CAUTION⚠️ If you actually value your property (car) and belongings, do not waste your money at this poor place of business. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. The bathroom had no toilet tissue available. There appeared to be some dysfunction with the wash as a noticed the line to build up and no cars moving through. After my car came through the wash, my WET rubber mats were thrown in my daughter’s car seat. The inside of my vehicle was wet and even more unclean than it was prior to me bringing it to Mr. clean car wash. I politely requested them to wipe and clean the inside of my car and to remove the wet rubber mats out of my daughter’s car seat. After the rudeness from staff, my instincts had me turn on my windshield wipers, only to discover that one of my wipers were completely broken in half. I requested a manager and the staff pictured below laughed and stated that she didn’t care. I repeatedly requested a manager and all of the staff ignored me. I went inside and the cashier pointed out the manager who initially was outdoors when I requested a manager but was inside eating a bag of chips as I asked the cashier. I contacted Charles County police in the process. The “manager” was dismissive and holding the placard pointing to the policy in my face. Charles county police arrived and addressed the manager. Even the two officers stated that they get a high volume of calls related to this car wash and recommended to NEVER return! There is absolutely no professionalism, customer service, or appreciation to customers or their property at this car wash!

NOT WORTH IT! I’ve visited several car washes in the area, including locations in Clinton, Brandywine, Waldorf, La Plata, and even across the bridge in King George, VA. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Mr. Clean Car Wash was the most disappointing—and the most expensive. I paid $24 for the “Ultimate” package, which included wheel, window, and mat cleaning. Despite the premium price, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the wash and the level of service. The wheels and rims were not cleaned by hand as advertised, and I noticed this just a few minutes later while at a nearby gas station. I returned promptly, only to find the doors locked and the facility closed and the answering machine full. Given the price point and the presence of six employees working on the vehicle, I expected a more thorough job. Sadly, this location did not meet expectations, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.😔

Dear customers I would like to share my own experience at this location please refrain from using your car washed …. This past Saturday I went in to get the car washed , their machine was broken they stated they have hand wash only , I said okay .. And they way my car they did good job however when I went home I notice there was scratch on my car . I went back to them today and Asked them my car got scratch I wanted to see the camera they refused kept saying it didn’t happen in their place . If you are confident they show me the camera that it didn’t happen there . The manager he is Hispanic he was very rude things happen very defensive. Below zero customer service … he kept repeating if anything happen we are not responsible for it here is the sign . Yes you are responsible if you scratch someone’s car ???

Please do not go here!!! If I could do no stars I would have left it as so. These people are beyond unprofessional and it doesn’t help that out 15 employees only 2 speak English. As you can see in the pictures, my tires were not clean after my car went through their wash. I asked them to remove the dirt (they didn’t understand) so they got some man maybe the manager and he proceeded to say “if you want clean tires we charge you extra”. I said “so because my tire is still dirty from not being properly washed you want me to pay you clean this?”. He says “yes that’s how we do business”. All you had to do was take a cloth and wipe it. But I should have followed the reviews and not took my business there. Go somewhere else please!!!!

BROKE MY CENTER CONSOLE I paid a for “the works”. When my car was finished, I got in and noticedh the center console was open. To make matters worse it would not close. The mgr on duty was extremely rude, and insisted “they” didn’t open it. They told me to write my contact information on small yellow sticky note. He refused to even look at my “stuck open” console. Lying, rudeness, and non customer service by management is unacceptable. I paid $28 to have my center console broken, and then to be told “they” didn’t do it. Never again!!

Wanted VIP for $30. I was convinced to get the new $45 package. They do more cleaning of dashboard & hinges. I really need the hatch hinge cleaned. I had a lot of spiderwebs, seeds, & little leaves. They did all but that!

My rear driver's side rim was damaged either entering/exiting the wash by one of the workers. Thought it was a bit strange of how long it took for them to drive my car out of the wash, being as though there wasn't a car in front of mine. One of the workers asked if the car belonged to me, but never once mentioned any damage. I submitted an incident report & requested camera footage but still have NOT heard back from anyone. Completely unacceptable & unprofessional! You can NOT do wrong by people or their property & expect anything good will come your way!

Worst car wash in southern Maryland! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! If I could give zero stars I would! The service and quality were absolutely appalling ! Pictured is Reuben H., a lower level rude and arrogant manager who demanded that I pay the difference of wax service after his staff undercharged charged me! I got an exterior wax service and and was given a placard with $70 marked on it. The cleaners did a poor job witch cleaning and waxing overall so I brought that to the the attention of Rueben and told him that all of my windows needed to be recleaned since I paid $70 for their shoddy express wax service! Rueben angrily asked “who charged you the $70" and I told him the cashier! He said “we will clean your windows over but first you need to pay the difference” ($10) because the you were supposed to be charged $80 instead of $70! What he should have done was had the cleaners to rewash the windows and then tell me that I was undercharged but that it would be on the business and not me! Ruben is very unprofessional and lacks customer service! He is a greedy shyster and is solely focused on the money! The cleaners hardly speak any English are not thorough! They do not dry the car properly and leave water spots and smudges everywhere! Had to have them redo the car several times! Plus their prices very high! Apparently I’m not alone in my assessment given the reviews on here so I hope this business do us all a favor and shut down!

WORST CAR WASH in MD. Save your money. The staff is rude from beginning to end. When you try to bring up a issues all the do is laugh and speak spanish to each other. Paid for the vip and got trash service. When i pointed out the dirt they missed they said it was not included.

My first time going to this location and I regret every penny. Firstly, I was approached very aggressively as I drove up. I ignored it. The woman at the desk was on her phone nonchalantly having a personal conversation and simply stretching out her hand to collect. Let's get to the car. The car looked clean and smelled fresh however, after driving away, I noticed that the smears on the windows weren't going away. I figured they were just wet marks from the cleaning cloth. Instead, they used the cloth that possibly had cleaner to wipe my windows. I had to rewash my car at home. I also noticed that my mounted phone clipholder which was secured to the air vent was now on the seats in pieces. BROKEN. I made several attempts to contact the front desk for 3 days. Noone answered. This type of service is beyond poor. I usually drive by and see lines of vehicles and decided to check it out. Never again. They owe me.

Sooo I just paid $30 ($35 with tip) to run my car through a drive through carwash station 😒. I drive a Kia Soul so trust I wasn't expecting detailing however my dashboard was still dusty, doors still dirty, front windshield still smeared and when I asked them to vacuum my tiny hatch area I was told not included Momi 😶🤣🙄🤷🏽‍♀️😅. I then went home and had to vacuum and cleaned my car 😒 . Now I remember why it's been so long since I've been there. It use to be my go to but for the last 5 years or so I may as well save money and wash it myself... Very disappointing 😕 Kudos for polite, friendly staff. Oh and this time they didn't let my car roll (driverless)until it naturally came to a stop unmanned like my past visit😬... Only reason 2 stars

$30 for the VIP service - Thoroughly unimpressive. My first issue with the establishment is that it's deemed necessary for EVERYONE to take a 30 break at the same time. So ALL work stopped, and apparently I'd gotten there shortly after the break had started. So I waited in line for near half hour before anyone came out to get started. Once they all came back to work, it moved pretty quickly, since they had no less 2 people vacuuming, then no less than 5 people drying and hand wiping the vehicle after the drive through. But with all those eyes, my truck still came out looking like what's pictured. Definitely not $30 worth of VIP. Won't be going back there anytime soon. Wouldn't recommend.

I previously had a great experience here. Today, I called and asked if they shampoo car upholstery. She said yes and told me they would give me a price when I came in. I went in and they first told me $250 to detail the car and then went to $120 to shampoo the four seats. I can (and did) buy a machine for less than that! I got their VIP wash. What a joke. I was one of two customers they had at this time and they did a horrible job. Crumbs on the console, didn't even touch the trunk area with a vacuum, etc. I'm attaching pics. I won't go there again. So sad because they are so convenient.

Mostly a rip off with poor customer service. Got the #1 works, no tire shine at all, no towels in any of the towel dispensers, no fragrance infusion, wash was at best removed the dust. Non water touched the undercarriage. Overall the worst I have experienced. Will not return.

Pay to get my car cleaned. My car was not clean. The door jams were still dirty. The car still had dirt streaks. The windows had spots and smeared. The inside still was dusty. I would not go there again. It really has changed..
