My husband and son is use this place all the time and love it. They constantly trade stories about how great the facilities are, how clean everything is, how easy to use and well-run the place is, AND what a great deal it is. That sounds like an A+ to me. We highly recommend!!

Pretty good car wash. The monthly membership is a good deal, and they have clean rags and spray for cleaning your interior. However the vaccuums are sometimes all occupied, and some of the vaccuums could have better suction. But over all it's a good car wash considering there's not many others in the area

Double charged in June, emailed, no response. Emailed again threatening legal consequences. I was contacted by the location Manager who promised a refund of the double charge which never happened. Come to today? Double charged again. This business is not BBB accredited and now I can see why. It was a great year and half whilst it lasted, not sure what has now changed but these double charges of $42.99 is ridiculous. They respond to these reviews with an email to contact them, it has been over a week and still no response, not surprised however. Note: They auto respond with contacting them via email and they STILL ignore you. Again, not surprised.

I have two stars because the staff here is very friendly. Unfortunately, that’s pretty much all the good. The wash was not very high quality. The photo attached is my wheels AFTER the wash. You would think this was a before. All the cloths they have available for cleaning the inside of your car are wet even though they are folded and in the “clean” section. In addition, the cleaners they provide don’t really work. You’d be better off using dish soap and water from home. In addition, the vacuums only have one nozzle making it difficult to vacuum the small areas of the car. I’m willing to work with that except that the suction wasn’t even strong enough to pick up dust. The vacuums were falling out of their holders from how poor the suction quality was. I am not pleased with my experience and will wash my car at home from now on, which is saying something given the difficulty of washing your car when living in an apartment.

Very well placed and staff is attentive and proactive. The outside wash was good relatively quick. and That being said, the vacuums were barely sucking air and the two that I tried broke off from the hose. Maybe a function of it being very busy? I’d be willing to give it another try because it was convenient and priced appropriately.

I wrote and called Caliber cash wash about my Membership Cancellation. Its been 2 weeks now, Nobody will pick up your phone when you called, nobody will respond to your emails. Very Poor Communication from them. I will be traveling for a while and I want to cancel my Membership for now. this people didn't pick call or respond back to your emails.

Moved to ATL recently and don't have a hose to wash my car with. It's my first time going to an automatic car wash and it was a great experience. Staff was helpful. I didn't get their names, but it was a hispanic and black guy. It was a little confusing that you vacuum and clean first though, but I would come back here again.

While visiting Atlanta, I rented a Turo vehicle and, before returning it, stopped at Caliber Sandy Springs for a wash to make sure it was clean for drop-off. I was relieved to see that vacuum service was offered, as I wanted a seamless experience and peace of mind knowing Turo wouldn’t charge extra cleaning fees. However, after completing my wash, I went to vacuum and was met with cones blocking access. When I asked the attendant why, I was told the vacuums were closed. This was never mentioned to me before the wash. Had I known, I would have chosen a different car wash. I was also told I only had three minutes to vacuum, but in reality, I wasn’t able to vacuum at all—completely defeating the purpose of my visit. This lack of communication left me frustrated and stressed, especially since I was on my way to the airport. Proper information from the attendant could have prevented me from feeling misled and bamboozled.

I wouldn’t recommend a membership or a “pay as go”.. There is so much brand inconsistency and mixed messaging that it’s not worth the headache. I went two weeks ago and was offered a service, two weeks later the same service was offered but with an inconsistent message. After speaking with a “ manager” she shared that the team is encouraged to do as they please for the customers that they felt. Therefore if the team doesn’t favor you… regardless of membership or not…. Your experience is impacted.

No clean towels. No cleaner spray. Staff that tries to upsell every single time. Except for the pre-wash guy, staff seem bored and inattentive. Pre-wash guy is the only person working hard. Was a lot better when it was Sandy Springs Car Wash.

Bianca is a very proactive worker. Every time I go get my 2 week wash, she's always smiling and very helpful. Any questions I have about changes and the wash I want that day, she can always answer my questions. My favorite car wash and I like to wash my car myself so that goes without saying.

My car came out completely sudsy and wasn’t rinsed at all, which I’ve never had happen before (see photos). I will say that the gentleman who was at the payment area was pleasant, but as for the car wash itself, I was extremely disappointed.

Just ok car wash. The car wash never gets the top of my trunk done well. You have to pay extra for tire shine. At this car wash you need to vacuum and declutter you car first before going through car wash, otherwise it is awkward trying to get back to vacuum area.

After working at a car wash for years I finally decided to use caliber instead of my old wash due to proximity. Thats was a mistake. They failed to get bugs off my windshield and front bumper, had no place to clean my weather proof mats, the tire shine ended up all over my rims, and finally the vacuums had very poor suction. I would rather drive 30 minutes to my former job to get a wash that actually does a good job. Do not recommend caliber at all.

Date: March 2024 Evening Service: 5/5 Although the young man that was the attendant did not speak English well, he did an amazing job at explaining the services, offering me unlimited option, and listening to what I need to suggest the best car wash that he thought I should choose. The lady that was cleaning around the stalls was also great, I requested clean towels, and she immediately got them for me. Prices: 4/5 I got the caliber wash and for the price of $23, I think I have pay less for a comparable wash at the unlimited price. So while I recommend it as a one off, I probably won’t return as a part of the unlimited club. Ambiance: 3/5 I didn’t have a terrible experience, and I came within an hour of closing time, so I will allow some grace. However, all of the trash was overflowing in each stall, and I could tell that this is something that they do probably on purpose to save energy and waste less. I don’t think it should be overflowing, though,. Hopefully they can find another solution. Supplies: 5/5 I really like how they include window cleaner, cleaner for the interior of your car, and those floor mat cleaners as well. Although I have rubber mats, I also read online that they have some sort of detailing broom, but I was not able to find it at that location. Value: 5/5 I consider this trip good for needing my car cleaned in an area that I’m not normally in. It was open later than expected, I believe closing time six or 7 PM. So I believe value was met. TLDR: While exploring options for car washing, caliber, car wash is a worthy competitor in every way except for price.

Stalls are well marked and well supplied for vacuuming, detailing, and cleaning. Air guns, fresh towels, and cleaning products are available, as is a carpet cleaner. I’ve always been satisfied with the cleaning products available in the wash packages. However, why is there no underbody wash available even at the highest tiers? Mud, salt, and road grime are all detrimental to the underside of a vehicle. At the $25+ price point I do start to expect a decent spraying of the undercarriage, but unfortunately this is not available at this location.

Calibur is my favorite local because they have locations in convenient places, and on the rare occasion I need to speak with some, they are almost always kind, polite, and helpful. I wish they would add the LED lights in each section like other have to make it feel a little less dark and spooky, but the car is clean, the vacuums and compressed air work well, and the supplies tend to stay stocked. This location is a nightmare to get in and out of, and can back up into the wash tunnel. Not sure how to fix that, but it keeps me from going as often as I'd like.

Today I had a very disappointing experience with one member of your team. I’m a regular customer and pay for a membership to wash my Audi here. Today I happened to bring a different vehicle and was fully prepared to pay for the service. I understand that Apple Pay is not accepted — that’s reasonable. I also understand not accepting cash — policies are policies. However, when I attempted to pay with my debit card, the transaction was declined despite sufficient funds being available. As I was about to vacuum my vehicle, one of your employees — a gentleman with red or pink hair — approached me in a very dismissive and unprofessional manner, stating that the vacuums were not working due to the rain. It had barely been raining. His attitude was unnecessarily rude and completely out of alignment with the level of professionalism your establishment typically represents. Every other employee at this location has always treated me with respect and professionalism. They are hardworking and courteous. Unfortunately, this individual does not reflect the standard the rest of your team upholds. If he is unhappy working there, that is not the customer’s responsibility to absorb. Customer experience matters — especially for loyal members. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

Not sure if the spots are visible in the photos, but my car is almost brand new, and these paint chips appeared right after washing it here. I could hear something hard hitting the car during the wash. I won’t be using Caliber Car Wash again.
