The experience started out well when we set-up the appointment and it seemed promising. However, the appointment was cancelled and then rescheduled. Still seemed ok. Then they showed up late for the appointment. So it now starts to go downhill. The gentlemen sat in their van for 15 minutes before starting the work. Then attempted to vacuum the vehicle, but did a subpar job as there is still debris left in the seat belt jams, the cup holders, the carpets, the back seats, and the trunk area. The weak vacuuming job probably had to do with the fact that the gentlemen sat in the car with the vacuum running while on the phone texting. There was a lot of dust taken from the dash and the front of the car with extreme scrubbing. However, the overpowering scent of fabuloso (or other household products) blinded the work they provided as the luster and sheen usually associated with a car detail is not apparent. The work we were expecting was use of vehicle specific cleaning agents and products, however we were presented with household generic cleaning agents that left the vehicle lacking. The car now needs to go and get a true detail from any other company. I gave two stars for the website and the fact that they showed up, otherwise they would not have received any stars at all. Do not use!

Super happy with my service and definitely will be booking again when needed! My detailer was very professional, stuck within the 2 hour quoted slot, and my car hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the purchase lot. Very affordable and competitive pricing in comparison to other businesses offering similar services. I will say that my detailer arrived about 20 minutes later than anticipated given my booking window, but I imagine this is just the result of the care and attention he gives to clients. So not a deal breaker for me, but something to be aware of if you book - don't book anything too close to when your service will be completed! I should also note that my car wasn't super dirty, but was definitely in need of some TLC. If your car is a bit on the messier side, I would budget more time and speak with the detailer directly to see how that impacts your cost and time. Overall 10/10 experience and will be coming back!

I decided to give this detailing company a try and I must say I was very impressed. Showed up on time, did a fabulous job. Wiped everything in the car, outside the car. Wiped inside door jams, put major effort into cleaning wheels. Left the car smelling great, no dirt left anywhere and the car wash was most definitely worth it. On top of that, the fact that I was able to get two cars cleaned at my house and for a reasonable price. Can't beat it!!
