I would consider James and his brother both highly specialized and very detail oriented. Both are very personable and professional. Just received a three year ceramic coating and they did a phenomenal job on my e450 coupe. James is very knowledgable in ceramic coating and helpfully answered a lot of questions on what type of coating he uses and provided maintenance tips and instructions. Super happy with the results and will use him for other services he provides. Thanks again!

James did an AMAZING JOB on my car. I keep my car pretty clean and frequently have it hand washed at my local place, but what’s great about using his services is that he finds all the little nooks and crannies the other guys don’t have time to get to. Every little compartment, every seam of the trim, every hard to reach place- he gets everything squeaky clean. He uses great quality products, is always on time, and completely professional. That plus the convenience factor of him coming to you- can’t recommend him enough!

Very generous with his time given a few hiccups on my end, and gave my car a great polishing, interior detail, and ceramic coating in only five hours. I was surprised by the great results and how my 13 year old car is honestly sparklier than when it came out of the dealership. James remedied a lot of things that I didn't think could be cleaned, offered tips on maintaining the car on my own, and he's a nice person to chat with in general.

James is young but a total pro who is passionate about cars. My friend borrowed my car to go to the desert and returned the car after a dry “car wash” so similar to taking sand paper to the car. The scratches were very noticeable so I considered re-painting the car. I called around for auto paint re-surfacing. One guy quoted 350-1500 depending on the condition of the car with no guarantee on price. I offered to drive to James at his apartment and he demonstrated on one car panel the effect of 1-step $550 vs 2-step $850 with one year guarantee. He let me decide, without pressure, assuring me that any fix would be an improvement. Below are my before and after shots of the same panel. James meticulously polished as best as he could and would send me photo updates along the was of the scratches that could not be fixed completely. I highly recommend Doc Auto Spa. And in fact, I have already signed up to take my other car to him for the care and attention he gives to every vehicle.

To whomever is reading this....Doc Auto Spa did an INCREDIBLE job with my car!!! I purchased my Dark Blue Pearl Subie a few months ago and decided to get the 1 Year Durability Ceramic Coating Package with a 2 paint correction after being shown a nice educative demo by James that even new cars come with swirls and light scratches. I truly couldn't believe how DIFFERENT my already clean car looked when I picked it up and I find it hilarious that the elder folks who live in my neighborhood shout my name, point at my car and give me a thumbs up when I'm driving on our street. I'm really glad I found Doc Auto Spa and look forward to maintaining business with him! 10/10 recommend.

James at Doc was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I was getting my Tesla delivered on Saturday and really concerned about driving it around without additional protection and ceramic coating. I had called a few places, and then stumbled on a random youtube video of James' work. I reached out to him and he responded in a hour or so. Laying out ALL the pricing options he has to offer (everyone else just tried to push me into the hire price without transparency). James even got me in on Memorial day to make sure I was taken care of. I did the 5 year option. It turned out AMAZING. The care was already nice, but the brightness and sheen after is something else. Also, water just beads right off. No water stains, no residue. I have also noticed how much less dust accumulates. 100% recommend James. He has a clean workplace. He is incredibly pleasant and polite and even gave me referrals to a friend that could fix a minor road rash issue. You will be 100% satisfied in going with James! He even asked before I left if I saw any issues in the work that he could fix, and if I noticed anything just give him a call/text. And he has checked in since, proactively.
