Had to go through twice. The gentleman with the brush only did the front windshield. My expectation is the front windshield, grill, and bumper along with the rear window, trunk, and bumper, as well as all four tire rims. The manager said they don’t believe in rewashing and was pushing for a membership. Also told me to “calm down.” No thank you. Bad customer service does not warrant a membership. Get another person to brush the parts that need it. First and last visit for me

This experience was TERRIBLE, what I thought was a nice niche looking car wash was actually a car totalling, machine failing, displeasing garbage can disguised as a car wash with the falsified promise that you'll get a "new car" and not only is the was itself subpar but so is the customer service. The people running the wash are so dismissive and annoyed by your presence youd think they weren't getting paid at all to be there. And dont get me started on Steve, I explained to him about my experience with the wash and customer service in hopes that something would get better and yet instead I was met with a rude attitude and a disgraceful demeanor for a manager. I will NOT be attending this place again and will instead take my money elsewhere and suggest whomever is reading this to do the same.

Never returning. I am tired of being hassled EVERY SINGLE TIME about buying a subscription. No! Can I just get a single car wash, please. I decided months ago it was the last time when I was driving forward another guy that worked there squeezed in a "See you next week." But I was in a hurry today, the other car wash wasn't opened yet, and I went again. Same hassle.

Came here looking to get a good wash after being disappointed by snap clean down the road. Staff here is friendly and helpful! The manager even scrubbed my car down for me before I bought a wash. They scrub your car down as they load you, too. My car came out Super clean and I will never go anywhere else. Will check back in a few weeks to see if there are any good deals on their memberships. Will be returning!

UPDATE: The manager won't return my call and the support email that they gave me so they could "make things right" will not respond. All show, no real help! Very frustrating! All the other reviews I've given companies are 5 star, except this one. Caliber charged my cc for a membership when I declined the membership, and never would take off the charges. I never got a sticker, I never used the car wash with my “membership”. Manager would never talk to me. I even drove up there to see him, and the attendants said he wasn't there...so I left my phone number. I would never go here again. Dishonest and they don’t care! Avoid this car wash. I would give them a negative 5 star, if I could.

Good wash, employees always rude. Can't guide a car in and looked at me like I was stupid after attempting to line up myself. Last time I was here they complained when I was still drying my car close to close though I still had 15 mins. Just not the kind of service I would expect for the money they charge

I've used this car wash since it opened years ago (under different management), and I've always been satisfied. Yes, the price has gone up like for everything else, but there is no other place in the whole of Tarrant County that I would go to wash my car. It is not the same place as it was in the beginning. While most car washes erode over time and offer less, this place actually offers more. It is so much better now that it doesn't warrant being compared to its previous version. The manager was the nicest fellow, and the self-clean side (vacuum, etc.) is perfectly equipped so that you want for nothing. Unless you take your car to a place where they do everything, or unless you do it yourself in the driveway, you should be going here. This is the place! When I was most recently there (day after Christmas), the place was totally packed, so it seems everyone agrees.

I will start off with the fact I help run a large company in which prides itself on having the best of the best in customer service and experience. Absolutely blown away by this place. Met the manager the first time I set up our account and this guy was amazing. Such an outgoing personality. Then I take my personal vehicle yesterday covered in dry mud. The young lady at the pay area was super sweet and bubbly then I get to the young man with glasses at entry. He had me roll down window to tell me he had to pressure wash first because the dry mud would get on the equipment. For 5 min I heard him kick heavy cakes on dirt and pressure wash it. I felt terrible so I asked if I can just leave cause a line was forming. Young man said no sir il get you all cleaned up no worries at all. Got me through the wash and the interior clean area was clean and set up perfectly. When I was driving down 377 I was coming the opposite direction so I u turned way early and ended up at another car wash. But my previous experience with the team made me get back on the road and go to caliber. So glad cause I bet the other car wash would have declined my truck. To end it I will just say whoever is running this car wash yall are freaking awesome. The Chic fa la of customer service in the car wash business. Il ensure as our company grows yall will have all my business.

Went from the only place I went to NEVER going back. My most recent wash left my entire hood on my car covered in scratches- it essentially needs a complete repaint. We have tried tirelessly to remediate this with Caliber (calling 10+ times - no returned call) and have made multiple trips up there. The manager - Stephen- said it was absolutely “not possible” that a car could be scratched from this wash and that it has “never happened before.” (See attached pics- we aren’t the only ones 🙃). So, if you’re reading this, you can be the judge on whether to trust this place with your car. Poor business, poor management, and poor caretaking of their equipment. To the owners: if you would like to reach out and make this right, we are all ears!

Went here today looking for a touch less car wash after driving 1900 miles from NH for work here. Was told this was not touch less, but my car was so dirty from the ride I took a chance. I was amazed what a great job this wash did on my car. They also had free rags, cleaning products and free vacuuming after the wash to finish the job. Staff who assisted us at the kiosk was super nice and helpful. I would definitely give this place a shot if you are in the area.
