I have had my vehicles washed at this car wash well over 100 times over the past decade or so. I will no longer be patronizing this business. After my last wash, my vehicle smelled like the interior of a public restroom and my wheels were all visibly dirty. It's sad to see this establishment go so far downhill. I will be looking for a new car wash.

This location was supposed to open today at 8:00 well they didn’t open until after 8:15am and all the managers did was make excuses the staff were dragging their feet they had no equipment on the line until 8:15 also the gates at the entry to the car wash are always broken I pay 💰 66.00 a month for this membership if the staff can’t get to work on time find people who can this is my last warning I will cancel my membership

If you've lived in the area don't go without knowing the changes to the wash packages. I picked the quickest package which I don't believe was worth $36.The crew was diligent/respectful but not as detailed as in the past. To be fair, there weren't has many people working on this day to clean. The lowest price package no longer includes wiping the dash or doors down. I do appreciate that they offer bug repellent application during the car wash. I had to drive back to have a mat re-washed and a re-wipe down on two rims. The manager quickly responded and he was respectful/attentive to promptly re-touch on the mats and rims without push back.

As a gift i was doing for my mom & for $44 was thee worst wash I ever got. I pay $25 a month for my car & it’s better. The manager & service was -10. Only good thing about the wash the Lady in the front that helped me figure out what wash I wanted. She was nice payed for full service.. Other than that I will NEVER go back. I’ll stick to self service if I gotta ask for my back seats to be vaccined properly. Dashboard wiped down & wet mats to be dried. For the amount of money I paid I was let down tremendously….

We get time is money... but when people are spending 30 plus dollars to get their vehicles cleaned and Vacuumed at this establishment the job should be Done better than medioca We have frequent this car wash for many years and it seems to just be getting worse and worse. They staff as many as there are hit-and-miss many places As they're doing their job While most the time playing laughing and talking It's OK To have fun on your job your job but only if you're doing a superb job Especially with other people's money And when you try to call And make a complaint the mailbox is full bad bad service Windows Are half clean door jams half done carpets vacuumed half done People work hard For their money and expect the same from a service they're paying for. As you can see by the photos below the 2 tires on the driver side we're cleaned and sprayed the 2 tires on the passenger side have never been touched not sprayed or wiped off. Crazy. BAD Business

My car was in shambles. Between me and my kids, we destroyed the inside of my car. It was so messy. This establishment did a phenomenal job that exceeded my expectations. They were able to clean most of my car at a high quality. They vacuumed, got some of the crevices, and cleaned the outside really well. They even vacuumed my kids' cars carseats. I'll have to find one closer to where I live in Laurel, but I'll definitely be returning.

I have an unlimited membership with them and the last few services have had a car coming out spotless, However I took it today in the early morning like 8:00 AM for a watch and I noticed a scratch on my steering wheel to remind you, the material for the steering wheel is really rugged so they have to try to get a scratch on it, also the two boys who received my car seemed very young and nothing against the young hustle, but once again never happen to me before until now…

Relocated here 6 years ago ago. This location was very satisfying. But not so good last 1-2 years. It’s the mats mayne! They used to be cleaner and shiny after interior clean. Detailing has gone down. Lost a Star.

I paid for the 44$ packages cleaning, the outside looks great, but it looks they didn’t even clean the interior, the doors were completely dirty, the cup holder section and the shifter were dirty too, I saw the girls wiping them but looks like the towel that they were using didn’t have no clean product on it, the glass was dirty for the inside too same as the dashboard. They can’t said the dirty spots didnt come out cause when I cleaned them by myself, they did. My recommendation is pay just to clean the exterior and you do the interior.

They never clean the cup holders, and with my membership it includes the mats. Why does my mats still have bean juice on it after a car wash ? SMH

I remember when this location first opened. The cleaning was very thorough. I left feeling like I got what I paid for. Sadly the service has declined tremendously. I thought maybe if I go during an off peak time my car may get the cleaning I paid for. Unfortunately, I went when there were only three cars and my car is still not cleaned.

I've heard mixed reviews from friends and decided to try for myself. Purchased $44 service for my ridgeline. Kudos for quick service but quality is lacking (particularly with vacuuming and cleaning mats). Scattered debris remained on the carpet and were only sprayed with water (no soap); looks worse than before I came in. I didn't have time to correct with a manager, but decided this would not be worth membership if this is the practice.

I just left here. This place has really gone to 💩 now under new management. I miss the old version of this place before it became flagship. My car literally looks the same as it did when I brought it in. Everything is still dirty and I guess I will have to clean it myself. No fragrance selection anymore either. "Waste of money" and mediocre/poor customer service 👎. This is the third time ive gotten there service. Each time the same. I will not be coming here ever again. Highly pissed.

I recently visited Flagship Car Wash for a full service car wash that cost $44. I’ll start by saying the car looked great after the wash — they did a solid job cleaning and detailing, and the results were impressive. However, my first interaction with an employee before getting on the conveyor belt was absolutely unacceptable. The attendant yelled at me, rolled his eyes, and displayed visible irritation and anger just because I approached the belt slowly. It was shocking and uncomfortable — this is the first face customers see when they arrive, and it completely ruined the experience. Flagship Car Wash management, please take note: customer service matters just as much as the wash itself. The quality of the car wash doesn’t excuse rude or unprofessional behavior. Be better. Photo of your rude employee if you’d like to sort the rotten from the ripe & cut out the poison before it spreads.

I’ve had memberships at two different Flagship locations in Maryland, and after almost a year, I can confidently say it’s been a complete waste of money. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has been consistent across multiple locations, not just one. The staff members themselves are polite and pleasant, but the actual service just doesn’t live up to the price point, especially if you have kids or pets. My car regularly comes back with dog hair still on the seats, dry erase marker still visible on the windows, and a third row that looks like it wasn’t touched at all. It’s frustrating because those are the areas I specifically need help with, and they get overlooked every single time. What makes it worse is that prices keep going up, yet the quality hasn’t improved, if anything, it feels like it’s gotten lazier. They don’t take the time to thoroughly clean or even inspect vehicles before handing them back. For the money I’ve spent, I expected far better attention to detail. At this point, I’ve canceled my membership and I will never return to Flagship. If you have a car that gets messy from children, pets, or just everyday life, this is not the place for you.
