Spent $3 and it didn’t work. Don’t use the wash bay to immediate left of the quarter dispenser.

Solid Establishment with good working machines and equipment and a layout that makes okay sense. It's just that people are such slobs, and this place gets destroyed rather quickly. They need a guy to come by every so often! Perhaps they do and it's not enough! What the heck do I know!?!?

I stopped here on my way to work to knock the salt off my truck. Not really sure if it knocked anything off the truck or just spread the salt around. No dryer after the wash so by the time water spots form the truck will look like it was never washed. Waste of koney. Will not return.

It’s ok but you have to go early cause it fills up sometimes on a nice day way too fast! I went through the touchless car wash and it did the job nothing to ride home about BUT it did not have a dryer and the spot free rise water was blowing at full blast, hardly spot free! I had water marks by the time I got home #blackcarlife

Most of the time, this is my favorite car wash because of the value. The automatic wash gives a quick wash with undercarriage spray, but on Dec 29th the under carriage spray did not work. It's disappointing to pay for something you don't receive!

It was awful. 1st I went to vacuum, put in my dollar and it didn't work, so I lost that dollar. I had hung my front floor mats on the clips and someone stole one of my mats. Are you kidding me? Do I get reimbursed? I know times are tough for everyone. I worked to pay for the mats.

The best touchless automatic car wash I've found in Cinci. No, it's not perfect but it also won't leave micro scratches (or worse) like the automatic car washes with spinners and drapes will. With a good undercarriage wash, jets to hit from all angles, and a decent rinse cycle, it is good for knocking the worst of winter salt and dirt off your car. Good value for a quick wash.

Update: Foam brush wasn't working. I'm taking my review from two stars to one. Be sure to bring quarters or bills to exchange for quarters, as there is no way to just scan credit/debit cards to begin washing. Get with the times and update your car wash. Bring at least $5 to wash, at least $6 or $7 if you will also use the vacuum. Also, the area around the vacuums was littered with trash.

I wasn't sure my quarters were working until the water came on. The device where you put the quarters in and choose the type of spray had its timer deactivated. Now a bigger digital clock style time turns on after you insert $2. A good deal.

My car got super dirty and so I went to the Car Wash Inn to do a super scrub. The self-service wash was easy to use. I spent about $12 because my car was so dirty. You could probably get a solid wash for $3-5 if you move quick and you wash your car regularly.

Today I tried out the automatic car wash as it’s pretty hard to find an automatic touchless wash in the area. I chose the $7 option and I was pretty disappointed as there was still noticeable salt on the doors of my car. It’s probably a decent option in the summertime, but for the winter I would probably skip the automatic wash if your car is covered in salt. Great value though, just not the right wash for this season.

Very disappointed. The vacuum didn't pick up well. We had to pay twice. Then the coins were stuck in the machine in the stalls where you pay to wash the car. So I didn't get to wash the car. The drive thru stall was down too.

Need a bigger exit only sign. Twice had car pulling into the exit. Guess they can’t read.

I love it here! The price to power wash your car is reasonable ($3) and its always easy to get in and out, without having to wait in long lines. I usually give my "Belle" a good wash and then hand dry her with microfiber towels! Also, the two quarter change machines except $1 bills and $5 bills. Enjoy! 😊😊😊😊

You have to add $3 to start. I had foam all over my car and didn't have enough time to stop and put quarters in so then had to put another $3. Just make sure you have plenty of quarters before you start any kind of car wash LOL

Most of the time everything is perfect and no issues but this time I was in the 3rd or 4th stall from the road and the water hose had a split in it and I got soaked b4 work and didn't even get to finish my car wash. Probably won't be back.

Good price for the location. Decently clean property / wash bays. Conveniently located If I had to be petty & nitpick one thing negatively. It would have to be the "Timing System" is the 1st car wash I've been to in my 37yrs that didn't give an "Audio Warning" that my time was running out. So I misjudged my timing and was left with a half washed work truck and dirt bike. But my own fault for not being more alert of my remaining time.

The automatic touch less bay doesn't work. The other bays were occupied with cars, only one of which was being washed. There were cars with the trunks open and full of dirty clothes inside. Not sure what's going on there but yeah.

I've been trying to find a reliable self wash car bay for a while in Cincinnati. Discovered this place this evening and so far I'm impressed. The location is good, they have change machines, the bay was clean, and all of my wash options worked. Would recommend!

we had no issues and it did a good job on the car. The vacuum was looking a little worse for wear on the hose so we chose another and it worked well!
