This place is a joke. I took two cars through the full service wash and of course they looked better. So I drove off. I started really looking, found crumbs in my cup holder, my seats were not cleaned off, and there was dirt in my floor board in between my seat and the door. I called and asked for the manager and his response was "Well, you should have looked harder." Then he proceeded to accuse me of making it dirty so they would clean it again. Why would I want my car cleaned right after having it cleaned? It was the same car!! Do NOT go here!

Overall, good wash and free vacuums! However, there is some shady business going on. They offer basic $3 & $5 washes. There is no difference between the two. In fact, they don't even bother to mark your car or put a sticker in the window to delineate the one you bought! I've done both several times now, and they are literally the same!

After a 2 hour detail I came back to a car that was greased up in armor all, so much that it was pooled up in the cup holders, it also made my steering wheel sticky, the seats were not vacuumed, trunk wasn’t even touched, and they used so much water in the shampooer that my car smelled like mildew after 2 days and the floor under the mats was still wet!! All for 130$. Never again.

Had my truck detailed. Paid $120 for detail and the kids detailing my truck broke a vent. I was told I dont move it so how would I know it wasnt broke before I brought it to him. But they are wrong I just got this truck no way it was broke then he said it was normal wear and tear And alot of other excuses now the manager (John) wants to ignore my calls. If anyone knows how I can go around him and talk to another manager please let me know.

I hardly ever write reviews , but people should beaware. I have sed this car wash for many years,always with excellent results. But today will be the last time. I came away with a still dirty Jeep I don't think the side windows had even been touched. Customer service was sorry, too. IMO please don't waste ur time or money.

This place is amazing! We had a very long road trip with 5 kids and a dog and they did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning the car for us! Wish we lived closer so we could go more often! The owner is great to talk to and very friendly!

My son went here to get an oil change. Normally $40-$50 anywhere else. He got home and told me they charged him $120.85!!! I called up there to ask why it was so much and the guy on the phone wasn't the brightest, and told me the manager would call me back. Never received a call back. Granted $33.90 was for a new windshield wipers, but thats still $86.95 for an oil change. They charge extra for the oil $6.46, a case goods charge of $6.99, a synthetic blend charge $17.00 and then a shop fee of $3.99? Oh and $8.00 for antifreeze? This place is a joke me and any member of my family will never go there again.

We have taken both of our vehicles to the Benbrook Car Wash for years. Most of the employees have worked there as long as we have been going there. That says good things about the business. We have always had great service and they are dog friendly.

My wife Waited over an hour and a half for a wash and carpet cleaning. All they did in that time frame was run it thru the wash. Then it sat for over an hour as they worked on other vehicles that came in after mine. My wife asked the girl behind the counter what’s taking so long. She gets the manager, and he takes her receipt. Walks out to the guys working on the other vehicle. A few minutes later comes back and says they had lost the ticket , but will have them right on it. Another 20 minutes goes by and still haven’t touched it. My wife tells them I’m not waiting anymore, I would like a refund. They only would refund the amount for the carpet cleaning even though they didn’t even finish what comes with the regular car wash. On top of that, the girl behind the counter tells my wife that I can’t give you a receipt showing the refund. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is this?? Fix your staff, or I am sure you will lose more than just my business.

Paid to have truck detailed inside and out. They waived to signal it was done. Walked up and half of the inside was wiped down and the carpets we not even vacuumed!! I had to vacuum them myself since nobody would take the time to help!! Also paid to have seats conditioned. They never did it and when I asked about it a kid that worked there said I didn’t pay for that service. He was full of it.. I paid the extra he said it was when I paid for the wash. This place is ran by a bunch of people that know nothing about customer service!! No accountability what so ever!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! You have been warned!

Stay away... a 3 yr old could clean your car better . I go here every 4 to 5 months to see if it’s any better still very bad . Took my truck there today just got back off vacation so it was dirty when I pulled up and got out I told the guy and showed him lot of crumbs and my emergency break handle I ask him to please make sure it gets vacuum good . So when I get back in my truck he did a bad job so I ask the guy that just dry it off if I could pull over there and vacuum it he said yes so after paying for it to be dune I still had to do it . Will I won’t be back and won’t bring my company van here anymore. Stay Away from this place they do a bad job. When vacuum your car and they don’t care .

This place was recommended by my sister and I decided to go with them to get my car cleaned. Side note, I have done car detailing for the last 2 years and know what it takes to make a car look fantastic. I got in my car after it was "cleaned" to drove home, and that's when I checked out my car. There was still dirt under my floor mats, dirt on my center console and dash, and didn't give an air freshener. I drove back to have them redo it and they still didn't get it clean. I had to wipe down the rest of the console and the dash myself.

Worst car wash I have ever received. They hardly vacuumed. There was streaks left from the armor all. I paid for nicer car wash and felt like I could’ve done a better job myself. They literally spent maybe 7 min on my car in total when it usually takes 30 min other places. Will never return. I am better off doing the self service washes and would’ve saved $50.

Friendly staff and a great location. However, I wish they had a better procedure for their monthly wash passes. You have to fill out paperwork every month or every 3 months, whichever you choose. They also have the strangest hours for a car wash. Closing at 3pm on a Sunday, is very bizarre for a business. Overall I appreciate this car wash hanging in there, especially when Caliber car wash, next door, is twice as much.

Completely waste of money. Paid $27.99 just for outside wash. They did not even do the vacuum properly. Complete waste of time and money. I did not have time to wait and ask them to do it properly. I wish I could give 0 stars.

This place is amazing!, it takes ten minutes to get your car washed and they dry it with a towel. The employees are very nice and professional too. Took my rent a car with dried snow on it, it looked brand new afterwards
