It was very bad. My car was white and there was no grease on the body. The front of the car was stained yellow with the smell of motor oil. They also said it was my car that was dirty

Every day they close 90 min early. I pay for a membership. I demand this behavior cease immediately. After 7:30pm they close 2 of the 3 gates and they put cones in front of the car wash entrance. When you question their actions the staff is rude and dismissive. He waved his hand at me disrespectfully and tried to walk away from me until I got out of my car and walked inside. It’s 15 degrees. Make it make since. If you don’t want to stay till close don’t work here.

Buddy Bear be smelling like Buddy BUTT. I don’t leave reviews but it needs to be brought the owner’s or manager’s attention. YOU NEED TO CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT inside the car wash. It smells like dirty soap, dirty water, and dirty scrubbing brushes/rags. It smells like mold every-time I’ve pulled up on the vehicle’s conveyor belt this year. I am allergic to mold so when I see the rags that are used to spread the soap and scrub the car a BLACKish/BROWN 🤢 color instead of blue (their original color) that’s a public health concern. I have previously worked at a car wash location and they used to wash, rinse, and hang dry those everrrry day after closing. Curious to know what is your cleaning routine…or if you guys even have one 🤨

Tire shine got my wheels looking like they added Krispy Kreme glaze on them. Soapy residue left on various spots on my car. The cheapest wash option is better than the most expensive wash option. The vacuums were strong so that’s the only reason I didn’t give just one star

I rarely write reviews - but I am am writing one because I experienced such a great experience at Buddy Bear Car Wash! :) Upon entering to the kiosk to get a wash - my card was not working and it kept saying "card declined" (very unusual because I have lots of money on this card) - Well the kiosk attendant came over immediately and did everything he could to get my card to go through - after multiple tries - I gave up and wished the attendant a good day (beginning to leave the establishment). Plot Twist: To my surprise the kiosk attendant was super kind and understanding and gave me A FREE WASH for the day! I am so grateful and appreciative for the kind act! You have got yourself a reoccurring customer - next time though I will bring cash lol.

New Car Wash DISSAPOINTED & poor customer service. My car came out dirtier then it went in. Scuff marks all over front end, hood windshield & doors. Complained to Carlos the manager who refused to refund me & said to call corporate. As i was complaining to him a woman approached him & said "there is something wrong with the carwash I had to manually hand wash & dry car all over again to remove all scuff marks that resulted from Buddy Bear Car Wash. He dismissed her also & said call corporate. No assistance from this manager. My first & last time at this place. Waste of time & money. Stay away & look else where.

Maintenance team needs come work at this location. The water sprayer no longer sprays water, it’s more like cat pissing now . It’s been like that for months now. I am a monthly member and it’s frustrating to see soap stains every flicking time I wash my cats here where other locations have really strong and high volume water. Please fix it if anyone from management sees this.

Second day in a row it is not working. There is no water, no soap, and no dryer. We pay for a monthly pass that includes tire shine and they don’t add any. I am paying for services that are consistently not being provided. Quality has definitely decreased.

Car wash is going from $3 to $5 to $7 for a lite wash where they still have to use brushes or power washers to begin with. Definitely will find and make it a point to go somewhere else where the price is not gonna go above $5 for a regular lite wash.

This place is a hit or miss a lot of the time. I took my car to get washed and the car wash stopped 2 times halfway and didn’t completely wash the car. I even paid for the more high level wash and it didn’t use the chemicals for the wax and coating. It left grey streaks all over my car. It’s not the worst place to wash your car, but there a definitely places out there that give you a better quality consistent wash

This location has been struggling with their rinse system for the past four months, and despite reporting the issue, I haven’t received any response from corporate. When I showed one of the guys who demonstrated the video I recorded, showing the difference between their system and another buddy bear’s, he mentioned that another employee had promised to report it. I was away for three weeks in Wisconsin, and it wasn’t until a week after my return that the issue was finally addressed. It’s disheartening to see that the management doesn’t seem to care about the customers’ concerns. They also has a high employee turnover at this location. The reason for the blue residue is the Jets, which are out again. It doesn’t matter how cold the weather is or if it’s snowing; the rinse jet is coming on very little or not at all. If you visit other locations, you’ll notice the power of the jet are much stronger , and the blue soap residue is rinsed off before you reach the spot-free rinse or blower. I live right next door to this location, and it’s convenient to have a monthly membership since they’ve opened 100s of car washes here. However, the customer service and attention at this location aren’t worth the time and effort. The car doesn’t get as clean as it should. They can try to blame the snow for the issue, but that’s not the case. If you watch the rinse jet, you’ll see the difference. I highly recommend going to a different location to experience the difference firsthand.
