Woman at the front desk was too busy playing a violent video game on her laptop to properly greet and assist customers. She was annoyed that customers were standing in line and ignored them until she was finished playing a game round. Not a good look for your business and my car was still dirty.

It used to be that when you paid for the premium they actually washed the floor mats. Now they advertise that they will vacuum the interior, and your trunk - if you ask. In the past year their attention to detail has gone way down. They wiped the interior of the windshield with some clot that left lots of streaks.

Awful experience at this car wash. Went to get my car washed as well as the interior to be cleaned, but they didn’t do it properly the first time. I requested them to clean it again, but the workers became rude and one man used very foul language and the service was awful. They didn’t clean it well, service was awful, and the worker was really rude and absolutely awful and nasty. Never going back there again, and I recommend no one else does either.

They barely cleaned the inside. The whole dash was left untouched and the center console as well as the rest of the interior hardly touched. We asked them to get the dashboard and they just kept repeating $24 dollars and did nothing. Luckily there is another car wash down the road. We normally tip but didn't receive decent service so we left no tip.

This place did a fantastic job! My car was covered in bird poop, and I was concerned it wasn’t gonna come off in the general car wash, and they made sure to power wash it all and scrub it off before the car even went through the general car wash. Extremely happy with the interior and exterior cleaning. Will definitely be coming here as much as possible. Can’t argue with their prices at all! And they send coupons in the mail.

Mediocre at best. Was my first time using them because they were convenient. Should have listened to the reviews from the community FB page. I paid for premium wash, and did the interior wipe down package. Didn’t inspect it at site. Got home and seeing dirt on the car still and trying to figure out where’s my tire shine. Not complaining about the rims because I know they can cost extra although I didn’t inquire or see a price posted. But tire shine is included in the package, so…? Also, they didn’t vacuum behind my passenger seats up by the window so still have dirt and dead insects back there.

I signed up for the $60 monthly car wash plan and only used it three times — not because I didn’t need it, but because each visit left me feeling worse than the last. The way I was treated was deeply hurtful. I was met with coldness, rudeness, and a complete lack of basic respect — and for what? What harm did I do? What could I, or people like me, possibly have done to deserve such obvious contempt? The interaction only lasts a few minutes, yet somehow, you managed to use that time to make me feel small, unwelcome, and judged. It wasn’t just bad service — it was personal. And it’s heartbreaking that something as simple as a car wash became a place where I felt so unwelcome and looked down upon. No one deserves to be treated that way. Ever.

This is my first and last time ever coming to this car wash. I'm getting on the road for a 3 hour drive but my pedals are wet and slippery. For a Saturday morning with pollen and it being a car was it was expected to be busy. My car was rushed through and I had to go back and pay an additional $10 to get my actual console wipe down.. which was fine but still half done.

What a rip-off! I paid $30 for their so-called ‘rain wash,’ expecting a premium service, but it was a total waste of money. The exterior wash was mediocre at best—spots and streaks all over, as if they didn’t even try. To make things worse, when I asked about interior cleaning, they quoted ridiculous prices for services that seemed like a complete scam. It’s clear they’re just out to squeeze every penny from customers without delivering quality. This was my first and last visit here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—save your money and go elsewhere

This place does not do great work. I paid for their interior/exterior rain x premium wash and what I got was a bunch of streaking on my windshield and not much done to the interior. My exterior was also not as clean as it should have been. I won’t be going back.

This was our go-to place from 2017-2020. Eager to return to the same quality only to be left disappointed and finishing the job myself once home. They vacuumed my all-weather mats only to realize they needed to be pressure washed. That's where the vacuuming stopped. None of the carpets below the mats were vacuumed. Small bits of paper trash were left in cup holders and door jambs--things easily sucked up by their vacuum. Smears, smudges, and incomplete wipe-down job on the $12 add-on Armor-all service. The exterior wash was incomplete with plenty of bugs and bird remnants remaining. If any supervisor reads this, my receipt is x228520 paid on 12/31/25--I'd happily take a refund.

I had a good experience at Lorton Station Car Wash. it was simple and fast - which is what I needed at the time. My car came out spotless, both inside and out. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, I would definitely recommend this location.

Car wash okay, but horrible customer service. The front desk person is always talking on the phone. I went there 3 times and saw that person; no response to the customer whatsoever. They wash my car decently but never wash it with clothes properly. Every time i have to ask them to hand me over the wash cloth so that i clean myself and they don’t even feel guilty about it,

I have been using this Carwash for years and the quality of cleaning is definitely going down. Who checks to ensure quality standards are met? Sides of my vehicle are partially wiped, outside windows are not wiped thoroughly and the front of my vehicle is rarely dried completely!! I always have to asked your employees to wiped water off the fender and quarter panel. Also my rims are always dirty when my car is completed. I thought they were supposed to be power wash spray prior to putting on the conveyor!!

I paid $30 for the top-tier inside-and-outside car wash service, expecting my SUV to be thoroughly cleaned. Instead, it’s still dirty, with dirt and streaks all over the car. They clearly have no attention to detail. When I brought this up to the manager, his response was, “We’re not going to clean every crevice of the vehicle.” Excuse me? Isn’t that the whole point of a car wash, especially when paying for the highest service they offer? The service was rushed, poorly executed, and not even remotely close to what they advertise. The manager was dismissive and quick to take my money but didn’t care to fix the issue at all. I do not recommend this car wash. Save your time and money—this place isn’t worth it. Check the pictures for proof of their subpar work.

I recently bought a used car from a neighbor that was in desperate need of a deep interior cleaning and detailing as the prior owner had not taken care of the vehicle well. I wish I had before pictures. After taking it to have detailing done here, it now looks like a brand hew car. This was hands down the best detailing and interior cleaning in our area. I couldn't ask for better, and I highly recommend!
