they kinda half do it, but today they did a a good job.

It took three times sending my car back through before they actually vacuumed it out correctly. It was only done correctly because finally the manager cleaned it himself. I watched several employees standing around spending more than 10 minutes doing nothing as cars are piling up waiting to even get in. Also saw six people trying to fold towels one towel approximately every 30 seconds to a minute. I will not be coming back to this location!

This is my favorite car wash in town. It'd been too long since I had the interior done, but we are headed out of town and it's always more comfort to travel in a clean car. Today, they were not busy, so they were able to start on my car right away. There were two employees working on my car. When I got in it looked amazing! When I got home and the lighting was different, it was very obvious that the person working on the driver's side was very thorough and made sure everything was as clean as if I'd just rolled out of the dealership (I saw him with a flashlight checking all the nooks and cranies). On the passenger side, however, they were much less thorough. There were places on the dash that were completely missed, as well as the air vent closest to the door. I didn't inspect the floors as they are just going to get sandy and crumby while traveling, but seeing half of the dash so pristine and the other half done so haphazardly was disappointing. It's nothing that a quick wipe with a wet wipe won't resolve, but having just paid for the service (over $60 for wash, interior, and hatch space), it's not something I should have to do. It's definitely not the normal standard of service at any of the locations I've been to.

Alec is a terrible manager. I have had a car wash subscription for over a year now. I have had wonderful service at every other location. Kansas City, Lee's Summit, and Wichita. He denied my car wash that I paid for, where I received a car wash at the same location 2 days prior. I would give zero stars for this location if I could. Do NOT use this location!!!

Charlie’s is the best! I drive a palisade and it has an overhang over the back window. At other car washes, the backside of my car never gets cleaned. Having the people spray at Charlie’s makes a huge difference. Also, I love the air guns at the vacuum stations. Really helps get that last bit of water that is in my mirrors after a wash. Highly recommend this place!

Very dependable car wash right at Kellogg and West Street. With good prices and fair service, this wash is a smooth experience about every time. I mainly return so often because of their vacuum lot, which is free to use after every wash. The power and accessibility of the machines is fantastic, and each station has an air hose for detailed cleaning of mats, sunroofs, and tires. There is a single Rhino Mat cleaning machine in the vac lot too which is incredibly useful when not overcrowded. I recommend this car wash over any other for West Wichita.
