When you pay 30$ for a wash you would think it would take bugs splatter off your windshield not good only members get air freshener any other place once your over the 20$ you get one as a member I could never get to vacuums cause it’s free to everyone

2 drive through lanes. 1 actual car wash bay. Backed up traffic made for a long wait. Crowded cleaning stations that are open to anyone whether you get a car wash or not so I had to wait for a stall to open up and by then the water spots had hardened. The stalls are very narrow but the vacuums, rags and solution were plentiful. 3/5.

I highly recommend Caliber Car Wash! Quality, Convenient, and Affordable! I don’t have to wonder if clean towels will be available. If air fresheners will be given, if cleaning sprays and window cleaner will be available! All employees are great, but I’ve seen Abraham go out of his way to make sure everyone has what they need.

Abraham was pressuring me to do a review I don’t like that. Also this location did not have any towel available and didn’t even have a good reason for why! I pay for the subscription which means I can go to whatever caliber I want and this was a very poor experience.

Yet another car wash that doesn't touch the hood or the windshield or roof of the car. The overhead brushes spin but never come down to clean the windshield. My windshield is filthy still. I guess only club members get the full wash which is a load of crap.

Every time I come here the customer service is great and everything is always in working condition. I don’t come often due to working a lot, but I definitely recommend this caliber car wash. Not only do they pre-spray for bugs, they also provide window cleaner, all purpose cleaner and towels to detail the inside of my SUV. One of my favorite things about this car wash is they have a vacuum and a blower to get tight spaces, cracks and crannies. One thing I would recommend is actually spraying the whole vehicle not just the drivers side, but overall they are GREAT!

I will definitely be back!!!. I searched Google for the nearest car wash and came upon Caliber, and my husband's truck was full of lovebugs on the grill, and the windshield and Toby went above and beyond to make sure the bugs we're washed off, he sprayed, scrubbed and sprayed again to make sure after the wash I was satisfied which I was! You can tell he really cares about customer service and satisfaction and you dont get much of that anymore these days! Thank you Toby! You are appreciated!

Waste of money! Back and top of the car looked untouched. I wanted to vacuum but felt discouraged when saw it was still dirty post wash. Busy mom and no time to go through the line again.

After being snowed in for days here in Texas, my Bronco looked like it had just returned from a classified Arctic mission. This car wash handled it with MI6‑level precision — every inch restored, every trace of winter wiped clean. Fast, smooth, and impeccably executed. If Q Branch washed vehicles, this is exactly how it would look. Five stars from Agent 007 Realty Group.

I paid for my car wash and was vacuuming my car when an employee approached me and accused me of not paying. I had already paid. There were other people using the vacuums who had not paid, yet I was the only person confronted. I was singled out and publicly questioned despite having completed my transaction. This felt like racial discrimination. No customer should be profiled or treated with suspicion after paying for a service. Businesses should verify payment before accusing customers and ensure everyone is treated equally. I will not be returning.

The establishment looked good and well-maintained. The associate greeted me when I reached the kiosk and she helped me to place the car wash order. She guided me on to the wash track and then walked away to talk to another team member at the kiosk side. The tunnel looked clean and machine were working functionally. The wash result was good in general but a few spots seemed not even touched and still dusted. It could be improved. Most of clean towel baskets were empty. I got only one clean towel in the basket at my detailing boom. There were 3 team members observed working at the establishment but no one walked through the detailing booms to check the cleaning items available for the customers. There was no restroom (I was told that the rest room was broken) and the sign of the restroom might be even removed. I did not see any. It’s very inconvenient, since I needed to walk to the convenience store at the gas station on the other side to wash the hands after done the work at the detailing boom.

May I see proof of something saying that people who didn't use the car wash portion of the business yet are not allowed to use the vacuum section? I was just asked to leave while in the process of vacuuming my, yes shocker, visibly dirty car before going in for a wash so that I didn't have to vacuum afterwards as I have my child with me who doesn't like the car wash process. I was told that I was holding up a line that didn't exist, because when I looked around for a line of waiting people, there were none to be seen and even nobody in the actual wash section either at the time. When I pulled out, because when you're told to leave, you leave, there wasn't anybody waiting for somebody in the vacuum section to leave. I assume I was asked by a manager? I was the only person spoken to, and I wasn't the only one to have a visibly dirty car either. I just don't understand why I was asked to leave when there wasn't a line? I would completely understand if I was actually holding something up, I don't like being in the way nor do I like taking too long anyways. I don't know, I've been coming to this car wash since it first opened, but this has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth about it all. I think next time I need to clean my car, I will just go to a few cities over where a different company has a free vacuum section for less of a price per wash. It's inconvenient distance-wise, but I've never been spoken to like that at that location, so I feel like it will just be a better place for me to take my business to. Thank you for opening my eyes to the behavior I guess I was just lucky enough to not see until now; I will take this information to heart, and I hope nobody else experiences this kind of behavior from staff. I always feel so weird when I have to give negative reviews here, it's unfortunate, but the people have to know that even car wash places have weird staff sometimes 🫩🫩
