They ruined my brand new seat covers, and refused to give me my $40 back. I go in at least once a month, and sometimes will get the director package. The manager said it was from me, not his crew. I'm so mad. They ruined my $200 seat covers!!

They've been overcharging me after I discovered they charge extra for "SUV's." I don't have an SVU. The cashier said she'd charge me less "this one time" and still proceeded to charge me more, which means they've been charging above the actual price which they don't list that detail. I've also had damage in the past, but still gave them chances.

Visited this car wash for the first time today. My car was absolutely filthy from every direction. I work at an active construction site so its hard to keep my car looking clean but today I decided to spend the money and have it detailed. I was charged $150 for my detail which included an extra package of water spot removal and buffing out any surface scratches. Usually i come home from a car wash and literally have to touch up multiple areas that werent cleaned. Not Today! Quality work, timely fashion for a busy Friday, relaxing area to sit, and I left happy. Thank you for the car detail. Even my pops commented on the job well done and he’s never one to give out compliments!

I just bought my brand new Porsche, and after taking it to this car wash, it came out completely scratched. I’m absolutely devastated. This was supposed to be one of the happiest moments in my life and instead I spent the entire day crying. The paint now has visible swirl marks and fine scratches all over. I trusted this place to handle my car with care, and they completely failed. I’ve never in my life experienced such horrible service and damage from a car wash. It’s shocking. Please, if you care about your vehicle — do not go here. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I regret ever driving in.

Whenever I come here I always end up with streaks on my windshield. But today, on top of that, I noticed that they forgot a towel… I’m not sure why I pay $50 here…

Unbelievable. I've been coming here for a while. Their system for PAYMENT didnt work and even though they know who I am, they made me take my car out of the line to go get my wallet at home instead of washing my car was next . Because their system doesn't take Android for payment. . Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place they treated me like I was trying to burn them. I guess they thought I was going to rip them of for a car wash after all of these years.

My favorite car wash in NoHo. They provide good service. I have an SUV (Tahoe) and I’ve seen prices for washes extreme at other places but this place I have a monthly contract for washes. I’m often here so me this works. Manny, provides great customer service and makes sure his guys that are drying the vehicles on top of any client concerns. I’m always greeted by him and others. They know me and I know them. Great customer service.

Auto $50 for Tesla is fine, most places won’t put this car through the normal carwash and require a hand wash. Handwash is not great, mediocre at best. Left water stains and actual stains. I had to wipe some off myself, and some I didn’t notice until later. Stopped by because it was conveniently in the neighborhood I was in but will not be back.

My car had been sitting in a garage for 7 years so I got the full detail package, including whatever they do to make your headlights clear again. It was a busy Saturday so took 3 hours but my car looked brand new. I was starving afterwards so had a great burger & fries across the street at Magnolia Grille.

I needed an engine bay wash and thankful they could do it. There was close to 15 years of grime to get rid of and they did that plus a hand wash in less than an hour— I was very impressed! My engine now looks like new. My interactions with all the employees was great too. I had talked to someone on the phone about an estimate for the service who was efficient and helpful, the person who assisted me on-site listened to a concern I had about the wash and gave me a good price, and the employees who let me inspect the cleaning at the end were kind and made sure I was satisfied. There was a convenience store (lots of greeting cards, interestingly) and both indoor and outdoor seating to wait. I plan to return and I recommend this place to anyone looking for an engine or hand wash for their car.

Here are some pics of my car after paying for their most expensive tier: the red carpet treatment for 67.99 before tip. I will never return here again. There are these spots all over my vehicle from it not being washed or dried properly.

I'm very pleased with the quality of service at this car wash!! I was in the valley area over the weekend on a sunny day and decided to stop by a car wash, so I quickly looked one up and pulled into this one as it was the nearest location. It's a sizable lot which it is located on, making entry and exit very easy. There's several wash options, ranging from express all the way to full detailing services. I just stuck with an express wash for this visit, which was around $20 for one with a few extra sprays options in the wash. You pay with the cashier inside, and then I had a fun time watching it go through and get all clean!! Afterwards, they hand dried it and sprayed/cleaned up the windows very thoroughly. I was extremely impressed! A very thorough, detailed, and quick service for the express wash. I'll return in the future for one of the full-service washes!

They lost loyal customers over $16 I started using this car wash on August 16 and decided to try their monthly membership, thinking it would be more convenient. The wash itself is very basic — not a real hand wash, just an automatic one where someone wipes the car afterward. After the first month, I realized I don’t come that often, so paying $40 a month didn’t really make sense. In late September, after the next automatic payment went through, I came in to cancel it. The woman at the counter clearly told me that since I had already paid, I could continue using the membership until October 16, and she even underlined that date on my receipt. My 12-year-old son was with me and heard this too. Today, October 15, I came for a regular wash and was refused service. The same woman said my plan was already inactive because I had canceled it — even though it should still be valid until tomorrow. No one ever mentioned such a rule before, and although maybe it’s written somewhere in the fine print when you first sign up, customers deserve clear communication. If you want to keep your customers, you should explain your policies properly, not surprise people at the counter. What disappointed me the most was the attitude — rude and dismissive, with zero understanding or flexibility. My husband and I have been washing all three of our cars here regularly, but after today, we won’t be coming back. We’ll find another car wash that actually values and respects its customers — and won’t lose three loyal cars over $16.
