I waited 3 hours for my front seats and back seats to be washed. I was a second car there when they opened at 8:30, at 9:30 I walk over and check on my car and they haven't even started on the inside. Some guy walks over not sure if he was the one in charge at the moment and he says I'll start on it myself. I look over 45 minutes later two other guys barely started on it and they're giving me the look of like sorry. The one that told me he was going to start on it just walking around, checking his phone, checking his hair, worst experience at a car wash. Maybe because I wasn't driving a Mercedes, or a foreign supercar he thought it wasn't going to tip. Never again.

Went to get a car wash here and purchased the "40$ special." The person who ended up detailing the car did a poor job while smoking a cigarette from his mouth the entire time. It also took an hour and a half. After I left they had forgotten to put my mats back in after "cleaning" them. I had to drive back making me late for a meeting and to top it all off, the mats weren't even clean. Terrible place. Unprofessional staff. Avoid if at all possible. Update: Foolishly came back again 6 months later. My car came back with scratches all over it. Staff is completely unaccountable. My mistake for giving them the benefit of the doubt. Never again.

Fantastic service! Shout out to the nice kid who took GREAT care with my WRX today (5.15.21)! I unfortunately didn't have cash on me for tip but I will be telling all my friends how wonderful of service you provided. They folded my jackets, cleaned up my trunk and backseat (a mess) and I only paid the basic package. Thank you!!! I will be coming back and with cash this time!

Not worth the $40 I got charged to “clean” my all weather mats which really meant just wiping them down with a rag. Also the employees are all chain smoking which I find repulsive especially when they are then touching the towels to wipe down the inside of your car. Honestly this place is closer to me than the studio city car wash but I will never come back here again. Two stars because the guy who did my car went back and cleaned all of the spots I pointed out that he missed.

I’m normally over joyed with the results. I just went today for the first time in a while since inflation started and I was in the area. I’ve been coming here for years. I understand they haven’t raised salary but I still expect to get my now $20 from $17 worth. It seems they did a better job when it was $17. Still spots all over the outside AND inside of my car in the obvious basic areas like the handles. And cup holder. Now I still have to go home a do what I just paid to $20 to get done. Hopefully circumstances are better again next time. .

DO NOT COME HERE. This place is a joke. Smears everywhere on inside of windows. They actually made the interior dash trim dirty. Incomplete vacuum job for interior carpet and removable rugs. Smears all over exterior hood, water drip marks the length of hood. Protectant on seats not spread evenly, sloppily applied to leather; smeared on windows, tweeter speaker housing and instrument panel. I paid $40 for the worst car wash ever. There are other car wash businesses who, unlike these jokers, have integrity and take pride in their work.

This car wash is extremely slow, i had to wait over TWO HOURS for my car on a friday. They need a better system so that there is more than one person working on a car so that they can get the job done faster. Unfortunately I will not be coming back.

Got car wash before closing. I tipped very well and when I left. I noticed my windows were so bad I could see the film of dust on inside and couldn't see out of them. Had to reclean them when I got home. What a horrible job. I guess the guy wanted to go home and rush on my car. Last time going there. What a shame cause the car wash was actually nice.

2nd time here with my SUV (white leather). Cheap, and quick car wash. Easy and nice people. No forceful up selling. There are many luxury brand cards here to get washed. Cashier always have a big smile. Great sitting / waiting area. Come here every weekend.

Terrible car wash . outcome in pics. Car still dirty and water marks .. Honestly if I had time right now I would go back. I can't believe how sloppy of a job this was. The absolute worst car was I've ever had. Check the pics so you know I ain't exaggerating. Receipt from 15 minutes ago

I did a great mistake to choose this car wash. They don’t want to take any responsibility for your car damage while they cleaning it. For $60 I get 3/5 ⭐️ clean car and broken gas tank door cover. They didn’t saw any problem until I asked about it. When they said that car is ready, nobody care about the problem. When I asked how to solve the problem manager just answer that is my problem, didn’t say sorry didn’t offer nothing. Only after I ask what we will do with this manager starts to offer me a body shop work but only in a Friday. When I offer to go to my body shop and bring him back a a bill for this work he starts to argument, like this is not working and things like this. I use my car almost a year and every two weeks I’m washing my car. And it Will be last place where I will come again.

I do not recommend it to anyone, I came to the car wash, paid, waited 50 minutes and then discovered that my car was standing to the side and no one was taking care of it. The car wash administrator washes the cars of his friends and acquaintances out of turn, while the rest are waiting. I just left and did not get my money back, I hope I will never come back here again. I feel very sorry for the owners of this business, because because of such workers they lose money and customers.

Very slow unprofessional people. Super slow, it took them 4 hours to clean my car. And they didn’t do a good job! Only 1 person cleaning my car super slow while the other ones were just smoking around my car. Read reviews. Poor management. It’s not worth to come here!! And they only accept cash. There is an atm here.

The absolute car wash in the east valley. I have been going here for atleast 20 years. Always make your car the best possible. My last 2 or 3 cars when I drive out my car looks like new car. I get the individual person that does it. He learns like it is his car. The people that work there are all very nice. I

I’d give 0 stars if possible. This car wash is located 2 minutes from my house so for connivence I come here and each time I do I always say I will never come back. All I ever look for is a basic car wash, no extras necessities but I expect a decent wash. So, I just left and this is the state my car was in, mind you it truly wasn’t busy. The guy who checks you in never has a smile on his face and every. single. time I say please vacuum the trunk and he says okay and they never do, instead of saying okay he talks back and says “you have stuff in the trunk (empty boxs). There are so many other small companies that would appreciate your time and money so much more than here plus they truly take forever. Do not come here, look at the other reviews if won’t take my word on it.
