Uses tap water, leaves stains. Fine self-wash if you have mud / heavy dirt… however if you want your car to look clean, this is not the place for you atm. Soap was low volume, foam brush OK. One pro to the initial point- high pressure water.

Got my car washed here today or should I say I had water thrown on my car for overpriced fee and lazy workers who smashed and damage my car then I asked him to fix it. They walked away and said me speak no English maybe me should speak to…. STAY AWAY FOR THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

I walked in before a sudden storm, and the staff rushed, which I understand. I called immediately to ask if I could come back the next day to polish what was left undone. I was given many excuses for why they wouldn't finish the job.

Been coming here for years, they once had awesome service, the last few times have been disappointing, Spots left, body gloss, one spray for an entire vehicle! Management acknowledged from observation and cameras, but did not rectify problem.

Great experience! Thorough and fast. They vacuum the inside, completely wash/ hand dry the outside, clean your windows from the inside AND wipe down interior - ALL for $18 (before tip). Would recommend to anyone in the DMV!

Today I took my car for a normal wash to cj on forestville rd I have accepted that prices have gone up but service is getting worse today as my car was coming out of the bay the car wash machine or rail broke my tire stem and as it was coming out I heard all the air releasing from the tire informed manager he comes back with a tire cap and say we are not responsible I’m like nothing on my car is modified regular tires and rims and I’m paying for you to damage my car and again it’s not my problem so not only a bad car wash but I had to contact roadside assistance at the car wash to have a spare put on my car I asked does the guys in the back have drivers license he walked away so please be advised that he most likely have people operating our cars who does not have licenses

I haven't been to this location in years. I needed my windows done inside and out which isn't real common in the area without getting a detail. It wasn't very busy during my visit but I was very impressed. Vacuumed, washed, wiped down and my windows done for under 20 bucks. There is also self-serve washing available.

Well located, first time using the facility. It was crowded and Hand wash bays were all taken. I wanted to use the facility because i am looking for place where I can hand wash my car that is not too far compared to where I normally go. I like it but you $4 for 3mn56. That's high. I currently pay $2.50 for 4mn and I also get more time to vacuum for $.50. Will see.

They must be under new management because the service has greatly improved. I stopped coming here a few years ago when the started skimping on the products they used, and doing a terrible job cleaning the windows, shining the chrome and wheels. Boy have they greatly improved.

****** women do not bring your car here!!!!! Sisters,mothers,aunts daughters all human I Google car wash near me. And cj popped up. So I went and wish I didn't only cause my cat wasn't cleaned properly. And when I complained about it they manager said that there's an up charge for that extra. That's not an issue why wasn't that asked . So the car still has the same spots . Why??? Is the car still spotty. You didn't have a problem charging me $28. This is my 1st time at this car wash. And I'm very disappointed 😞 in the service that I received 😒

Very good place cost-effective the chrome polishing of the wheels is very good. It lasts a long time. A little off the beaten path they’re well worth it.
