Unfortunately, one side of the 2 washers was not functional and the other had 2 issues: the left side tire washer was not working and the dryers at the end did not rotate. It didn't work properly. 😕

There was a time when this was a fairly good car wash, now it's one of the worst I've been to. The prices went way up and you can't even tell you've been through a car wash. Never again!

One of the worst car washes I've used in/around Asheville. The water pressure is way off, the suds are not evenly disbursed, the hoses are so ancient that water spews out of the hoses and light fixtures, raining down all over your car, including during the drying process - my car left the bay soaking wet, with some type of green/black tar looking substance on the front trunk. This was the left bay when facing from the front, today 2/18/22. I wouldn't bother wasting money or time with this wash. There are way better ones.

Waited in line half an hour only to find out that the credit card machines were not operating and car wash was cash only. No indication of this until reaching the entrance doors at the rear of the building. I had to ask people to move their cars so I could leave. Three other cars left with me after waiting and waiting and waiting without any advance notice that they were wasting their time. A sign at the entrance to the front drive would have been thoughtful.

One lane was not working and did not realize it until I had paid and pulled in to the actual car wash. Went to the other lane and while I was getting my car wash received a call back from the number I had called to report the broken lane that was listed on the side of the building. They were very professional and took care of the problem immediately. Had already sent out a repairman to fix the problem and offered to resolve the issue with my refund! I used them regularly and have always had a great experience!

Conveniently located, but oh so slow. While there are two bays to use, which helps, each car takes 10 minutes to wash. I can hand wash my car, wax, and spot-free rinse it in that time. It took more than 40 minutes for me to get through. Dryer worked okay, but left me with several spots. For this price, I'm used to someone hand drying at the end. Will be looking for something quicker.

Well, they finally got around to updating the order hardware, but the basic wash almost doubled in price, from $6 to $10 without undercarriage/wheel wash. Ingles is $5 with undercarriage. That being said, it's nice to have a meeting reliable system in place. The location is the most convenient. The price encourages me to wash the car myself.

Paid for the top wash package and the lower sprayers must not have been working right because the whole lower half of my car still had dirt on it. And I drive a little Kia Forte. Makes me not want to return.

After one basic wash my car was still covered in pollen and dirt. So I went through again using the deluxe wash and my car still has visible dirt on it. The vacuums were great and give enough time to do a full car. After reading this review, the management gave me a car wash code for 3 free washes. Unfortunately, I had to go through twice again and my car still has a significant amount of dirt on it. There must be an issue with the car wash itself.

The wash itself did get my car quite clean. I purchased the $10 wash with Rain-X. However, one bay appeared to be non-operational and had trash in the bay. Both trash cans were overflowing and were still this way when I came back two days later. The fragrance dispenser was empty. It does not appear the wash is being maintained at this time. I hope the owner is okay and that the wash is brought back up to par soon!

This used to be a convenient place for me to clean out my car and get a quick and inexpensive carwash. I stopped by about 2 weeks ago and found trash overflowing, vacuum out of order, so I left. I came back a few days ago to check again, and saw that although the trash was cleaned up, the vacuum is still out of order. Prices went way up. The basic wash that used to be $8 and included the undercarriage blast now costs $10 and no longer includes the undercarriage blast (you have to get the $14 wash for that). One lane is for Members who I guess don't mind paying more for less and not being able to use the vacuum. That made no sense to me, so I left. Again.
