This is a rating of 1 star because that is the lowest rating available. Horrible customer service skills by the on duty manager Ivan and after being promoted a call from the Manager first thing in the morning mo phone call was received. My car was hit by the person behind me in line before entering and even paying and Ivan did not ask if he could help, show any concern he yelled at us to move my car. I asked for the managers phone number to be told they had no cards but that he would call me first thing. The accident due to a series of events however the attendant told us not to proceed through the raised gate and the truck behind us hit us. 4 customers lost today for your business because you could not find the time to call us . Your on duty manager was more concerned with his tin foil wrapped lunch and showed no concern the business or helping his staff at the busy rime.

I purchased the $30 graphite plan. I expected a better clean the wheel and tire cleaner isn't even noticeable. Just looks like water was thrown on the car not a fan.

First time at this car wash and Christine was very helpful! Thank you for your assisting me Christine. The vacuum’s were powerful, clean towels were put out very often, they had glass cleaner & all purpose cleaner for use, carpet cleaning machine. Would highly recommend getting a car wash at this establishment.

I really didn't do car washes, much less car wash memberships. However, the staff is friendly, and I (knock on wood) have never had any car wash issues... well, except for the time I forgot to take off my antenna. Being able to visit any Q Wash location is a plus. I have 3 asking my typical route during the week and a 4th close by if I want a wash on the weekend. Alta Mere and Heritage Trace are my favorite locations. The Basswood location is easiest to access of the 2 along I-35W. The Benbrook location is a nice location to stop into on the weekend. Plus Walmart is right next door. They're changing the name, and I would imagine ownership, so I'm worried the experience may change, but, for now, I'm a loyal customer.

Mr. Carlos is an outstanding worker at Caliber car wash on 3236 Alta Mere in forth worth Tx 76116. I've never met someone with such loyalty and determination to take care a customer. My name is Adrain Parks. Today I had a very rough start due to my key fob being sucked up in the vacuum holes. Who would have thought in a million years that this would have happened. Not me, but Mr. Carlos understood the assignment. The customer comes first. He turnt off the vacuums on one side and starting searching for my key fob. It took over 3 hours for us to find my key fob in multiple pieces. But God had another plan for us. He made a way out of no way. Thank you Caliber Car wash for hiring this phenomenal human being. He is more than manger at Caliber car wash. He is the heart beat of this fine establishment.

The past couple of times the car wash water is leaving hard spots when drying, idk if they ran out of water softening solution or soft salts but they need to remember to refill it or replace filters regularly

This car wash use to be so nice to go to everything stayed stocked rags sprays airfreshner etc...the bathrooms were clean ...I have gone to this car wash for about 5 yrs now but after today I will find a new one im assuming new management and lazy workers are the cause of the decline in the buisness I went today and had to move 4 times because the vacuums did not wrk I had to ask for rags to dry my vehicle with and the trash was so full I had to take it with me and throw it away at home .....the woman's RR was locked I asked management they said someone was probably in there but I waited and waited Noone came out iam assuming they were in there doing other things know well to that area but instead of management checking on it they told me to use the men's RR ....it had trash on the ground around the trash cans ...the whole time the staff and im assuming she was the manager sat in the office watching their phones and chit chatting I know this because I was parked in front of the office area w the RR slightly to my left so I am not just speaking I watched them do this for a good solid hr while I dried and vacuumed my car ....I am sad about having to find another car wash but I refuse to go back to this one .....it said how people just dont even wanna wrk anymore....but maybe if businesses gave workers better incentive and pay they could get better people to hire....but who am I but a consumer......

Last few washes, despite selecting the most expensive wash, my car has come out with remnants of bugs remaining on my hood or windshield. For over $30 I shouldn’t have to scrub the spots off myself after going through the wash. Also, what’s up with the employees standing at the screens when you pull up, pushing buttons for you and taking your card from you just to enter it into the machine themselves? I don’t want to be hounded about what car wash I want when I’m perfectly capable of pushing a screen and entering my own payment method. If this is how this car wash operates, I won’t be back. If I wanted to interact with people, I wouldn’t go to an automatic car wash.
