I brought my truck here and when I got home the antenna cover from my truck was missing. I am leaving the dealership right now and they informed me the antenna is messed up and my roof is sunken in. I was very excited about our local car wash being redone, however now I’m stuck with a bill from my dealer. I hope the car wash owner/s reevaluate their machines and fix this.

This place has terrible owners mainly Mike which was rude and extremely unprofessional. The one time I got a hold of him he just made accusations that it was our fault. We got our car washed and the blowers made our windshield wipers flap like crazy and then the drying roller pressed down on the windshield which broke it. We filed a claim with them and were told they would contact us the next day which should have been on Friday. They never called they aren't trying to fix the solution they are just saying it's our fault. This whole thing could have been avoided if the attendant would have stopped the car wash as soon as we honked but they didn't. We have waited and called which he answered once just to say that it was probably our fault. We just want our windshield repaired. Be careful when washing your cars at any of there 3 establishments. They said they would take care of the damages but we haven’t heard anything

it's a great car wash but don't go on a Sunday cuz the line is too long. and some of the pneumatic air nozzles don't work. and I wish the vacuum nozzle was the long slim kind. but I really like this car wash. The only thing I don't like is all the cigarette smoke.

This is the greatest place to get your car washed than any other. Get the $40 a month deal. It's worth every penny, especially if your car gets dirty fast. One of the best car washes in Los Angeles! Nowhere else have I seen my car come out so clean after an express wash. About 90% of the dirt is removed, and whatever remains is softened enough to wipe off easily with a cloth while vacuuming. The vacuum itself is powerful and convenient. There’s almost never a long line here. Quality in every detail! They even give a little gift — an air freshener for the car. There’s also a discount system. After six months of trial and error, I know I’ll only be coming back here. No other car wash does the job this well.

UPDATE North Hills Location: After posting my complaint, Wild Wash's so-called "lead investigator," Aramis Hamleti, responded by banning me from all of their locations and threatening me with prosecution under California law if I continued to pursue my claim. Yes -- instead of taking responsibility, they tried to intimidate me with bogus legal threats and scare tactics. Let me be clear: my car was NOT damaged before this wash. Their attendant failed to align my car on the tracks, it stopped mid-wash, and afterward I discovered a chunk of my wheel missing and alignment issues. I have photos, video, a licensed mechanic's report, and even two of their own employees who witnessed and confirmed the incident. This company hides behind "not liable" signs, denies obvious negligence, and then tries to silence customers with threats. That's not just unprofessional -- it's shady and predatory. If you value your vehicle (and your peace of mind), stay far away from Wild Wash Express. I brought my car here and your attendant FAILED to place it on the conveyor tracks properly. Mid-wash my car stopped and the wash damaged my vehicle -- a large chunk of my wheel is missing and my alignment now feels off. I have photos, video, and a written estimate from a licensed mechanic documenting the damage. Your posted "no liability" signs do not excuse employee negligence. I demand reimbursement for the full cost of repairs. If I do not receive a written response from management with insurance information and an offer to cover repairs within 7 business days, I will: * File a claim with my insurer and have them pursue subrogation against your business, * File a formal complaint with the BBB and local consumer protection, * File a small claims action for the full amount of repairs and related costs, and * Share my experience, photos, and documentation with local media and on all review platforms. Do not ignore this -- this damage was caused by your employee, not me.
