I've been going to Sparkle Carwash for several months now, and I'm always impressed by their service. The monthly plans they offer are a fantastic value, and I love the convenience of being able to get my car washed as often as I want without having to worry about the cost. Attempted to wash my car, but half the bays didn't work, the quarter machine didn't function, no one present to help

Went at 5:30pm on a Sunday it was about 38 degrees. No one was there it’s self service. All bays was available it cost $3 and get 4 minutes on the clock. The place is well lit and clean. The change machine was working as well. Oh yeah they take quarters no special coins like others. Not sure what it’s like when it’s warmer or daytime. But I’ll surely be returning all the way from Arlington.

Terrible car wash! The brush put scratches on my brand new 2026 CRV that I purchased on 12/28 and the staff and manager wouldn’t not compensate me for it nor refund me! The customer service was extremely poor as well. When I told staff about the scratches the said the brush was soft and proceeded to walk away from me. I asked to speak with the manager and for them to provide me with their business insurance and they would not do it then I came back the next day and I finally got the manager’s number. I spoke with the manager and explained what happened, he told me that we spoke yesterday. (Hmmm so that was you providing me poor customer service) I explained the situation once again and he still shared that the brushes are soft and that my scratches came from something else. That is no way because when you look at the scratches, they consist of a brush stroke. I even took it to a car detailer to confirm and see if they could buff it out. Which I did not let them do it because I wanted to handle this with the business owner first. This is still unresolved and I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. I am not the type of person to diminish or tear down a business but this service was terrible.
