I’ve been to Captain Car Wash several times and have always had a pleasant experience! Customer service is super friendly and top notch. Today they had enployees holding a “Have a Blessed Day” sign which was such a nice touch. When I pulled up, I was greeted by the owner, Kevin, who seems like a genuinely nice guy! He convinced me to purchase a monthly membership (which is a GREAT deal) so I’m looking forward to regularly having a clean car! Love that they provide dry towels, vacuums and air pressure to take your clean car to the next level! I highly recommend Captain Car Wash!

How have I never been to this place before? We usually go to the ones by our house, but this is the best car wash in Plano that I’ve been to. It’s the small things here that I appreciate. Free microfiber towels, free vacuum, free air after a wash… this should be the standard

Pros: Very nice carwash. It does a decent job washing the car, but just okay drying. The vacuum bays are clean with towels, vacuum and air lines. Cons: Hours posted online say open at 7am. Not sure this is correct. I was there at 8:05 am on June 7th and they were still getting things running with lanes blocked. Also, I have had to ask on multiple trips to turn on the compressor air lines. Get a check list for your crew. Overall great place.

Absolutely the best car wash I've ever been to! The tunnel gets my car sparkling clean in all its nooks and crannies and actually does a great drying job. But where Captain shines is the self-serve stations. There are always fresh (truly) clean towels and spray bottles of cleaner along with air hoses. The vacs have just the right amount of suction and there are trash cans galore. I was so impressed I signed up for their monthly plan. Check them out and you'll be spoiled too!

The plano facility is well maintained and cleaned. I love the free vaccum and towel service. Staff is polite and professional. I love the license plate recognition, it prevents having stickers attached to the windshield (messy) and its quick in and out. Each time my car has been through the wash, it has been easy and the car is very cleaned. See how shiney and clean my car is after a recent wash. Thanks Captain carwash.

Was visiting family in Plano after a long drive from what it seemed like going through " BUG ATTACK". Car was just obliviated but bug and yuk from the night drive. Young men at the car wash were polite, friendly and helped us with choices. Appreciated the free vac/air and window cleaner. Also the drying towels. THANK YOU. GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL

I like this carwash however I needed to cancel. I’ve called, left a voicemail, and now their inbox is full. There is no option to cancel online. Lastly, I changed credit cards in my online account and they have been charging both my old card and new one. I have had to file disputes and see if I can get this figured out.

My fav. Spot. Moved to Dallas from Louisiana. And they have a few things that stand out They provide clean towels and cleaning solution for FREE The have air to blow debris and trash from under and between the seats Their vacuum was so strong it almost pulled the whole seat off the hinges 😂 Reasonable price. DO NOT COME HERE IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!! Bad services bad attitudes and full of irresponsibility! Their car wash service caused a deep scratch on our car’s hood (see photos)— a small section is completely chipped off, exposing the primer underneath. Our car is brand new and only six months old, and this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! This happened over two weeks ago, and we immediately filed a report on-site. They promised to get back to us within three days, but it’s been more than two weeks, and we’ve been calling at least twice a day to follow up. Every time, they say “the owner isn’t here, you have to wait until he comes.” Yet the owner never seems to be available. Isn’t that funny? Their lack of responsibility and negative attitude are beyond disappointing. I regret trusting those fake-looking five-star reviews! This place is unprofessional and untrustworthy. Again, if you love your car and want to protect it, DO NOT COME HERE.

Staff is great, the wash could be better. The 25 dollar wash surprisingly did not shine or clean my car as good as the cheaper gold wash. I've had this experience both times I spent the extra money. Significant amount of dirt still left on the car. The availability of the free towels and glass cleaner help get that extra dirt off.

Friendly staff and high quality equipment. My car comes out very clean every time. The drying bays are always well stocked with clean towels, and the vacuums here are my favorite. They are powerful enough to clean thoroughly but not overpowered that you constantly have to pull the floor mats off of them like at most other car wash centers. Always have a great experience here.

First time trying. Staff was helpful and upgraded my experience as I was checking it out. The wash was fine, but significant amount of bugs remained on my front grill. The vacuums, rags and covering for wipe down were great. I wasnt rushed, had plenty of clean cloths, and was able to get the car clean. While I miss the full service car wash - this will due in a pinch.
