I have washed my car here a couple of times in the past with no problem. This morning I decided to wash my car because mother nature stopped washing my car for free. I've never had any problems before, but today the first station didn't have a new soak or foam coming out of the brush. It only had high-intensity soap. I tried to use the decreases on my tires, and nothing came out. I still had 6 minutes left, so I canceled my transaction, and took it from the middle station that I was at, to where people can wash big cars. Luckily this one did have soap and degreaser, but when I tried to use the spot-free rinse, only a trickle of water came out. I’ve never had any problems like that here, but the last time I washed my car at this car wash was about a year ago. The owner needs to hire someone to make sure everything is filled up, or hire someone. Ruined my car wash and won’t be coming back.

Horrible. Dirty, water hoses don’t work and the vacuums don’t work. They just steal your money.

It's a great place to wash your car and it's open 24 hours a day. But it's a little pricey!! Because you have to vacuum your car along with the wash so you might as well just take it to a regular car wash and cost about the same. But if want to make sure that you wanted detailed the right way you do it yourself. But I enjoy doing myself!!

i stopped in, to wash my car this morning. i put $10 into the stall, and proceeded with the wash. a few moments later, a lot cleaning attendant showed up with a leaf blower, and started to blow trash everywhere. i looked in his direction a few times, and motioned that i am washing my car, and getting debris on it defeats the point. he ignored me... a minute later, when his dust storm got closer, i said: i am washing my car, please stop. he started yelling obscenities, at me, in spanish, and kept going. i know that he has a job to do, and does not give a crap that i just paid money and invested energy into washing my car. however, he could stop & think about that fact that his job is to ASSIST the operation of a CAR WASH.

The first stall I pulled into was out of order no signs there. The second stall the foam brush wasn't working but I deposited the cash so I had to wash my car with no soap.

Friendly people go there to wash their cars and have a non alcoholic good time with music and some dancing. Great place to wash your car for cheap.3 bucks. 👌

Place has really gone down hill. Equipment is old and run down. The vacuum hoses and heads are super worn out and some duct taped so they hardly work. Everything just seems dirty. The car wash bays aren’t working properly. One station has soap, one doesn’t. One has foaming brush but the other two don’t. One has wax, the other bays don’t. You get the point. Many sprayers and much equipment just tried to fix with duct tape. I’d be embarrassed if I were the owner and came to see my business being operated like this.

Great place to go wash your car And there is a number to called if run into some problems vacuum is weak most of the time But so far so good 😊 I recommend this place Best times are it very early or very late 😂 cuz it gets busy

This place credit card system charged me 24.00! 24.00 for a 10 min use of their car wash. Do not use the credit card or skip this place.

Machines are old. Vacuum is barely soaking. And in general, it feel like someone just don't care that much about the place. It is great if you need to wash the vehicle yourself. Since there is almost everything you might need here (as long as things work). But if you want to save time, and honestly maybe even some money. Go to a car wash where actual people wash the car. Sit and relax. They owe me $10 for equipment that didn't work.

Worst car wash place in SFV. Vacuums never work properly doesn’t suck up anything. And Soap makes your car PAINT fade.

The dryer sucks but everything else is good, 9/10 I feel like sometimes they don't refill the soap but at 1 am I can't really blame them. $4 minimum wash, do that for the brush and then put more in after for maximum moneys worth

Hi dear owner! Thanks for self car wash service from all customers! I live in this area and using that car wash at 3 years. From last 6 months to present days car wash stations working not correct. Like high pressure rinse water goes with soap or with wax at all times when I use the rinse water only!!! Or sometime the stations not have soap or wax!!! At last three years equipment at stations not was remodelled or something else! Will be good to see high pressure blower for all car body, no it will be excellent!!! I’m not sure about other customers, but at self car wash station at North Hollywood ( Sherman way) they charging $20 per cycle including good high pressure rinse,foam brush, soap( separate ),wax vacuum tire cleaner body blower, and ill be happy to use the equipment like that at your car wash station!!! Thanks again!!!
